This work consists of a collection of articles
on three issues: * fairly topically, the pending proxy zionist war against
iraq;
* less topically, the various
types of green politics; and,
* hardly topically at all,
Animal rights. The three issues are far from
being unrelated but no attempt has been made to weave these articles into an
integrated essay. One of the most important links between these articles is the
rise of zionist world domination. This makes the promotion of green politics
far more difficult given that zionists, especially the crackpot religious
variety, have a contempt for the world which has not been seen since adolf's
rise to power - yet another historical irony and yet another link between the
nazis and the zionists. One thing that can be said about saddam is that he
doesn't have a contempt for the world like zionists so it would be far better
if the pro-semitic bigots in the west were to bomb the zionist state which,
transparently, is led by an insane lunatic possessing weapons of mass
destruction who takes not the slightest notice of united nations' resolutions.
If anyone believes the allies are going to create a better world through
pro-zionist bigotry they are sadly mistaken. The rise of the zionists to world
domination also makes it even more difficult to focus the media's, and thus
oomans', interest on green politics. The media livestock seem to be slavishly
following the agenda set by our zionist world rulers - which should not be too
surprising considering zionists' domination of the global media. It ought to be
reiterated here, given the fact that the zionists have so totally indoctrinated
brutish lefty livestock, that the mundi club is neither left nor right - we
just like telling the truth and the more uncomfortable and unpleasant the truth
the more we enjoy telling it. The second set of essays, on green politics,
marks a turning point in the mundi club's attempts, over the last decade or so,
to distinguish between the various shades of green politics. This article
suggests that greens and most of the green movement have nothing to do with
green politics at all so they really ought to start calling themselves 'blues'.

1. Spectacularism. |
||
The following article consists of a
number of examples of what is called, in this work, 'spectacularism'. It seems
like a useful concept for describing some of today’s realities. It seems
especially pertinent as regards the pentagon and new york bombings (hereinafter
referred to as the p*ny bombings) which could be described as one of the
greatest displays of shroud waving lunacy in many a long year - dancing on the
deaths of the millions of people who died from twin tower oppression.
Oil Spills.
The first time i came across the phenomena,
but without conceptualizing it, was george bradbury's comparison of the
media's excessive interest in major oil spills and its complete lack of
interest in normal, routine, oil spills. He argued, "Most of the
oil in the oceans comes not from accidents but from municipal and industrial
run off, the cleaning of ships bilges and other routine activities."[1]
He argued that spectacular oil spills caused far less environmental damage
than routine oil spills but received far more media publicity. There have
been massive oil spills resulting from damage to massive oil tankers e.g.
the torrey canyon, and these events are usually given a vast amount of
attention by the media for weeks on end. Over the ensuing years, these
spectacular oil spills attain an almost legendary status. Bradbury was
quite correct. It is bizarre for the media to spend so much time and effort
highlighting spectacular environmental disasters without ever mentioning
that the consumers watching this spectacle are causing a far greater scale
of environmental damage. He estimated that, "At any given time 7
billion gallons of oil are floating on the world's waters."[2]
Manure Spills.
A similar situation exists over massive manure spills
in the united states. A manure lagoon in north carolina was estimated
to have spilled roughly 100 million litres of faeces and urine over the
surrounding countryside and caused a massive political stink about the
rapid expansion of Pig concentration camps in the state. Whilst this incident
focussed media attention on major manure spills it completely ignored
the less dramatic, but perhaps more serious, pollution incidents going
on everyday in that industry. It was reported that, “Don webb, president
of the alliance for a responsible Swine industry, says the big spill on
the new river was exceptional only because it was easy to photograph.
“We have smaller tragedies happening every day. Millions of gallons of
hog waste are being sprayed onto fields and allowed to run into ditches.
In a week’s time, it probably amounts to 22 million gallons - or more.”[3]
Death of Damioloa.
