The hypothesis of this work is that social violence comes from the top. People take their cue from their leaders and brutish leaders are some of the most barbaric in the world.

The history of this country is littered with the ruling elite's barbarities. During the 16th, 17th and 18thc, one million sailors in the brutish navy are believed to have died agonizing deaths because the navy's medical profession refused to accept that fresh fruit could ward off scurvy. In the 17thc the brutish army in america used to give infected blankets to native indians to wipe out tribes that owned valuable land. In the 19thc the brutish government forced the chinese government to allow brutish companies to sell hard drugs to the chinese people. Tens of thousands of brutish troops died in trenches during the first world war. As Jack Straw has argued, "The english are potentially very aggressive, very violent. And of course we've used that propensity to violence first of all to subjugate Ireland, wales and scotland, and then we used it in europe and with our empire."[171]

The bse disaster could well be up there with these historical examples of the landowning elite's barbaric mercilessness. What makes this epidemic so awful is not just the countless denials that bse posed a threat to ooman health but that the tory government banned the sale of bse-infected Animal feed to brutish pharmers but saw nothing wrong in exporting it, and the disease it contained, to the rest of the world. Most people in this country are living in a propaganda bubble in which saddam hussein is seen as an evil person but in reality john major has contaminated far more people than he did.

It makes one feel so proud that brutland is spreading its influence around the world in such a profound way. What a contribution this country is going to make to ooman civilization in the 21stc. This country isn't going to sidle quietly into the backwaters of world history without kicking millions of defenceless beings in the head whilst they lie unconscious on the ground. This country, so full of revolting, mad, rampaging livestock, is going to be renowned the world over for these highly contagious diseases. What better way of symbolizing the brutish character to the entire world than bse. People around the world will look upon english people and think, "God they're either infected with this terrible disease or they're a victim of this appallingly degenerate medieval banana aristocracy. Of all the countries in the world where this disease could have struck it was odds on it would be this one. Only a sick, corrupt, diseased, political system like that in westminster could produce two deadly diseases like bse and bse-cjd within a matter of a few years. The phrase "english disease" used to refer to lazy, strike-happy, workers. Then it referred to the uncivilized behaviour of hundreds of thousands of brutish yobs who used to travel abroad to football matches and seaside resorts. But now we know the english disease is the political product of the corrupt carcass of the brutish political system in which landowning junkers hold a veto over the country's political life and locks people into a stultifying, barbaric, sterile, medieval, primitivism whose consequence are football hooliganism, ‘care in the community', public schoolboy fagging, paedophilia, rape, judicial miscarriages of justice, a corrupt judiciary, a corrupt coronary court procedure, a bent and twisted public inquiry system, endless widgery royal commissions, a viciously bigoted police force, the prostitution of scientists, a servile bunch of semi-retarded ‘o' level hacks posing as professional journalists, and bloodsports. It is the junkers' veto over democracy which is causing this country's problems.

Europe has had a truly appalling deal out of the brutish invention of bse and bse-cjd. If, in the years to come, as the corpses mount up, europe decides to invade brutland and string up the country's pharmers and politicians it would be difficult to deny the justice of their actions. Trying to look at this strutting zombie nation through european eyes, it is not difficult to imagine the phrase ‘perfidious albion' constantly repeating itself. This is not the place to detail the way this country has repeatedly stabbed its european partners in the back over these diseases. A quick list will suffice:-

There's been a huge child abuse racket going on in this country for decades which simply does not get exposed by police or health workers. This phenomenon is so widespread that members of the police and local authority agencies must have been colluding in the cover up of these events, "Ministers last night ordered a huge shake-up of the care system as britain reeled from the horror of its worst child abuse scandal. The government was warned that it could be the "tip of the iceberg" with thousands of perverts still preying on children across the country. The alert followed publication of a damning report - Lost in care - on 20 years of sexual, physical and emotional abuse of as many as 650 youngsters in 540 north wales care homes."[174]

"Two people a month die at the hands of persons with mental illness released into the community, according to figures from the Zito Trust. Since 1992 .. it is claimed that 104 people have been murdered in similar circumstances. Many of the former patients who lapse into violence attack members of their own family but according to the zito trust, 40 of the 104 victims were unknown to their assailant."[176]; "Freed psychos are committing two hundred vicious crimes including murder and rape every year, the government has admitted .."[177]

"The cost to schools from arson attacks is rocketing - and this year's expected £85 million would meet the pay of 3,000 more teachers."[178]

"Britain leads the world in the use of cctv cameras - there are an estimated one million in the uk."[179]

The level of law breaking on the country's motorways and roads is widescale. Motorists can be controlled only by an extensive network of cctv cameras.

The use of drugs in sports is all-pervasive.

Perhaps the most well known feature of modern brutishness known around the world, is football hooliganism. The english almost invented football hooliganism, "Soccer bosses and the government in germany have cracked down to ban from travelling 2,000 known thugs in a bid to prevent rioting around the potentially explosive match against england on june 17th. But the british government have turned down a plea from the football association to take away the passports of english troublemakers, who will now be free to go to holland and belgium when the competition starts next saturday."[180] "Soccer bosses launched an 11th hour bid yesterday to stop known hooligans heading for euro 2000. The fa urged the government to pass emergency laws allowing the seizure of passports."[181] "When asked why he hasn't removed the passports from our 10,000 known hooligans as the germans have, jack straw replied, "We have the legislation but tory back benchers blocked it." And in one sentence he drags us to the vacuum at the core of the great new labour illusion. A government with a 180 seat majority, crippled with fear and shackled by its enemies. And on and on the list of tasks this government with a huge mandate won't perform for fear of upsetting  a mythical middle england, unravels."[182]

"This is how the alder hey organs scandal finally came to light. News of the organs store is revealed (sept 1999) during the enquiry into the bristol babies heart scandal."[185]

Brutland is a country where the pharming industry can spread a deadly disease, aided and abetted by the house of lords, the house of commons, the maffia, and the national pharmers union, and yet no one is prosecuted for this crime against oomanocruels. It is a country where in the 1980s robert maxwell could steal £450million with the connivance of the tory government, the labour party, trade unions, and the news media, and yet no one protested. Is it really that surprising that the manure ladened nature of brutish politics can produce rampant diseases like bse?
