The Souls That Are Lost Forever will be updated with 2 chapters every week, so there's plenty to come from that one! The Tournament looks interesting, it's quite a cliffhanger so I don't know quite where that's going! Finally Arena will be in the Humour section and was written in response to my last update, where I complained about a lack of Humour fics. As you can tell from the title, it's a comedy/humour fic, so it'll be up in the Humour section..... obviously. I've just noticed, that it's the first fic in the humour section for over a year, whoops! This update marks the first year since this website was started, I'm quite proud that it has lasted that long, considering I never planned it to be a long-term thing. In fact I originally started the site to promote my fic Insurrection, that has now changed and now more than ever I am more focused on promoting other people's stories. Anyway I just hope the next year will be as fun as it was this time.
Besides that, I have returned from a 2 week holiday so I haven't been able to update since the 9th but I  have been messing things around here or there. Unfortunately Wish I Could Fly has been abandoned for the foreseeable future so there will not be regular updates from that side of things, however here is the update:

They are both enjoyable fanfiction that I hope you enjoy. I have got a new Guestbook, mainly because I want to hear what you guys have to say. I had a Geocities Guestbook before, but for some unknown reason Yahoo! decided to delete it.
I saw Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within on Friday, which was interesting to say the least. The animation and action was amazing, but the story was too cheesy and cliched. Finally I may well get an update of Wish I Could Fly next time, so until then,

Only kidding, I noticed that I haven't been updating at all recently, so I thought I'd update.
There's more of Judgement and Retribution Chapter 5 which is shaping up to be the detective/action fic that me and Sam hoped for. There is also Shadows of the Cetra By Jaycee Shady which is another good fic I have found via e-mail.
Besides working on this site, I have started a brand new one which has taken up most of my spare time. I also got a Playstation 2 on 9th July which I also have been playing on a lot. I played The Bouncer and unfortunately it is almost as bad as the reviews have said.
But I plan to start writing more of JAR and Shadows so watch out for more updates soon. I would have more of Wish I Could Fly by Sam Gayton, but he hasn't got 'round to giving it to me yet.
Pssst! I'm going to be REALLY daring and give the site a new logo, background and set of section headings that I promised so long ago. I love this background, but I stole it from Icy Brian, and he's not happy! Oops! Anyway the new background will be very similar.
Finally, because I'm finding this site so much work and I feel that I'm getting lost in the field of thousands of FFVII fanfic sites, I'm looking for someone to help me build up the site. Doesn't matter if it's finding fics for the site, general presentation of the site or advertising, I need your help!

Yes, that's right, I'm back. I haven't updated for two months because my pc stopped working one day (how nice of it!). Anyway, it's fixed and I'm back updating. Also back is Samuel Gayton with his new fic: Wish I Could Fly, it's not related to Reborn timeline-wise, which is kinda good because you can't expect everyone to read an entire Four book story beforehand. At the moment there are a Prologue, Part One and Part Two.
Well, that's all I can update at the moment, I'm finding it hard to get into the flow again, but Judgement and Retribution and Shadows might be up next week.
Lastly, I'd like to apologise to all the people that I promised their work would be up within a week, believe me I wanted to get them up, but it just hasn't been possible. I'll hope to get them up soon.

Back to school today, which is, of cause a little annoying, I was enjoying my Easter break! Anyways, here's the update for today:

Hello, today is a huge update(in terms of fanfiction), here it is:

This week I've updated a little late (sorry), but I have rewritten and posted the Prologue and Chapter 1 of FFVII: Insurrection By Myself, I read through the early chapters and I realised they just weren't up to scratch. Expect more reworkings soon.
I've also added an ezboard community, I checked out Frank Verderosa's forum this week and I just had to have one on my site. The link to the community is on the home page.
Finally, I've added a few more sections to the Vincent Shrine and the Sephiroth Shrine.

Instead of the new sections I can only give you a new fic, it's a FF4, FF6, FF7, FF8, FF9 Crossover called
Final Fantasy Heroes By Bradley Gene Bingham. This will be in the Non- FFVII Fanfiction section as Dark Waters was.
I've almost completed Final Fantasy IX (The end of Disc Three) and so far it's been pretty good, so good in fact FFIX Fanfiction will soon be welcomed here, does The title " The Final Fantasy Fanfiction Database " mean anything? If it doesn't; then what I'm trying to say is that not only Final Fantasy VII stuff will be held here. They'll be Seifer Shrines and FFIX Fanfiction Sections and all other things I've done before but with the other games as well.
I hope this excites you as much as it does me, I was running out of things to do with just FF7 and with FF9 now out in the UK it seemed a natural progression to enlarge the site like this.

Hi! This week, Thursday to be exact, Final Fantasy IX was released in the UK. That means that most of my spare time is spent playing it, but luckily I haven't let it hinder my progress on this site! Here's what I've added:

The FFVII Novelisation By Michael S. Beck
Dark Waters is finished, but the Novelisation has only just begun. I know Dark Waters is FFVIII material, so I have created a new Non- FFVII Fanfiction section which will house other fanfics like it. From now on it'll fine to submit fanfiction from any other Final Fantasy or Squaresoft game (as long as I approve of it).

As you have probably noticed this is exactly a week since the last update; which is a sign of things to come, because I've got so much scool work to do, I find it hard to keep updating my site. Added the promised two chapters of FFVII: Reborn By Samuel Gayton, boy, he really is churning those chapters out like a machine; expect another two chapters by the weekend. Sorry, to tell you this, but I didn't have any time to complete the sixth chapter of FFVII: Insurrection, or the second part of the first chapter of FFVII: Judgement and Retribution, I've been bogged down with loads of other stuff recently and two stories on the go is really tough! I've never been a quick writer anyway!

Hi, sorry I've took so long to update, but I've been so wrapped up in school work that I've slowed down somewhat (unfortunately my parents have restricted me as much access to the net that I usually have since our phone bill came back five times as large as normal!)

There are now links in the links section to some of the best Final Fantasy VII sites out there, most of them have tons of Fanfiction.
