Traveling north from MALAGA airport we got a chance to see some of the most intensive citrus production. Then, we had lunch in ANTEQUERA which is known as the city of monuments, and after that, we moved quickly north to visit a facility for OLIVE oil processing and waste recycling.

Spain is the world's largest producer of olive oil. Mediterranean countries account for around 95% of the world's olive cultivation (8,702,000ha). In the Mediterranean 90% of the olive trees are grown for oil.

The vegetation of the Mediterranean varies in subtle ways. The land masses of the Mediterranean basin originate from three much larger continents-Europe in the north, Africa to the south, and Asia to the east.
