Bracelet of Buoyancy
This necklace is a plain leather string with a jade circlet on it. It allows the wearer to stay afloat in deep water. Whatever body part the bracelet is on is above water. For example, if the bracelet was on an arm raised above the head, the entire body would be below the water, excepting the arm. If the arm with the bracelet were to be at the waist, then the wearer would only be half in the water. XP - 1,000.

Once a day, the holder says the command word and the name of another person, and if that person is within 50 miles of the Mirror of Seeing and the subject is near another mirror, the Mirror of Seeing will show a view from the other mirror. It is said that the mage Calabrae trapped the spirits of far-flying birds in the mirror. There is a 5% chance that a birds-eye view of some feature from the past will appear instead of the person requested. XP - 2,500.

Every time a location is mentioned, there is a 5% chance that an older map belonging to a previous owner will appear. Any detect magic spells cast on the map will reveal faint amounts of magic radiating from the scroll, but nothing else. XP - 2,500.
