The Greater the Scourge of Bse and Global Burning, the faster they Fade into Public Oblivion.

November 25th 2000: The Day’s Events.

The Brutish Media doing its best to serve the interests of Mad Tory Pharmers’ Disease.

In bseland, the prominence of bse in media headlines over the last few months is beginning to fade. This provides a remarkable contrast with dominance of bse in europe where bse seems to be on the rampage. It is as if the brutish have managed to dump their shit on europe, yet again, and couldn’t give a toss what sort of mess europeans now find themselves in - indeed, it has to be suspected that many people in bseland believe that europe deserves such problems for banning brutish bseef. The media doesn’t seem in the least bit bothered about the catastrophe unfolding in europe. The only time that bse in europe is mentioned is when it affords an opportunity to suggest that brutish bseef is safe in comparison to that in europe. The media doesn’t want to discuss bse in europe because this will only remind brutish carnivores that there is still a bse problem in brutland. Certainly, the media doesn’t want to discuss the way that brutish pharmers are responsible for spreading bse to europe. Although the brutish floods in october and november dominated media headlines for many weeks, this did not provoke much of a discussion about global burning which continues to remain in oblivion. It is almost as if the floods have nothing to do with the destabilization of the climate. The floods have done nothing to persuade the labour government that global burning needs to be taken more seriously.

Pharmer Funke Flunks Feed Ban - Mad Tory Pharmers Disease appears in Germany.

Just as is the case in brutland where pharmers are grossly over-represented in the house of commons and the house of lords, the same is true in the rest of europe. Not surprisingly, these pharmer-dominated legislatures have been denying the spread of bse through their country’s enslaved Animals. In germany the agriculture minister also happens to be a pharmer (glad there’s no conflict of interest here) and oh, what a major surprise, is not keen on drastic action against bse. Although he demands widescale testing of slave Animals for bse he’s opposed to a feed ban, “Germany, shocked by news that mad cow disease may have spread across its borders, called on saturday for testing cattle throughout the European Union for the brain-wasting disease. Agriculture Minister Karl-Heinz Funke, who demanded on friday nationwide testing for bovine spongiform encephalopathy on slaughtered cattle, on saturday widened this demand to urge mandatory testing throughout the EU and for beef imported into the EU. "We now need bse tests for cattle in all of Europe," Funke said at a meeting of farmers in the southwestern town of Wallduern. "I'm against unilateral moves because at the end of the day measures are only effective when everyone takes them." Top health and agriculture ministry officials were in a crisis meeting in Bonn to discuss the issue. He also spoke out against the feed ban. Funke, himself a farmer, had said German beef was safe and added he was surprised bse had now surfaced in Germany, where there had been 16,000 negative tests before the first positives. The six cases of bse reported in Germany before friday involved cattle of British and Swiss origin.” [213]

Collapse of Climate Talks.

In the hague, international talks on curbing climate change suffer an ignominious collapse. John prescott believes he was close to getting a deal but it eventually fell through, “EU ministers led by the Scandinavians rejected a proposed deal hammered out by John Prescott, the deputy prime minister, with the Americans during Friday night. Prescott stormed out with the other EU envoys, to the embarrassment of Michael Meacher, the environment minister, who had gone on BBC radio earlier to trumpet Britain's lead in brokering an agreement. "I'm gutted," said Prescott. "The talks are off - they are all gone."“ [214] This failure may not sound too serious - the temptation is to believe the next meeting will enable delegates to iron out their differences. But the collapse is much more profound than such superficial optimism can cover up. The hague talks were meant to resolve the disagreements left over from the kyoto climate conference in 1997 so the collapse of the latest negotiations is, in effect, the collapse of the kyoto protocol - the first legally binding, but not yet ratified, agreement after the second world climate conference in 1990 and the rio Earth summit in 1992.

The failure to finalize the kyoto protocol at the hague conference means that even after ten years of discussions the global community still has no legal framework for countering climate change. This is grim but what is even grimmer is that this failure is regarded as a success. The climate negotiation process has given national governments around the world ten glorious years of being seen as heroes struggling to combat what seems like a growing menace when in fact these eco-nazis had no intention of doing anything to disturb the rampage of economic devastation across the Earth. It is unlikely that the eco-nazis will allow the failure of the hague conference to lead to the demise of kyoto protocol. The climate negotiation process is too useful a political tool for assuaging the fears of the tiny minority of people who try to stir up public concerns about the destabilization of the climate. The circus will undoubtedly be resuscitated and kept at the meaningless level it has been since the stockholm conference on the environment in 1972. The collapse of the hague talks are only the latest failure over the last thirty years - during which time most environmental problems have become far, far worse.