There was a huge amount of
publicity in the zionist controlled brutish media over the death of a black
youngster who was allegedly stabbed by a group of older kids on a run down
council estate in peckham, south london. The youngster slowly bled to death
before the emergency services could reach him. The zionist-brutish media
promoted the death of this child with the same zeal as they had done the death
of stephan lawrence. The labour government bewailed his death but its hypocrisy
was blatant. Having spent almost its entire first period in office listening to
whingeing pharmers, pandering to the rich rural elite, and then ploughing vast
amounts of money into rural communities, was it any wonder the consequent
neglect of urban areas, and the interests of labour’s own supporters, led to
incidents like this? The labour government had no intention of doing anything
other than allowing these areas to decay even further. It is difficult to
understand why urban people don’t start blockading the roads into city centres
until they are given the same subsidies as pharmers and rural people - after
all, if such protests worked for pharmers then why shouldn’t they work for
urban people?
Mirror of Confusion.
In the mirror's november 29th 2000 issue, the editor,
confronted two topical issues of the day in his editorial 'the voice of
the mirror’ - the murder of a urban youngster and the labour government’s
proposals for vast rural subsidies. He seemed unable to acknowledge the
connection between decaying urban conditions and increasing rural prosperity.
The mirror didn’t seek to cover up the grim realities of some urban areas,
“The death of damilola says a lot about the sort of place britain has
become. .. there are areas which are genuinely lawless. Where gangs rule.
Where children - even young children - roam the streets bringing terror
to all.” But he then applauded the government’s plans for vast investments
in rural areas which don’t have anything like the same sorts of problems,
“The boost for the country (by which he meant the countryside!) announced
by the government yesterday will not only benefit people who live there.
If the huge drain (of people) from rural areas to cities continues, this
will become an unbalanced nation. Our beautiful countryside (sic) will
have fewer and fewer people living in it while cities choke with too many
residents.”[4]
The belief that cities are growing is incorrect. Over the last decade
or so there has been a movement away from decaying cities into the peace
and prosperity of suburbs and the countryside rather than vice versa.
The decay of urban areas is driving richer people to move to prosperous,
clean, well heeled, rural areas. For the last three years the labour government
has allowed slum council estates up and down the country to rot whilst
pandering to the interests of prosperous rural communities.
The Foot and Mouth Slaughter was nothing
like as bad as the normal functioning of the Animal Slavery Industry.
During the foot and mouth epidemic in brutland in
2001, nearly 4 million Cattle were slaughtered - some of them in the most
gruesome, and barbaric, ways. The government tried to introduce a sense
of calm and proportion into the mass culling by pointing out that such
a slaughter was nothing unusual, “It is important first to keep the f&m
cull in perspective. The number of animals so far identified for slaughter
in the crisis is about 240,000, with an additional 300,000 likely to be
slaughtered in Cumbria. Thousands more may have to be killed in other
centres of infection. But under normal circumstances, farmers would typically
be sending 500,000 animals a week for sale and slaughter to go into the
food chain.”[5]
Mini Collapse in the Stock Market deemed
less Important than the F&M Epidemic.
Pharmers' political dominance in brutish society
could clearly be seen from the fact that news of a mini stock market crash
was relegated to second place behind the f&m disease, “The ftse index
of 100 leading shares - which hit a record 6,930 in december 1999 - collapsed
to just 5,314 on thursday. Japan the world’s second biggest economy, has
been in deep recession for 10 years.”[6]
What’s Anthrax got that Bse hasn’t?
During october 2001 the american
public was shaken by an anthrax attack. The lengths to which the american
government went to prevent further attacks from being launched were
considerable. In complete and utter contrast, since 1986 successive brutish
governments have gone out of their way to allow the Animal exploitation
industry full reign in subjecting brutish consumers to the terrifying
bioterrorist threat of bse-cjd. Why is it that the american government sees
anthrax as a terrifying and deadly disease and yet the brutish government has
done only the absolute minimum to stop the spread of a deadly brain disease
that has killed over 100 people? If an anthrax attack in this country had
resulted in the deaths of 100 people the whole country would have been up in
arms about how awful osama bin laden is and yet the public is not merely
indifferent to the deaths of the same number of people from bse they are hardly
aware of it. The loonies organizing the anthrax attacks are denounced as evil
(probably members of america's security services) but the Animal exploitation
industry, which has been waging a 15 year bioterrorist war against brutish
consumers using the deadly brain disease, is deemed to be the guardian of the
countryside. It is as if bse isn’t a biological weapon at all. This is another
example of spectacularism - focusing solely upon dramatic events whilst
ignoring fundamental underlying realities. Dramatic events not merely emerge
from underlying realities they are often far less dangerous than underlying
realities.
