1996 MFL GAME RESULTS
Reported By: Michael Bielen

GAME 1 PLAYED IN JULY 1996 FINAL SCORE: 100 - 98
Team MFL consisting of Mike Bielen, Mario Dercole, Nick Perhonitch, and Chris Perhonitch were able to defend the honor of MFL by defeating the Outsiders, Curt Zigemont, Tom McCarroll, Bob Ruggeri, and Paul Richie. Both teams were not stopped on any of their possessions on offense. The Two Point conversion catch by Bielen sealed the victory. But not without controversy however. The game was played at the field in Morea, PA. The two teams plan on playing again in the near future. But it will be hard to top this classic.

GAME 2 PLAYED IN AUGUST 1996 FINAL SCORE: 100 -78
The Outsiders consisting of Curt Zigemont, Tom McCarroll, Bob Ruggeri, and Mike Ruggeri were able to get revenge for the earlier loss to Team MFL, consisting of Mike Bielen, Nick Perhonitch, Chris Perhonitch, and Scott Holloman, by defeating them 100-78. Team MFL had an opportunity to make a comeback however the Touchdown catch by Bob Ruggeri, out jumping Holloman and an Interception by Zigemont helped to seal the victory. The game was played at Alternative Field in Kelyares, PA. This feud is far from over, and hopefully someday the rivalry will continue.
