Mr. Big
BLOOPERS
#1: When the Cone of Silence comes down, from the shot from above, it goes down around Max & the Chief. In the next shot, from the side, we see it being lowered around them again.
#2: Max reads the rubber bananna. It says, "South Street Novelty, Inc." But when he & 99 pull up to the factory, the sign reads, "South Street Novelty Company."
#3: When they get on the garbage boat, Max says, "...keep low." but his mouth isn't moving.
#4: When Max first meets Mr. Big, as they stand facing each other, from shot to shot, the distance changes between them.
#5: Max is shooting the machine gun. When he says, "It jammed!", his mouth isn't moving with what he's saying.
#6: Zalinka & 99 are fighting on the boat. Zalinka jumps on 99 & starts to choke her. In the next shot, she jumps on her & starts to choke her again.
#7: 99 is yelling for Max to help her with Zalinka. Then in the next shot, she's tossing Zalinka overboard?!
#8: Max, 99 and the Professor are in the row boat after Mr. Big's boat explodes. Just before Max tries to call CONTROL, he takes the oar, which was hanging into the water, & pulls it into the boat. The next shot from above, & the oar is back in the water. The next shot, Max is talking on the phone, & the oar is gone again.
Our Man in Toyland
BLOOPERS
#1: Max only dials 5 numbers to call the Chief in the next phonebooth.
#2: hen 99 is hiding in the booth inside the store, Max & Fang (K-13) find her & enter the booth. After Max gets in, Fang is seen walking into the booth in front of Max. In the next shot, from inside the booth, Fang walks in behind Max.
#3: 99 is scared & she seems to be about to tell Max that she loves him. Notice, she's holding Max's right arm with her left hand. In the net shot, when he stops her from saying anything, she's no longer holding his arm.
#4: Heir Bunny tells Gorcheck & Frieda, "Go after them, they're unarmed!", then he immediately tells them, "Help me find my monocle!" Well, Mr. Bunny, make up your mind!
#5: The wire can be seen on Destructo, the toy missile, as it flies towards Bunny & his agents.
KAOS in Control
BLOOPERS
#1: Max demonstates the Magic Ear listening device, which amplifies sounds immensely. He pulls a hair from his head & drops it onto the table, making a loud booming sound. But before he drops the hair, he's explaining what he's doing, talking right into the Magic Ear, yet his voice is not amplified.
#2: Max picks up 2 phones in the Chief's office. He switches the recievers, placing the wrong reciever on one phone's base. Now, the other reciever in his hand should be hung up, but he still talks into it.
#3: Max gets the conference room door key stuck in the lock. He lifts the bar up to where it stops. He then takes his pants off (which the keys are connected to), to let the Delegates into the room. But, it was uneccessary for him to have taken off his pants, because we see the bar didn't go any higher than it did when he had his pants on.
#4: Later on, we see that Max also needed to unlock the door knob with the key. So, if it were stuck in the bar's lock, he couldn't have opened the door before.
Now You See Him, Now You Don't
#1: The invisible ray gun is a fake, but in order to make Max believe it is real, Dr. Haskel shows up at 86's apartment. Then a voice followed by a floating gun is supposed to show Max, an invisible Kaos agent. To make the gun float, the gun is supposed to be connected to briefcase by a small bar. Haskel then moves the briefcase, but the gun stays still. And even though the actual bar is about 6 inches long, the gun winds up about 6-10 feet from briefcase.
#2: When Max walks into the invisible wall after the Chief lowers it, he hits his face into it, but when he does, his knees go forward, further than the invisible wall. Then, when he asks how the wall is raised, he's standing where the wall should be, according to where he hit it.
#3: After the Chief raises the wall, Max thinking he'll touch the wall, touches Chief's face. Notice, he touches him on his mouth, below his nose. In the next shot, he's still touching Chief's face, but now, he's touching his eyes & nose.
#4: In the far shots of the room, the wineglass & cigarette that are supposed to be held by the "invisible" people, are not on the chair or couch.
#5: Max wipes off some cream he had on his hand with a hankee. But when he's done wiping it all off, there's no cream on the hankee.
#6: The net falls on Max. When he takes it off, his hair is messed up. But in the next shot, his hair is fine again.
Washington 4, Indians 3
#1: Max says the electric snake is powered by transistors. But transistors don't generate power.
