Here we have two examples witness of how two prophets of the Book of Mormon they preached in the antiquity when the due authorization existed on The Earth to make it. We can observe like they agree to each other. We can also see like it differs of the Mormon pattern of preaching.

In the 37 he/she is defined the requirements so
that a person can be baptized. In the verse 68 see like he/she thinks about
clearly that becomes indispensable a time between the baptism and the confirmation,

the church, as well as before the élderes, for their behavior and
conversation according to God that you/they are worthy of it, walking in
sanctity before the Lord, so that it can have works and agreement faith

Of agreement with what?
A man before leaving to preach the gospel to the nations Elder should be ordered, he cannot even make it as presbítero. It is by reason of the indispensable of this requirement that is happening that of the point previously seen: on calling to missionaries in any way, as long as they are fulfilled the imposed goals of quantities.
For the man this is absolute requirement, there is not way that he/she carries out this ordinance of the preaching, without being called " Elder " previously.