The collapse of the hague talks was caused by two factors. Firstly, the complete unwillingness of most governments around the world to reduce their Carbon emissions. Right wing governments in america, canada, japan, brutland, and australia, do not want environmental constraints on economic expansionism. If russia’s economy was flourishing and pumping out vast amounts of pollution, it too would have opposed any agreement. Whilst it might be accurate to describe the governments of america, canada, japan, and australia, as denialists i.e. people who have been told the truth but refuse to believe it, it would be wrong to depict russia and brutland in this way. The situation in russia is far more serious. A more accurate portrayal of russia’s situation is that it supports as rapid a rise in global temperatures as possible. Global burning will thaw out vast stretches of land across the country which will lead, in the decades to come, to an economic bonanza that will enable it to escape its current third world doldrums. The same also applies to both canada and alaska - both of whom are looking forward to a period when they will be called the new sunshine states.

Brutland’s position is also different from the rest. The vile stench of hypocrisy hangs about brutland’s (and, to a lesser extent, europe’s) position in these talks. It is impossible to believe that the brutish are the good guys who want real, concrete, definite, action to stabilize the climate. Whilst john prescott’s sincerity about combating global burning cannot be denied, his credibility at these talks had been shot to pieces even before he got there as a result of his spongy brained, prime minister who:

* mentioned the environment for the first time only last month after three years in office;

* mentioned last month the need to implement a national recycling scheme for the most basic waste products but provided the money for only 700,000 homes; [215]

* has capitulated to the world’s biggest Earth rapists (the pharming industry) on a regular basis over the last couple of years,

* appointed a new transport minister to resurrect the road building plans which prescott scrapped when he came into office; and,

* capitulated to the second biggest Earth rapists (motorists) by giving them a huge tax refund so they could dump even more Carbon into the atmosphere.

The eco-nazis brutish government is no more serious about combating global burning than any other country around the world but its pathological hypocrisy encourages it to boast that it is one of the world’s leaders in environmental reforms. All governments around the world are in common agreement: economic growth comes first, second, and third, and the environment is included at the bottom of the list only if it boosts economic growth.

Of course, if governments around the world really wanted an agreement over the climate then they would have got one. After all, a climate agreement couldn’t be any more complex than the uruguay round of the gatt treaty which made all industries, except pharming, a part of the global market and established the world terrorist organization, “It can stop us choosing what we eat. It can strike down laws passed by even the strongest, democratic governments. It can start or sanction trade wars. And it can set at naught the provisions of international treaties which have been solemnly ratified by the world's nations. Last week, the WTO ruled that the EU must drop an 11 year ban - imposed to safeguard health - on US beef treated with hormones. It authorised the Clinton Administration to penalise European goods until it does.” [216] But then again, whilst an agreement on the climate would curb global economic growth, the latest round of the gatt treaty was intended to boost economic growth.

The second reason for the collapse of the hague conference was europe’s opposition to america’s justifiable demand to take its Forests into account as far as its Carbon status is concerned. Greens were apoplectic about the american proposal. But, wait a minute, isn’t this a little bit odd? Aren’t greens supposed to hug Trees and love Forests? So why are they pouring “scorn” [217] on the idea of including Forests in estimates of climate change? Even worse, why are they dismissing the idea that Forests can stabilize the climate? Worse still, why are greens suggesting that if countries in the northern hemisphere i.e. america, europe, china, russia, i.e. the rich world, should moderate global burning by cutting down the taiga Forests? Greens agree with multinational logging corporations that there has been a massive increase in Forests across the northern hemisphere. They believe this Reforestation has been one of the main causes of the rise in global temperatures over the last couple of decades. Thus the way to combat global burning is by logging the taiga Forests - how convenient for multinational logging corporations. The tragedy of the failure of the hague conference is that greens supported europe’s opposition to the inclusion of natural Forests in climate negotiations.

It is possible to understand greens’ bizarre opposition to Reforestation only by highlighting their material basis e.g. in brutland the green movement is dominated by members of the land-owning pharming aristocracy - of whom charles windsor is primus inter pares. Aristocratic greens demand a dramatic expansion of organic pharming to replace industrialized pharming. The problem is that organic livestock pharming is far more extensive than conventional, intensive, meat production, so if it tried to produce the same quantity of cadavers it would decimate the world’s Forests. Greens denounce the fossil fuel industry for causing global burning to protect their pharming interests and to cover up the fact that organic pharming would decimate what is left of the Earth’s life support system - not forgetting that organic pharming also justifies carnivorism, hunting, and other aristocratic activities. The reason that greens promote an analysis which supports the clear-cutting of the taiga Forests to combat global burning is because they want to use this land for organic livestock pharming.

It has to be pointed out that even if the hague conference had been a success and ratified the kyoto protocol it would hardly have made the slightest difference to stabilizing the climate, “Prof Parry said that the Kyoto climate agreement "would, if successful, only reduce the rise of up to two degrees in temperature by 2050 by around 0.06°C.” [218]

Labour Propping up the Eco-Nazis.