#2: Max grabs the Indian's rifle, with his left hand on the trigger and the right hand on the stock. In the next shot, from behind Max, he's holding the rifle with his right hand at the trigger and no hand on the stock. Next shot, & it's back to the original way he was holding it.
Our Man in Leotards
#1: Max is about to attempt the jump over the gate. Watch just before he backs up, there's a man in a lab coat on the right side of the car behind him. Then in the next shot, when Max backs up, the guy is now on the left side of the car.
#2: In the same exact cut as the last blooper, notice the car has moved to a different angle than the previous shot.
#3: In the lab. Max stabs Chief with Immobilo, freezing him like a statue. When Max stabs him, Chief has a wide eyed surprised look on his face. Then the next shot, he has a blank look on his face.
#4: When Max freezes Chief in the lab, notice Chief's right hand is higher than his right. Then in the next shot, his left hand is higher. This happens twice during the scene.
#5: At the end, Max accidentally uses Immobilo on the Ambassador, his aides & the Chief. Notice the aide to the left of Chief (Chief's right), he has his head tilted to the right. Then it cuts to Max & 99. In the next far shot, his head is tilted to the left.
#6: In the same scene, Max freezes Chief with his hand outstretched. Then, in the far shot, Chief has his hand down at his side.
#7: In the far shot, notice the Ambassador is wearing the medal he gave to Max around his neck. Then it cuts to Max & 99. Then it cuts back & the Ambassador is missing his medal. Then Max places it around his neck.
The Day Smart Turned Chicken #1: In the courtroom, as the Kaos agent (Blake) walks toward the window, we see he's about 5 feet to the left of the window. Then in the next shot, he's about 2 feet directly in front of the window.
#2: As he jumps out of the window, he hits the scenery painting, making it shake & move.
Satan Place #1: Max is looking at the car's engine at the beginning. As Chief is fighting the guys, from shot to shot, Max has his head in the engine & then out of the engine, then in again. It happens a few times.
#2: As Max looks in the engine, Chief is knocked out. He's being put into the car when all of a sudden the shot cuts & Chief has appeared in the back seat of the car.
#3: Max uses the eyeglass phones incorrectly. On one of the ear parts of the glasses, we see a little silver thing. It is either the receiver or the microphone. Either way, Max has the other end in his ear, while talking into the glasses part, leaving the silver piece above his forehead.
#4: Near the end, Rudolph the Kaos agent comes in & says, "That's not Dr. Van Horic. I found Dr. Van Horic outside." But the doctor's name is Van Havic not Van Horic.
Too Many Chiefs
At the beginning, there's a stand-off between 5 Control & Kaos agents. As Max & crew go to leave, we hear 4 shots. They turn & all 5 agents are dead from 4 shots.
My Nephew the Spy #1: Chief dials "E" on Max's Dial-a-fact briefcase, emptying everything out of it. He then says I have a headache. Max offers to get him some head ache pills out of the case by dialing "H" for headache. But the case is already empty.
#2" The Dial-a-fact is a great invention, but by using a rotary phone dialer to operate it, it's impossible to have a dial for each letter of the alphabet.
#3: After Max lights the first fire in Chief's waste basket, he pours water from a pitcher to put the fire out. When he stops pouring water, you can tell there's still water in the pitcher. But when Max lights the basket on fire again, the pitcher is empty.
#4: Max pours the water into the basket to put the fire out. But if everything in the basket is wet, how did it light on fire the second time from a small match?
#5: When fighting in the back room of the shoe store, shoeboxes are falling from above. Even though Max & the Kaos agent aren't doing anything to upset the boxes or the shelves they're on.
#6: The boxes that fall on them during the fight are empty.
#7: Before the fight breaks out, Max was using his wristwatch phone, using a small earpiece that connects to the watch to his ear, so he can hear. Then during the fight, he gets tossed out of the back room, in front of his Uncle & Aunt. Notice now the earpiece is gone from the watch.
#8: At the end, Max's Aunt Bertha tells his Uncle Abner he should take Max into his business. But Abner stated earlier in the show that he was retired.
#9: Although not a complete blooper, it is funny to notice Max's apartment changes where it is in certain shows. In this show, it's on the ground floor as seen by the parked cars outside the window.
