What Does This All mean?
Collumn A The Contender's Tiltle

That's - as you might have noticed - the title of the film.

Collumn B The Calendar Points

Collumn B contains the points as measured in the way I explained on the Calendar.

Collumn C The Tie Avoiding Points

Here you can read how many times the film got new points. I installed Collumn C to avoid ties. For example: if a film got one big award and receives 3 points (Collumn C=1), than it will not be a tie with the film who won 2 small awards and gets 1.5+1.5 points (Collumn C=2).

Example:
If you click on No Country for Old Men's Collumn B you'll see '=1.5+3+3+1.5+2+1+1+1.5+1.5+1.5+4+1.5+1.5+1.5+3+1.5+2+2+4+2+1+1+0.8+0.8+0.8+0.8+0.8’. This equals 46.5 (Collumn B), but it took 27 points to get there (Collumn C).

Collumn D The Amount of Important Awards

This Collumn contains the amount of important awards won by this film.

Important awards are: Picture, Director, Actor, Actress and Foreign Film of the National Board of Review, Los Angeles Film Critics Association, New York Film Critics Circle, National Society of Film Critics, The Golden Globes and The Broadcasting Film Critics Association.

Collumn E The Amount of Guild Nominations

Contains the amount of guild nominees received by this film.

(PGA, DGA, SAG, WGA, ACE, ASC, Art-Directors Guild, Costume Designers Guild and Cinema Audio Award)

Collumn F The Formula's Most Important Point

The score in this collumn can only be 1 or 0 and has everything to do with The Formula's Most Important Rule.

If you see 1 here, this means that the film receives 3 points extra.

If you see 0 (or nothing) here, this means that the Calendar Points in Collumn B get divided by 2.5.

Collumn G The Final Score

If Collumn F contains 1, then the score is calculated as follows:

Calender Points + 3 + (The Tie Avoiding Points - 1) * 0.02) + (Amount of Important Awards * 0.33) + (Amount of Guild Nominations * 0.44)
If Collumn F contains 0 or nothing, then the score is calculated as follows:

(Calender Points / 2.5) + (The Tie Avoiding Points - 1) * 0.02) + (Amount of Important Awards * 0.33) + (Amount of Guild Nominations * 0.44)

For No Country for Old Men, the Final Score = 46.5 + 3 + ((27 - 1) * 0.02) + (5 * 0.33) + (10 * 0.44) = 56.07
