Sasami is Ayeka's sweet-natured younger sister, also stranded on earth and also present residence is the Tenchi Home. She is skilled at cooking, and keeps a level head in situations where her older sister is losing hers. She has a affection toward Tenchi as a little sister towards a older brother. She also adore Ryo-Ohki the cabit. Ryo-Ohki is not a cat or a rabit it a cabit and it love carots a lot.
In the second OVA series, Sasami reveals a secret about her self. Which is why she can command the most powerful ship the Tsunami and why she is going to look like the person Tsunami a fact that both Ryouko adn Ayeka are not please about since they think Tsunami is far prettier than either of them.