The P*ny Bombings.
There are perpetual capitalist
disasters going on somewhere around the world virtually everyday. When half the
ooman population is being forced to live on less than 3 dollars a week, the
smallest set-back can lead to individual starvation; the smallest local
calamity can lead to what could be called periphery starvation which goes
unnoticed in the global media. The media is moved only by mass starvation - and
sometimes not even then. When all the peripheral starvations going on around
the world are added up, they probably amount to a colossal number of
fatalities. On average, around the world, anywhere between a million and five
million people die every day of capitalist induced poverty, disease,
exhaustion, or premature old age. The number of people killed in the p*ny
bombings was large but it was still a drop in the ocean of deaths around the
world caused by capitalist exploitation - promoted and inspired by american
state terrorism, “Ken livingstone .. has incensed jews in britain by saying
global capitalism has claimed as many victims as world war II, “Every year the
international financial system kills more people than world war II, but at
least hitler was mad, you know?””[7] The scale of the p*ny bombings was insignificant when compared with calamities
brought about ziono-american policies. Huge, bloated livestock Animals, the
frightful products of oomans’ appallingly unnatural livestock-rearing
practices, roam the over-industrialized world fed by grains exported from poor
countries. The export of grains from the third world to feed Cattle in the rich
world is pushing millions of poor people into poverty.
It is oft repeated that the p*ny bombings
were unique because of the scale of the fatalities. But, every year, american
motorists kill far more americans than were killed by these bombings. Every
year, armed americans kill far more americans than were killed in this act of
terrorism. And, every year, american gangsters kill far more people than were
killed in this act of terrorism. If all fatal road accidents in america; all
firearm killings; and all gangster killings; took place only on one day of the
year - this would create a horrendous spectacle, a form of civil terrorism,
that americans might be forced to face up to the brutality and the carnage in
the midst of their cornucopian society. But because these slaughters occur
piecemeal, day by day, they completely lose their political impact. This is the
epitome of spectacularism - focussing on the froth of spectacular events such
as the p*ny bombings whilst ignoring underlying realities. Far more americans
are murdered every year by other americans than by terrorists. It seems as if
what counts is not the numbers of people slaughtered but who does the
slaughtering.
What do americans
think of the tens of millions of people around the world who have been
dispossessed by american multi-national corporations and who sit by the
roadside watching crops being removed from fields they once owned? What do
americans think these people would think if they knew that these crops were
being used to feed american Cattle for the burgers that americans love to stuff
down their great, fat, ugly, gobs? This is the real obscenity in the world -
this is the real terrorism facing the poor, Animals, and the Earth. There are
200 million people stuffing their vulgar, trashy, fat gobs with vast mountains
of food whilst a billion people around the world live in a state of
semi-permanent starvation. Americans are so monstrously greedy that the food
they waste would provide enough nourishment for several of the world’s poorest
countries to permanently abolish starvation. If americans stopped eating meat,
everyone around the world would have more than enough grains to live a full,
decent, and disease free, life. There wouldn't be any breeding grounds for
terrorism then. And yet americans can’t see it. They refuse to see it. American
livestock don’t care about global poverty because they don’t care about the
poverty of their own people in their own country. Has consumerism so addled
americans’ brains that they believe the gargantuan transfer of resources from
the third world to america is entirely natural and that those on the point of
starvation should not do anything about it?[8]
John pilger was, as usual, right on target,
“The 6,000 people who died in America on September 11 are worthy victims: that
is, they are worthy of our honour and a relentless pursuit of justice, which is
right. In contrast, the 6,000 people who die every month in Iraq, the victims
of a medieval siege devised and imposed by Washington and Whitehall, are, like
the little sisters bombed to death in their sleep in Basra, unworthy victims -
unworthy of even acknowledgement in the "civilised" west."
[9]
Unfortunately, pilger is an old style leftie so he can't quite bring himself
around to recognizing zionists' increasingly poisonous domination of world
affairs.
Conclusions.
Oomans are never going to rise
above their problems if they’re going to be bounced from one spectacular
disaster to another. The dull, boring, non-newsworthy, statistical, realities
of the world are far worse than any spectacular that might erupt out of such
structural conditions. The only benefit of spectacular disasters is that they
illuminate the world’s structural realities.