Ever since the bse crisis began in the late 1980s the tories and pharmers have been wailing about the pharming crisis. But, it has to be asked, ‘What crisis is that?’ There aren’t any food shortages. People aren’t starving in the street. There aren’t bread riots. The supermarkets aren’t empty. The crisis is simply gross overmanning in the pharming industry. There are too many pharmers being given too many subsidies. The labour government subsidies to pharmers are on a staggeringly astronomical scale, £6 billion a year. These subsidies are so vast that more pharmers went out of business before the labour government was elected, “More farming and haulage firms collapsed in the last three years of tory rule than during the first three years of this government. Statistics released by the department of trade and industry show 971 farming and horticultural businesses collapsed between 1994 and 1996 compared to 652 in the three years up to 1999.” [219] These subsidies could have been used to transform schools, hospitals, and urban areas, around the country, but the hideously conventional labour government preferred to spend the money on pharmers who are poisoning people and devastating the environment. Thousands of car workers are going to be made redundant and yet the possibility of their getting any subsidies, let alone £6 billion a year, is non-existent. To the extent that giving car workers £6 billion a year in subsidies is a fantasy, this is an accurate measure of the labour government’s class bigotry against its own supporters. William hague once stated that, “Rural people look to the conservative party to represent them and stand up for their way of life - and we will not let them down.”” [220] The one thing that blair could never say is that he represents, and stands up for, the way of life of urban people.

November 26th 2000: Dealler suggests there will be a Bse Epidemic in Europe.

“Germany's first cases of mad cow disease could signal the beginning of a Europe-wide epidemic, a bse expert has warned. Dr Stephen Dealer, whose research helped to reveal the scale of the problem in Britain, told the Sunday Telegraph: "We are probably seeing the start of an epidemic in Europe and although it is impossible to predict its size, it will be bigger than we expect." [221]

Bseef Chops Brown Aiding Tory Propaganda yet Again.

Amazingly, the euro loving blair is allowing his agriculture minister to provide the tories with all the ammo they need to smear europe, “Agriculture minister nick brown yesterday said he would defy europe by banning french bseef if advisers warned it was a bse risk.” [222] However, the pharmers’ representative is far less gung-ho, “Ben gill said .. “it would be folly for us to create a tit-for-tat war and set precedents against which could later be turned against us.”” [223]

Death of Damioloa.

A huge amount of publicity appears in the media over the death of a black youngster who bled to death after being stabbed on a run down council estate in peckham, south london. The death of this child is being promoted in the same way as the death of stephan lawrence. The labour government bewails his death but its hypocrisy shines forth like a beacon. Having spent almost its entire period in office listening to whinging pharmers, pandering to the rich rural elite, and ploughing vast amounts of money into rural communities is it any wonder the neglect of urban areas, and the interests of labour’s own supporters, continues to lead to incidents like this? The labour government has no intention of doing anything other than allowing these areas to decay even further. It is difficult to understand why urban people don’t start blockading the roads into city centres until they are given the same subsidies as pharmers and rural people - after all, if such protests worked for pharmers then why shouldn’t they work for urban people?

November 28th 2000: The Day’s Events.

Government’s Green Paper on yet more Rural Subsidies.

£1billion Subsidies for Rural Areas and another £1billion for Rural Roads.

The government’s green paper on rural areas is the final capitulation to the rural lobby and pharming. Pharmers and rural areas are given the right to do virtually whatever they want and to decide their own level of subsidies; regulations imposed on concentration camps to stop the spread of disease are to be minimized; there will even be an ombudsman from the rural lobby who will sit in on cabinet meetings to tell government ministers if any of their policies might damage rural areas! This is unprecedented, “Village shops, garages and pubs which do not at present qualify for a 50 per cent reduction in rates will be able to apply for one under a £1 billion package of measures in the Rural White Paper. Launching the document, John Prescott, the Deputy Prime Minister, said the White Paper had been produced against a background of a 60 per cent fall in farm incomes in five years, many families being unable to afford to live in the place they grew up, and seven out of 10 of the poorest counties being rural. In the past 20 years, he said, one school a fortnight had been closed - a total of 450. More than 100 rural post offices had been closed each year. (These are insignificant in comparison to the closure of schools and post offices in urban areas - mc). More than 4,000 shops had gone out of business, due to an explosion in out-of-town stores. (This is insignificant in comparison to the closures in urban areas - mc). A Rural Service Standard is to be established, setting minimum rates of provision for health, childcare, post offices, transport and response times for the emergency services. There will be an annual independent audit of whether this standard is met. There will be a consultation paper on a proposal to give rate relief for farm diversifications. Small abattoirs are to be helped by additional funding and "regulating only when it is necessary". The loophole under which farm buildings do not require planning permission will continue. Farm payments under the CAP will not attract environmental conditions, such as cutting hedges outside the bird breeding season, as originally canvassed.” [224] Under these circumstances it won’t be too long before hill pharmers start claiming compensation for flooding! Pharmers have never known it so good for extracting the subsidy out of the labour livestock movement. It was only 10 months ago that blair was going around rural areas telling them how wonderful life was outside urban areas. It was pointed out in tf17 that, “Blair has the facts on his side and he delivered a barrage of them yesterday: the countryside is doing pretty well. There is a farming crisis - but life for most people in the country is better than in towns. They are healthier, happier, safer, better educated and richer. In devon yesterday (blair) rightly sought to disentangle the tory farming industry from most of rural life. Agriculture is only 1% of gdp and only employs 2% of the workforce in england. Even in rural areas it only employs 4% of the workforce. There is no “rural crisis”. [225]

November 30th 2000: Newsnight Report.

