Boy Scout Troop 225

Boy Scout Troop 225 of Racine, Wisconsin is sponsored by Christ Church United Methodist. Our Scoutmaster is Mr. William Holme, who was also a member of Troop 225 as a scout. Troop 225 is currently being run by a strong group of junior leaders. This year Troop 225 attended Camp Bear Paw in Mountain, WI, for summer camp. Next year we intend to go to Robert S. Troop 225 has produced seventeen Eagle Scouts since 1988, many of whom have attended such high adventure bases as the Florida Sea Base (1990), the Atikoken Canoe Base of Northern Tiers (1992), Philmont Scout Ranch (1994), and the Charles Somers Canoe Base of Northern Tiers (1996). Troop 225 also has quite a few active Order of the Arrow members.

This year, nine scouts earned our troop's Sean Kimes Spirit Patch. If there is anything on this page you should look at is this link because it is a dedication to a scout who was in our troop and lost his life unexpectedly as a young teen.
