Stories
can be dangerous!
I was caught on a chat site for twelve hours last week. I am usually a sensible person and shouldn't let that happen, but I couldn't tear myself away from the screen. It was almost like I was cursed or something. When one of those I chatted with left there came a new one and I just couldn't stop.
But it was fun too. I mean I wouldn't have kept talking to these people unless I thought it was fun.
At one time I taught the others how to post a picture, at another I was yelled at by a little twerp.

That is one phenomenon of the Internet that could be looked into for a long time without getting exhausted.
All the weirdos that come out and annoy people, the nice neighbourhood girl looking for some fun, innocent fun that is, and the people with odd interests.
But it's not always easy to chat. There are rules that everyone knows about, and to a newcomer there are often a lot of baffling terms that don't make any sense.
But if you don't know something you can always ask a general question and lots of people will answer. That can be a good way to start a cyber-conversation with someone too. You ask one person that seems nice to explain the baffling terms and you continue from there.

I liked it so much - chatting that is - that I think I'll make a habit out of it. I chatted for two days and on the second day I could see the same ones that I saw the first day. You kind of develop into a family out there on the Net...
Doesn't that sound nice : )
So I say to all you people out there Chat!