On newsnight this evening it is reported that russia has banned polish beef. Dealler alleges that current bse tests are not accurate enough to definitely prove whether an Animal is infected or not.

December 1st 2000: An Estimated 200,000 Pharmers raking in £3.8 Billion in Subsidies. Pharmers Lying about their Poverty as Usual.

Dire warnings are issued once again about the non-existent pharming crisis, “Farming is on "the brink of extinction" the Tories warned yesterday after the Government published the bleakest set of official figures for decades. The statistics showed a 29 per cent fall in total farm incomes in the UK this year. The Office of National Statistics said about £700 million was wiped off farm incomes this year, reducing them to only £1.71 billion. Farmers' leaders said the figures were "soul destroying". Incomes have fallen more than 70 per cent since 1995, when the level was £6.07 billion. Despite government efforts to raise hopes for better times ahead next year, farmers warned that the picture could get worse. Even this year's findings could turn out to be too optimistic because the full cost of the floods which have ravaged crops over huge areas of the country will not become clearer until the New Year. The figures showed that farmers suffered a collapse in value of their cereals, potatoes, fresh fruit, cattle and milk. Mr Brown said EU and national taxpayers' support for the farming industry was increasing and now stood at £3.8 billion a year.” [229]

Pharmers have been whinging about their income, as they have done since time immemorial, but ‘bseef chops’ brown admits they have been loaded with £3.8 billion per annum in subsidies. In other words, pharmers claim their income is a mere £1.71 billion and yet they are being given £3-6billion a year in subsidies!! This is not very economic. At the beginning of the year the government pointed out there were 200,000 pharmers left in the country so this works out that each pharmer is being given £19,000 a year - that’s in addition to the free food, the free diesel, the free rates, the free travel, and the massive profits they make when they sell cheap agricultural land for housing or industrial development, etc, etc.

December 5th 2000: The Day’s Events.

Europe Bans use of Mbm (for six months); Bans Sale of 30 month Bseef (unless tested); and offers 70% Compensation for Pharmers with Bse.

Dealler reports that europe is going to ban mbm and the sale of some bseef over 30 months of age, “Following demands from all around the EU, they have demanded that as of 1.1.01 there will be a banning of the use of meat and bone meal for the feeding of any animals in the EU, and no cattle over 30 months will be sold for human consumption unless it has been tested and shown to be negative for BSE.” [230] ; “A six-month ban on feeding ground-up animal parts to cattle was approved by European Union agriculture ministers yesterday in an attempt to quell the rising panic over bse .. The move was agreed by ministers at an emergency meeting in Brussels. From January 1 all meat-and-bonemeal is to be banned for use in animal feed for six months. Ministers were locked in talks last night over the slaughter of all animals aged more than 30 months which did not test negative for bse, and the removal of the whole intestine as well as the brain, spleen and spinal cord from the food chain. The 30-months plan could lead to the slaughter of more than seven million cattle. He made clear that he believes that the EU must foot the bill and offer a 100 per cent compensation package to farmers for destroying such animals, which are more likely to show signs of bse infection. Yesterday the EU was offering 70 per cent compensation.” [231]

Meltdown of Pro-Pharmer Bigot.

At the end of october, christopher booker of the telegraph proclaimed his support for mark purdey’s insecticides’ theory of bse - i.e. that bse was caused by insecticides and not transmitted by mbm. He thus argued, like purdey, that bseef was not a health risk so bse would not pose a threat in europe, "why then could 40,000 tons of such cattle food made from cattle remains have been exported (from brutland to europe) without apparently causing bse in other countries? If beef is the cause of vcjd, why then, since the french ate up to 350,000 elderly cows a year imported from britain in the years before 1996, the very animals susceptible to bse, has france recorded only 2 cases of vcjd?" [232] This was a few days before europe erupted in anger about the spread of the disease across the continent!!!

December 6th 2000: Whatever you do - don’t Lick German Roads.

Dealler reports that bse could be used as infill for the construction of roads, “Firm with 22 plants finds it has a product it cannot sell Germany's largest producers of MBM suddenly realises that all its produce cannot be sold concerning bovine production. In Germany the sale of MBM was until last week widespread with over 700,000 tonnes sold last year. Now Germany's agriculture ministry has asked energy utilities and concrete manufacturers should take it.” [233]

December 9th 2000: The Day’s Events.

Dealler reports that, “Professor Behan from the Southern General Hospital in Glasgow gave the press enough information that they managed to find out the name of a patient dying of vCJD. It was decided that he could not have realised the determination of the press. Behan now says he should have said nothing to the media.” [234] Dealler comments, “I was involved with Behan at the time. He was extremely worried about the determined denials coming from Government at the time that the disease was appearing. He should be praised in some way.”

December 9th 2000: Storms Continue.

