Boy are we glad we're here and they're there! We'll have to get some pictures of all of us so they can see what they missed!

I've got a loverly Mardi Gras ensemble...Purple satin jumpsuit (I can wear such a thing because I am 5'10 and weigh 105 lbs) adorned with green and gold sequins, gold high heel pumps, and green and purple feathers in my hair. Long, glamorous natural nails done for the occasion with Midnight Plum glitter polish and gold foil accents. (My I have excellent taste...I amaze even me..she said facetiously). Ben and Emily are ready for the parade as well. They refused to dress up, but each of them is carrying a gold quilted bag in which to carry home their parade beads and coins. They are looking forward to big plates of toona and creamcheese pancakes for supper tonight.
