Hi! Welcome to the May, 2004, archived entries for A Butterfly Blogs... Weblogs like this one have been popping up all over the Internet for quite some time now. They are becoming an increasingly popular way to articulate oneself using all means of creativity and self~expression available to the imagination.
The entries contained within the pages of this website represent just a smidgeon of the several thousand links that represent my unusually eclectic web surfing habits. Please feel free to share, and don't forget to respect the copyrights of others..
Peace.. Happy, Safe Surfing!

If you've ever CTRL~ALT~Del'd and wondered what the h~e~double~toothpicks LoadQM is, now you know.
This all came out of my having a bleeping Windows 95 machine that, due to Microsoft's discontinuing support of last year, I now gets to fly solo on cleanup. Through Mike Lin's StartUp Control Panel, one thing led to another and through also relying on what I picked up from Windows StartUp Online, I do believe I hear my computer breathing just a little easier this brisk albeit Spring afternoon..

Looks like the story about Frank Polifka's Tornado in a Can is popping up again. Been a while since I first saw it. Pretty cool that the man has a high school education for his background..

For ages I've heard that a guttural "aaaah" is pretty much the universal mother/child communication for "don't to do it!!" WSB TV, Atlanta, Georgia, has a quick story on toddlerese or in other words, using primitive language and gestures to communicate with toddlers, particularly those currently in the fits of a tantrum.. Kind of cute and I can think of other circumstances where toddlerese may work, also..)

Well, now that they think they already have the Sasser worm creator caught in Germany, how in the h~e~double~toothpicks do they ever find a way to get him to truly repent for the damage done to so many??

Was doing a quick search for anything resembling an online support group for childless women. Found it most interesting that the top link results all go to UK, Australian, and Canadian websites. More often the links for the US seem to be coming in as child free, denoting more of a feeling of, "I didn't want them in the first place".. :o/
This is TOO funny.. Last night for the first time I heard the one liner about how racecar spelled backwards is racecar.. Today, as I'm tracking down tidbits on creating my own custom tags in XHTML, I stumbled across it again not even 24 hours later. Can we say sign?!