December 9th 2000: Size of Epidemic.

The question these days isn’t whether there is going to be a bse epidemic, the one that the maffia, pharmers, tory/labour politicians and the medical authorities said would never happen, but the size of the epidemic, “The rate of death from the human form of mad cow disease has risen by 300% since 1997, latest figures reveal. And scientists, including experts at the department of health, now acknowledge that nv-cjd may claim up to 136,000 lives in britain over the next 60 years. Deaths from vcjd this year are set to top 30 - twice as many as last year. Richard lacey said, “But, like the first cases of hiv, the omens are bad. Unfortunately i think we are on course for a very serious problem.” [236]

December 12th 2000: Meeting of Euro Leaders.

Blair has mentioned the environment twice since may 1997 and yet he is perfectly willing to spend 5 days negotiating with other european leaders over ways of devastating the Earth, “The prime minister clinched the agreement (with european leaders) after a record five days of talks in the french city of nice.” [237]

Fear of English Pharmers’ Disease Spreads to Japan.

“Japan has tightened restrictions on the use of animal materials in medicines and cosmetics amid growing concern about the risk of bse, or mad cow disease. The health ministry said it was banning the use of body parts from ruminants, such as cattle, sheep and goats, from 29 countries, most of them in Europe. Bse was first reported in Britain in 1986. It has since spread to a number of European countries, but there have been no known cases in Japan. Japan's health ministry said it was also banning internal organs such as brains, eyes, spine and intestines from ruminants in countries other than the 29 on the blacklist.” [238]

France getting its own back by Exporting Bseef to Brutland.

The mundi club vigorously protested about the export of bseef infected mbm to europe that had been banned in brutland. It now seems the french are now trying to get their own back - and jolly good luck to them, “Cows infected with bse have been entering the food chain in France, and possibly also in Britain, because French farmers have been disguising the cause of their cattle’s death as a farmyard accident, according to an official report. The French Food Agency, drawing its first conclusions after three months of tests on cattle, said that the epidemic in France could be three times more serious than thought. Of 15,000 cows tested at abattoirs in western France using the Swiss-made Prionics kit between August and October, 32 were found to have bse — a rate of 2.1 per 1,000.” [239]

Testing for Bse in Brutland.

It has just been pointed out that 32 of the 15,000 Cows tested in France using the Swiss-made Prionics had bse — a rate of 2.1 per 1,000. Apparently, “A similar programme in Britain last year found a rate of 4.5 per 1,000, according to the agency.” [240] This means that if there are one million Cattle in brutland then about 4500 currently have the disease. The rate of bse infection means it is very unlikely that the bse is going to die out in the next few years as roy anderson had predicted, “Roy Anderson, of Oxford University, said that he still believed the BSE epidemic was close to its end, and would be at an extremely low level by 2001.” [241]

December 13th 2000: The Day’s Events.

The ex-Oxford Statisticians Pointing out, once again, the Safety of Brutish Bseef.

The participation of anderson’s team of oxford statisticians in the bse slaughter has been mentioned many times in earlier tf publications - it has also been mentioned in this issue under the dairy entry for october 26th 2000. Anderson’s crew of bse statisticians, now residing at imperial college in london, have links with the bse scandal that go all the way back to the origins of bse when richard southwood, an oxford university professor, produced a report stating that bse posed no threat to ooman health, thereby of course helping to spread the disease even further around the country’s livestock. He later admitted that in this report he had indulged in a bit of political spin.

Harriet kimball’s statement, a month or so ago, that french bseef was more risky than brutish bseef seems to have sparked off some interest amongst anderson’s bse statisticians. It has been noted that kimball’s argument was a little dotty given that there have been 200,000 bse cases in brutland but only 7,000 in france but right wing, brutish, bseef loving, loons believe that, mathematically, this mean that french bseef is a greater risk than brutish bseef. Minor setbacks, such as incompatibility with the facts, don’t seem to deter nasty, vile, right wing propagandists denying the bse epidemic in brutland.

A member of anderson’s crew of bse statisticians publishes a new report into the safety of brutish and french bseef. No, no, wait a minute, let me guess what it might say. It will probably be along the lines of, ‘Bse no longer exists in brutland, it never existed in brutland, it was just a figment of environmentalists’ imagination’. We shall see, “One of the UK's leading experts on the bse epidemic has calculated that British beef is far safer to eat than French meat. In the last year, at least 24, and probably as many as 52, highly infectious animals in the late stages of developing bse were slaughtered and eaten in France. That compares to just one or two animals in Britain. The findings are based on the number of reported cases in France, where 135 animals have been found to have the full-blown disease this year. Britain, in contrast, has reported 1,165 confirmed cases this year - but crucially no animals older than 30 months are eaten. Dr Christl Donnelly, of the Imperial College School of Medicine in London, told the BBC: "This year, eating beef in Britain was safer than it was in France, and that's the case because of all the controls that have been brought in the UK." Her research estimates that 7,300 animals have been infected since 1987 in France. Her estimates, reported in the journal Nature, are the first which try to accurately reflect under-reporting by farmers. (But, not it seems, the gross under-reporting by brutish pharmers, mc). The main impact of the findings is to call into question the safety of beef eaten in France.” [242] Well, what a surprise these views are. Fancy anderson’s team concluding there’s nothing wrong with brutish bseef. Now where have i heard that before? Didn’t richard southwood say something like this 15 years ago? Oh dear, oh dear.

