GET SMART BLOOPERS PAGE 8

Bronzefinger

#1: When Agent 54 (painted blue), collapses on the floor, dead, his head is facing to the left. In the next shot when 99 enters, his head is facing the other direction.

#2: Chief shows Max the paint tube with the knife in it. When the blade pops out, you can see it's too large to have fit in the tube. You can also tell by Chief's arm that he hid the blade from view before it shoots out.

#3: In the closet, Max dials his shoephone clockwise. #4: In the vat near the end, Max dials his showphone clockwise again.
Thanks to Andrew Steinberg for this blooper.

#5: Max tells the person on the phone that Control's phone # is 555-3743, but most times when he dials it, it's only 3 numbers.

Die Spy

#1: As Max hits the ping-pong ball grenade through the window above the door, you can see the door is closed. But, in the next shot, the door is open.

#2: Before the explosion. you can see the door is not connected to it's frame at all.

Don't Look Back

#1: When Max uses the key to open his cuffs, he only uses it on one cuff. The other one just rips open.

#2: The big guy walks into the diner & places his palms flat & apart on top of the counter. In the next shot, he has his hands together, resting them on the counter.

#3: In the diner, the big guy throws his money down on the counter & storms out. We see he left 3 coins. But, Max only takes 2 of them & places them in the register.

#4: The piece of glass that Max picks up next to the garbage can from the bottle he breaks can be seen on the floor before the bottle is even broken.

#5: Max calls 99 on the phone, reversing the charges. She answers the phone, but the operator never asks her if it's alright to reverse the charges.

#6: When Max shows up at the hotel, the streets are wet. Yet, it didn't rain at all. This happens for the rest of the episode.

#7: Max goes into the hotel where the manager (Milton Berle) is reading a comic. Look at the comic's pages. In the next show, the pages are different.

#8: When Ravage (disguised as Max), is shot, he falls to the ground, where his coat opens & falls to his sides. In the next shot, the sides of the coat are on his body again.

The Mild Ones

#1: In the very beginning, the motorcycle cop next to the car has just his front tire passed the back of the car. In the next shot as the guy gets into the car, his bike has moved forward & is now completely next to the car.

#2: At the same time as the above blooper, the cop near the front of the car completly disappears in the same cut.

#3: Chief is putting on his new tie. As he wraps it around his head, it slips out of his left hand. He then puts his hands together. In the next shot, his hands are apart & he has the tie back in his left hand.

#4: In the far shot, Chief is making the knot in his tie on the left (right side hanging down). In the next shot, he's using both halves. #5: 99 is flashing a mirror at the biker, but he's wearing a tinted visor over his eyes.

#6: Max is talking to Doll Baby about the guy in back. After he says, "lucky guess.", she turns away from him. In the next shot, she's looking at him again.

#7: Max tells Chief that his wife would never forgive him if he shook Doll Baby's hand, but in the episode "With Love & Twitches", Chief says he never had a wife.

Casablanca

#1: Max dials Chief up on the phone. The phone doesn't ring, but Chief picks up the phone anyway.

Laser Blazer

#1: When Julie Newmar plays back the recording of Max, his line "It's a laser blazer", is not on the tape.

#2: Two Kaos guys bust in on Max, who's holding the blazer. In the close shots, Max is holding it by his head. In the far shots, he's holding it by his waist.
