  Designer Hall of Fame 2
An introduction to the Designers who have made the EuroDirect fleet possible...

The following designers have very kindly allowed the EuroDirect fleet to become a reality. We would like to extend our deepest thanks to them for making Flight Simulation what it is and we are honoured by their presence on our web pages...

Click on the images to go to the designer's web site.

In no particular order:

Barry Blaisdell

Premier Aircrafts DesignBarry Blaisdell's name goes hand in hand with excellence. When our CEO asked if I could produce a Dash 8-100 for our alliance partners CMA I immediately turned to Barry. Barry's site contains a many excellent aircrafts in a large number of liveries and is another 'must see' for any flight simulator enthusiast. Our thanks for your kind permission Barry. Without it we could not honestly have chosen the Dash or CRJ for our fleet.

Jens Borgstroem

Duckling AirJens Borgstroem, President of Denmark's Duckling Air, is also a highly talented aircraft designer in his 'spare time'. His airline is a 'One of a Kind' VA with a unique approach, great ideas, and is very widely respected on the net. The Duckling Air site is another great location for resource and downloads of all kinds. Jens' work can be seen in the Flight Dynamics of the CMA Dash 8-100 (and maybe a forthcoming EuroDirect Dash 8-Q400) as well as in many other aircrafts from the Duckling Air 'Hanger' and the original Dash 8 aircrafts at Barry Blaisdell's site.

Thank you Jens, for your tireless work for the flight sim community! Maybe we can do further business in the future...

Chris Alevritis

Chris Alevritis Home PageChris Alevritis will probably need little in the way of introduction. His incredible work with aircraft panels and his aircrafts themselves must be seen to be believed. I spent months wading through the internet looking for the perfect B747-200 for EuroDirect when one day, while checking out Chris's latest panels I found it! For anyone looking for a quality panel or aircraft, Chris Alevritis's Home Page is a sure bet. You may not find what you are looking for but you will certainly be impressed... Our thanks Chris, your work is truly outstanding.

Tony Madge

Jersey EurolinkTony Madge is one of those designers whose name appears behind many great aircrafts. When the time came to bring a BAe 146-200 to the new livery EuroDirect fleet I took a great deal of time looking for the best I could find. When I finally narrowed it down to a shortlist of three Tony's name was behind all of them. After getting in touch with Tony I took an evening to check out more of his aircrafts and I was deeply impressed with his depth of knowledge and attention to detail. Also, I should recommend Tony's VA, Jersey Eurolink, who have many original and good ideas and emphasis on flying.
Thank you Tony for your words of support and for your hard work in 'getting things right'. I am sure we will be in touch again...

Sam Chinn

Ever since I began to play with flight dynamics within flight simulator one name has come back to haunt me again and again. Sam Chinn has been working with flight dynamics and making aircrafts fly as they should for the benefit of the free flightsim community for some considerable time now. There is no image or link because Sam's work can be seen in many, many places, including the Project Freeware site and Free Flight Design. I would like to give Sam my deepest thanks for making the EuroDirect fleet possible as without Sam I would know a lot less than I do about those hidden workings of FS flight dynamics.
Sam, you have my deepest respect!
