Both team fought off the cold weather and snow covered playing conditions at this year's "Thanksgiving Classic" Game. The game was halted early due to a controversial pass interference call. At the time of the controversial call, the  team of Tim Matula, Brian Oaks, Steve Pollack, and Jason McGlone were  leading 98-91 over the team of Steve Gelatko, Mike Bielen, Mark Koldesko, and Jonathan Jadush. Both teams moved the ball well on offensively, due to the slippery field conditions, and came up with big defensive stops to keep the game close.
