Wed 1 - Cleaning House and doing housework. Trimmed Mrs. Stow a shaker. Have got the tooth ache.
Thur 2 - Churned in the morning. The rest of the time have been sewing on William's flag.
Fri 3 - Have been at work on that flag all day. Am tired to death.
Sat 4 - Had company all day. Mrs. Hayslip, Tilla H., Julia Berling. Raised a Union Flag at the Aldrich school house. Chub did not go. Went up to Nett's and stayed all night.
Sun 5 - Went down to church. Come back to Uncle Dan Tillotson]'s. Took tea then went down to the sing. Come down to Mr. Wait's with John cross as fury.
Mon 6 - John [Wait?] and Chub have been cleaning ... He is a tip top hand to help and that is so. Good night.
Tues 7 - Took up the carpet and finished cleaning the pantry. Went to the funeral of Henry Bridges. Cut John [Wait?]'s hair.
Wed 8 - Went to Medina with Dry and Tim. Bought me lots of things. It was awful going. Am tired to death.
Thur 9 - Scoured the tin ware and cleaned Mrs. Wait's bedroom. [Brother} William and [wife?] Nett [Wait?] have been here.
Fri 10 - Cleaned the parlor and bedroom with John [Wait?]'s help.
Sat 11 - Cleaned the kitchen. Put down the carpet and cleaned. Wren [Lorenzo Tillotson?] come down a little while. Am tired to death.
Sun 12 - Vin, John [Wait?} and Chub have been over to Geo. Wait's. Sarah [Wait?] is some better. Had a very good visit.
Mon 13 - Commenced my dress. Have not done much. Am not very well.
Tues 14 - Helping wash and working on my dress. Do not feel as well tonight. John [Wait?] has enlisted. It makes me mad.
Wed 15 - Sewing all day. Mrs. Wait has been to quilting and I have done the work. John [Wait] is sick tonight.
Thur 16 - Spent the afternoon in Vin's room. Had some nice biscuit for tea.
Fri 17 - Ironed in the forenoon. In the afternoon Vin and I went up to Mr. Kingsbury to help them quilt.
Sat 18 - Mrs. Wait went to the center in the morning. John [Wait?] went to Hamilton Corners to a Jole rai sing and Chub went to Liverpool with Sarah and Mary. What a time.
Sun 19 - John [Wait?] brought me up to Uncle Dan [Tillotson]'s about noon. Staid and took tea then went down to the sing with us.
Mon 20 - Helped Tim in her cloak. Have been most sick all day.
Tues 21 - Come over home in the morning. Helped Ma wash and moped the chambers. Carried Put's bed up stairs.
Wed 22 - Cleaned the east room. Took up the carpet and cleaned.
Thur 23 - Cleaned the east bedroom and the two closets. Am just down sick. Hattie and Tim called for a few minutes.
Fri 24 - Ironed a little. Nett [Wait?] come and made a visit. Tim come over a little while to have me fit her a dress.
Sat 25 - Ma and I have been down to Zed [Zadok Tillotson jr]'s. Did not see Aunt [Almira, widow of Zadok Tillotson] nor Carrie [Caroline Tillotson, their daughter]. Had a good visit.
Sun 26 - Put carried Tim and I down to meeting. Come home and then went back to the sing. Had a very good one.
Mon 27 - Here I am to Mr. Wilmot's. Have been sewing on a pair of pants for Plina -- black broad cloth.
Tues 28 - Finished the pants and helped Eliza make her carpet. Oh how tired I am. Wish I could see sister [Lib].
Wed 29 - Helped Eliza put her carpet down. Commenced Plina another pair of pants. Oh how I dislike to make them.
Thur 30 - Finished the pants and commenced Plina a suit. Had a hard frost last night.
Fri 31 - Finished the vest in the forenoon. This afternoon have been sewing on a dress for Eliza. I am lonely tonight.
