Weekend Vampire
#1: Right off the bat (pun intended), Max moves his chess piece with his right hand. In the next shot, he's holding the piece with his left hand.
#2: Agent 52 falls over dead at the table. When he does, his left arm falls off the table. In the next shot, his left arm is back on the table.
#3: When Max first opens his suitcase, the red pajamas are not in them. Yet a while later when he opens the case again, the pajamas are there again. If for some reason, they were in the other half of the case, they did not turn the case over to get to the other side. So, either way, there's a blooper there.
The Not-So-Great Escape
#1: Right at the end of the episode, Max is found out by Seigfried. Max then jumps through a window & we see him struggling to stand up. In the next shot, Max is standing up & running away.
#2: Max is seen running away while Seigfried & Starker watch from the window. Just before the shot cuts away, Starker lifts his arm to pull a lever. In the next shot, his arm is down again & he lifts it, pulling the lever.
#3: When the holes open where the dogs are supposed to run out, you can see the black board behind the opening, proving it's not a hole at all.
Episode 2
#1: The same blooper from the lat episode as the dog holes can be seen as fake. Noticeable when Starker takes the tape recorder out of it.
#2: The Control agents are sitting around a table trying to come up with a plan. In an aerial shot, there are two agents to the left. Just before the end of the shot, the two lift up cigarettes to their mouthes. In the next shot, their arms are down by their sides.
#3: Chief is drawing a diagram, which winds up looking like a tic-tac-toe board. He draws the lines, then he's seen saying "This is the north fence & this is the south fence", while he says this, he's supposedly drawing on the diagram. But when the shot shows the diagram, nothing has been added to it.
The Return of the Ancient Mariner
#1: The Admiral calls Chief Thaddeus. But the Admiral is really the Chameleon in disguise & shouldn't know Chief's real name.
#2: When Max is fighting with Mr. Bob in his apartment, he knocks a small picture off his wall, next to his door. But then, a few shots later when Bob leaves, the picture is back on the wall, although no one replaced it.
Hello Columbus - Goodbye, America
#1: When Max is disguised as Columbus he's eating his large meal. As his meal comes near the end, Max lowers his fork towards his dish, but stops about 6 inches above the plate. In the next shot, the fork is on the plate & he's scraping more food onto it.
Viva Smart
#1: The assassin only drops poison in one of the two glasses belonging to the dancers. Yet both flamenco dancers wind up killed.
#2: Max & 99 are dancing in disguise. When they go to make their escape, Max runs & jumps on a horse. 99 is still standing there as Max jumps. In the next shot, Max is on his horse as well as 99 right next to him on her horse.
#3: Max gives a guard $60 for a bribe for the shooters. The guy comes back & says he could only bribe half of them. Max asks for his money back & the guard says he only has $27. $3 for him. But then the guard just walks away, not even giving Max back his $27.
All in the Mind
#1: Max is in disguise is talking to Dr. Braam. When Max says the phrase "Gossimer Wings", he's looking at the Doctor. In the next shot, Max is looking straight up at the ceiling.
#2: Max & 99 are in a phone booth that's slowly filling up with water. When Max goes under to give 99 a boost, notice her hair is dry. In the next shot, her whole head is wet, even though she didn't go under.
Diplomat's Daughter
#1: In the disco. when Max says, "99 look out behind you!", his mouth doesn't move.
#2: Not really a blooper but a fun fact. In the credits, The Craw's name is given as The Claw.
A Spy for A Spy
#1: Max meets Seigfried in a park. When Max asks Seigfried, "What your proposition?", Seigfried turns his body & puts his arm up on the bench. In the next shot, he turns & puts his arm on the bench again.
#2: Max is keeping totals of the agents kidnapped by both Control & Kaos on a big board. There are 27 marks under Control & 26 under Kaos. When 99 calls, he looks at the Kaos side (which has 26 marks) & says we have 27 of theirs & then he turns to Control's side (which has 27 marks) & says they have 26 of ours.
One of Our Olives is Missing
#1: When Max uses his shoe phone to call Control, you hear him dial only two numbers. But in every other episode, he dials 3 numbers to call Control.
#2: Max pulls up to his apartment with Annie. As the car comes to a stop, there's a cut in the film before they get out.
#3: In the credits, Seigfried's name is spelled Siegfried.
Is This Trip Neccessary?
#1: At the beginning, when Max walks out of his room, the shadow of the camera can be seen on the floor to the bottom left of the screen.
#2: The camera's shadow is also seen when he walks out of the room with the baby/alligator.
#3: Once again, the camera's shadow can be seen as Max walks back in after the alligator part.
Aboard the Orient Express
#1: Max says he plays chess but then plays it like checkers. This is funny until you remember that Max plays chess with the Chief in "Smart the Assassin" all the time.
#2: Max fumbles with the blind guy's hat box. He drops the hat & box on the floor. He picks up the box & the hat holding the hat outside the box. In the next shot, he's holding the box which now has the hat back in it.
#3: Max has his bowler hat/gasmask on when the conducter (Johnny Carson) comes in & asks for tickets. Max lifts the plastic mask on his hat up. In the next shot, the mask is down again.
#4: Then Max lifts the mask up half way. In the next shot, the mask is completely up.