The facts that donnelly presents are firstly that there were 1,165 confirmed cases of bse in Britain. Whether these are amongst Cows under 30 months of age or above is not stated. However, there were one or two highly infectious cases of bse in brutland, in comparison to 52 in France - although once again whether these were under 30 months of age is not stated.

The article quoted above doesn’t state whether donnelly carried out an assessment of under-reporting in bseland as she did in france. It would not have been done in bseland firstly, because it would imply that brutish pharmers are liars, cheats and frauds, and secondly, because the liars, cheats, and frauds, in the maffia would have denounced such speculation as useless and unreliable. And yet, it’s strange that a rigorous scientific analysis can be applied to the french and not the brutish and consequently, isn’t it amazing these non-existent statistics should turn out to put brutish bseef in such a good light? Truly amazing. All that this statistical research by donnelly proves is that the conclusions of bse statisticians are grossly irresponsible for encouraging people to eat bseef meat and, what is more, feed their children on such crap.

Where’s Anderson’s Latest Predictions?

It ought to be pointed out that last month the emergence of new facts into bse during the publication of phillips’ report, required anderson to reformulate his remarkably conservative predictions about the scale of the bse-cjd epidemic in bseland. It’s interesting that nearly two months later he still hasn’t published anything. Bbc news reports that donnelly’s study suggests that more bse infected Cattle are being eaten in france than they are in brutland where, it is believed, only 1-2 bse infected Cattle are getting into the foodchain. The bbc is quick to exploit the study in order to put in a good word for brutish farmers. John sopell finishes the report, which features extensive coverage of jews being cut up in concentration camps, by asking why the french are continuing to ban brutish bseef? He seems to have forgotten that europe is currently seething with anger and fear about this english disease so the prospects of english pharmers selling their diseased products in europe is likely to be negligible. The only people on the continent who would eat brutish bseef are the old and stupid.

The bbc is showing a huge amount of footage of abattoirs and butchers in which Animals being cut to shreds. This seems to be part of an informal or secret policy to help people overcome their feelings of squeamishness about such barbarity. If they could condition people into accepting this sort of behaviour as a normal part of everyday life then sales of meat are likely to increase.

BBC2 Newsnight.

Jeremy paxman, one of the country’s most rabid anti-Animal rightists, introduces a newsnight article on donnelly’s study by stating that thousands of Cattle in france with bse are being eaten (not the 52 mentioned in the donnelly report). But then, just when you expect him to add the full stop at the end of his sentence he seems unable to prevent his conscience forcing him to pause momentarily and add “perhaps”. This is but a prelude to his real objective which is to ask why brutland isn’t banning french bseef? Included in this article is an interview with christi donnelly and then one with harriet kimball who says it is easy for smugglers to slip in french bseef undetected. The caption underneath the video footage of the kimball interview states that she is a member of seac which many viewers might suspect is the government’s scientific committee on bse. It is not and kimball isn’t a bse scientist either. The final part of the newsnight article on bse is paxman’s interview with john krebbs of the fsa. Krebbs does not seem impressed with the latest results from anderson’s bseef loving team of epidemiologists. He refuses to recommend a ban on french bseef on the entirely rational grounds that there have been nearly two hundred thousand cases of bse in brutland, but only 7,000 in France. This incenses poor jeremy who seems to believe the case for banning french bseef is overwhelming. Paxman is incensed that krebb’s evidence is getting in the way of his objective of creating a vegetarian-free country. He insists that if it is easy for french bseef to get into brutland and be consumed by brutish people then the simplest measure to protect public health would be to ban french bseef imports - although i can’t remember the bigot demanding a ban on the consumption of bseef when there were tens of thousands of Cattle dying in brutland. When krebs dismisses the argument yet again, paxman terminates the interview and, as he pans around to another camera to move onto the next article, a wistful grimace sweeps across his face as if he wonders why such idiots have been given the job of protecting the health of brutish people. The sole topic of this article was donnelly’s report that brutish bseef is safer than french bseef - there is no mention that another bse cluster has been discovered. The last thing that paxman wants to do is to spoil the appetites of his eco-nazis, bseef eating viewers.

It’s not worth it.” Clusters of the disease have been found in leicester, where five cases have been linked, armthorpe, doncaster, with three cases.” [248] It is becoming increasingly common for the relatives of the bse-cjd victims to point out that the person who has just died ate very little bseef. But it is increasingly looking as if this is just an indication of the virulence of the disease. More and more clusters are beginning to appear and soon they’ll start joining up with each other across the country.

