Welcome to the Ruffled Page! You have unwittingly stumbled upon this silk-lined haven of the 'Net, so named because it is about the figure skater known as the Ruffled One * (a.k.a. Alexei Urmanov).
[ * - BTW, the Ruffled One is the "title" Alexei has come to have been referred on the 'Net by both his fans and skating fans in general alike. The origin of the name is unknown, I'm afraid (to me at least; if anyone cares to enlighten us, feel free). But we do know the "ruffled" description comes from the elaborate costumes Alexei seems to favour.]
As you might have guessed, this is a not-so-(accent on the so) serious page devoted to Alexei, containing humourous things about him composed by skating fans. Please note that none of the things on this webpage are meant to be offensive, especially to Alexei; in fact, most of the material here has been contributed by his fans. :-)
