Born in the small village of Concervia, he was banished at the age of fourteen for his broad, liberal views. He believed in the rights of the people and fought against the tight autocratic rule of King Bofo of Rubidia. He was taken in as a student by Lord Arthur Panzipantz Pengriffon, the famed founder of the school of thought dubbed Bsavian Thinking. After the death of Lord Pengriffon, The Head Brigadoon and his friend and companion, the Laughing Computer, took a ship to Hawthorne in the New World. They created the BSA (Backroom Science Alliance) with the aid of the Cremspleno Dingdino. Briggy, as he's affectionately known as, became a Founding Founding Father along with Jub-Jub the Computer Head. The Head Brigadoon also is illustriously decorated for his numerous battles in the Canadian Wars.  Recently he received the Bronze Clam, the highest BSA honor for his brave leadership in the European Campaign, and he now has the position of Foreign Affairs Minister.