Despite krebbs’s comments on newsnight, tory politicians continue to demand that he hypes up the threat posed by french bseef. So, he warns brutish consumers to be on the look-out for french bseef products, “Meanwhile consumers were warned yesterday by the food standards agency that beef products such as corned beef, salami and pate from France and other bse-infected countries were more risky to eat than carcass meat. Sir John insisted that "on current evidence the risk posed by French and British steaks sold in the UK are comparable". When it came to meat products, "I would simply say we cannot be as confident about risk levels as we are with carcass meat".” [249] The fsa doesn’t give any warning about the brutish bseef in shops which, thankfully, is now labelled so at least the brain dead can avoid buying this disease ridden rubbish. The fact that brutish bseef is being labelled is clearly because the marketing people believe that the public would buy brutish bseef if they could, so it appears that all the propaganda about the safety brutish bseef, in comparison to that from other countries, is working.

The eco-nazi blair government makes its third announcement of new roads which takes it almost back to where it was after prescott scrapped them. The first new roads came when prescott was moved out of the department of transport and gus macdonald was drafted in to start resurrecting road building schemes. The second major announcement of new roads came with the rural bypasses mentioned in the green paper last month. This is the third announcement. There is less and less room for doubt that the blair government is an appalling gang of eco-nazis. So let’s recall those heady days when john prescott wielded an almighty axe to the dot’s road construction schemes, “Hundreds of towns and villages are facing traffic misery after the government slashed its roads programme yesterday. Dozens of bypasses and widening schemes were axed to reduce the road building budget from £6 billion to £1.4 billion. Only 37 of the 130 schemes planned by the tories will go ahead. Roads minister john reid told the commons the government was ending the ‘predict and provide’ approach of the tories which was blamed for creating more traffic.” [251] And, what about this for a bit of nostalgia for the good old days when the labour government seemed concerned about the environment, “Transport minister john reid said he would not scrap a “price accelerator” inherited from the tories aimed at forcing drivers to switch to smaller cars. (Petrol will rise to 88p a litre). An AA spokesman said, “We’re outraged. This won’t do a thing for the environment because 82% of drivers say they wouldn’t give up their cars even if petrol doubled.” In contrast, prices in the u.s.a. have fallen to 99.6 cents a gallon, the lowest level in five years, and roughly 14 pence a litre.” [252] The result of blair’s capitulation to the eco-nazis panzer divisions is, as will be noted on january 10th 2001, “Britain has the worst record in europe for cutting down Carbon dioxide emissions from new cars.”

December 15th 2000: Purdey still denouncing Bseef.

The right wing, london newspaper, the evening standard, publishes a two page article on the right wing ideas of mark purdey, the green activist and organic pharmer who for years fed his Cattle on meat and bone meal and then sold his bseef as organically reared meat at premium rates. Is it really wise to ask organic pharmers who have been feeding their Animals with bse-infected mbm what they think the cause is of bse? Purdey is still defending the implications of his thesis even though his views on the origins of the disease seem to have changed dramatically. He’s still insisting that bse can’t be transferred via meat and bone meal to Cattle and that oomans can’t contract bse-cjd from eating bseef.

The implication of his first hypothesis is that bse won’t spread to europe. Up until a few months ago this was a strong argument in his favour despite the suspicions that bse was being covered up in europe in the same way it was in bseland. However, since last month it has started looking increasingly erroneous. Purdey’s hypothesis is further undermined because the spread of bse across the continent closely resembles the distribution of mbm imported from brutland. Most cases of bse in france are found in the normandy area which imported the most mbm from brutland. Given the dramatic increase in bse cases on the continent, and the eruption of public anger over the discovery of the prevalence of bse in europe, he’s now trying to salvage his argument by moving the areas supposedly free of bse, further away from bseland, “The sort of feed that is being blamed has been exported all around the world for years. Boat-loads of meat and bone meal have been exported since the 1970s to libya, saudi arabia, africa, and south america, so why haven’t they got bse?” [253] This argument could have been lifted straight out of the maffia’s encyclopaedia of denialism. However, his statement ‘There is no evidence that these countries have the disease’ is just as misleading as all those issued by the liars in the maffia. The truth is that there is no evidence they are free from the disease.

Purdey is also still defending his hypothesis that bse is not found in bseef - which is hardly a surprising view for a pharmer even an organic one. In the ‘evening standard’ article, however, he introduces a new argument to back up his case, “If it (bse-cjd) was to do with eating beef we’d have lots of cases in towns, where most burger bars are, but 60% of cases are in rural areas. The recent clusters suggest that vcjd has nothing to do with beef.” [254] It is strange that so many victims lived in rural areas rather than in towns but this doesn’t prove his hypothesis at all. What it suggests is that the prime cuts of bseef that rural people obtain from their friendly local butchers which have close connections to local pharmers, may be more dangerous than the mechanically recovered meat sold in towns. This interpretation would not go down well with either purdey or the maffia.

