The Arch Whino was born during the appearance of a mysterious comet many years ago. The Whino was the child of two scientists living in Antarctica, and he grew up and learned the truths of the penguins as he studied their molting as a young boy. However, at the age of ten he felt he had learned all he could from these mystical birds, so he left his family behind and headed out to see the world. It was in Bolivia that he met up with Dracuclease, the then friend of Pay Chafarra, the revolutionary leader. They then quit the revolutionary effort to open the then small and unpopular poets' haven, The Camel Cafe, in La Paz, Bolivia. The cafe became a Mecca for philosophers around the world and soon was frequented by two men, The Head Brigadoon and Jub-Jub the Computer Head. The group soon became quite friendly and The Arch Whino was one of the first of the F-Founding Fathers to become a member. The Arch Whino is best known for the military strikes that he planned and carried out during the Vancouver revolt and for the Fraz-Josef Land capture. He is a decorated war hero and is currently the resident technological supervisor of BSA.NET.
