  1. Class enrollment is limited so please enroll early to insure a place in the class of your choice.

  2. Applications must be accompanied by the class fee.  Refund Policy: 100% before the start of class, NO REFUND after the the start of class.  There are no make-up or carryovers for missed agility classes unless a class is postponed by the instructors.

  3. Proof of inoculation is required on all beginning or new students before the first class.  Your veterinarian will provide you with a copy of your dog's inoculation record.  Because this rule is for the protection and benefit of all class participants, there are no exceptions.

  4. Please consider your canceled check proof of registration.  If you need confirmation, call the office at (973) 948-2290.

  5. Class observers are always welcome.

  6. Children must be accompanied and closely supervised by an adult other than the trainer.  Children must remain quiet while class is in session.  They are not allowed on the training floor or to run or play in the training building, surrounding parking lot or grounds, or to touch or pet any dog other than their own at any time.

  7. Only dogs that are registered for Flying W classes will be permitted in the training building.  No exceptions.  Limited crating space for registered dogs is available and crated dogs are expected to be quiet.

  8. Please "exercise" your dog at home before coming to class.  If needed, there is a "dog potty" area and plastic bags are available.  Do not allow your dog on the lawns near or surrounding the buildings.  Violation of this rule could result in expulsion from class with no refund.

  9. Please park only in the designated areas.

  10. For the protection of your pet and other class participants, please keep your dog free of all internal and external parasites.

  11. Female dogs that comes into season ("heat") are allowed to take part  in class if they are wearing protective "doggie britches", available from most pet supply stores.

  12. From November through April, if the weather is inclement, call the office before 6:00 PM to find out if the classes are canceled for the evening.  In the event of a canceled class, the session will be either extended to cover the cancellation or the class will be scheduled for a make-up date.

  13. The suggested training equipment is a well-fitting quick release buckle collar.  Also, bring water for the dog, an ample supply of your dog's favorite treats and a favorite toy.  You may want to bring a chair and water for yourself.

  14. Dress appropriately for the weather conditions.  The barn is neither heated nor air conditioned.