Purdey’s explanation of the origins of bse have undergone a dramatic transformation since his babblings were last criticized in the terra firm. He now believes the origin of bse is in the environment which, thankfully, narrows it down considerably .. “he began a major tour, visiting iceland, slovakia, calabria and sardinia. He found that all of them had high levels of manganese and ultra-violet light and zero levels of copper. Prions normally bond with copper, but when copper is absent, the prion bonds instead with the manganese, which cause it to change form. Prions normally act as a shock-absorber against the oxidizing effects that uv light can have when it hits the retina. This he says, is why all the pockets of animal spongiform diseases are in high uv areas and explains, for example, why iceland, with its wide open snow-covered spaces, has a high scrapie problem.” So, does this help in explaining why doncaster has a bse cluster but the northern metropolis of leeds doesn’t? Presumably, ultraviolet radiation lands only on rural areas???

For years purdey was dismissed as a raving crackpot by extreme right wing, tory, lunatics but sad to say they now take him seriously, “But the wind seems to be changing. His local mp, former tory minister tom king has lobbied hard on his behalf.” [255] The reason for his political popularity in extreme right wing circles is because his arguments enable pharmers to obtain yet more compensation from the government for the bse slaughter, “Cynics say the government is desperate to find some other, more amorphous explanation for vcjd with which to fend off compensation claims.” [256] Quite where pharmers would stash the loot from their subsidies and their compensation payments is not known. The bse slaughter is increasing looking like a right wing plot to ensure that vast amounts of public money are spent on pharmers rather than hospitals, nurses, pensioners, the urban poor, etc.

December 17th 2000: Prescott blames Cars for Global Burning so this makes it acceptable for him to cover the country in housing estates.

Dubbya bush is an anti-global burning loony. So it’s a remarkable irony that the state which ensured dubbya bush’s election to the u.s. presidency is likely to suffer considerably from global burning, “Mr Bush, by contrast, has called the concerns about global warming "junk science". Mr Bush is widely expected to name either Governor Marc Racicot of Montana or the former senator Slade Gorton of Washington state as his Secretary of the Interior; both men are noted more for their opposition to environmental regulations than for promotion of them. The future president Bush might well bear in mind one further consideration. As President Clinton said at Warwick University last week, Florida "could be wiped out" by rising tides due to climate change. Mr Bush owes his election to the citizens of that state; the least he could do in return is preserve them from destruction.” [258]

But there is another striking irony of the presidential election in florida, a state which seems to be more texan than texas. Greens condemn the election of bush because of his associations with the world’s oil companies - his father reputedly owns a number of oil companies. What they neglect to mention is that the bushes are also big ranchers so the chances of persuading this eco-nazis to give up both his oil and ranching interests are negligible. Whilst bush is in office the temptation for america to go on denying bse will be greater than ever.

The Global Context of Bse Politics: It isn’t possible to spot the Biodiversity Holocaust through the Phoney Jewish Holocaust.

There is one further irony of the presidential election which deserves to be mentioned. Nearly 30,000 jews in florida voted for one of america’s most right wing, anti-semitic, politicians who was contesting a congressional seat in the state. If they also voted for dubbya then they would have helped to defeat the first jew running for vice-president.

Now, it has to be asked, how is it possible for such vast numbers of jews spontaneously, of their own free will, to vote for an anti-semite? Let’s forget the suggestion that this was mass confusion over a complicated ballot paper and ignore the issue of who might have been responsible for organizing this conspiracy and ask what the goals of such a conspiracy could have been. Was it to ensure there are prominent anti-semitic politicians in all countries around the world because this helps the racists in the israeli government to maintain the zionist illusion that the world is full of anti-semites? The belief that the entire world is anti-semitic is vital to zionists because in israel it gives them the moral right to shoot unarmed palestinian children protesting about their racist oppressors. What better way is there to cover up the racist nature of the jewish state than by insisting the entire world is anti-semitic and then helping to elect anti-semites to prove the validity of this proposition.

Zionist propaganda promotes the idea of a completely fictious, phoney, event called the jewish holocaust. The jewish holocaust is fictious because the nazis slaughtered not only jews but gypsies, communists, gays, seven day adventists, etc. It just happened to be the case that there were more jews than gypsies in germany at the time. There was a holocaust but it wasn’t a jewish holocaust. The fact that the nazis’ slaughter of so many people during the second world war is increasingly being known as a jewish holocaust is testimony to the vast global, conspiracy being organized by jewish organizations around the world in order to cover up their racist oppression of palestinians living in what is currently called israel.

There is clear evidence of this global jewish conspiracy in the brutish media where, as in parliament, there are a disproportionate number of jews. In the 1970s and 1980s the media used to frequently draw attention to the racist nature of white rule in south africa in which millions of blacks were denied the vote in national elections. However, during this time and even up to the present day, the same media also refuses to condemn, as racist, jewish national elections which exclude vast numbers of palestinians. So why is the brutish media treating a racist state like israel so differently from formerly racist states like south africa?

There are two concerns here about the zionist propaganda of the so-called jewish holocaust. The first, and foremost, concern is that this propaganda is distracting attention from oomans’ devastation of the Earth’s biodiversity, the sixth biggest extinction of Biodiversity since the formation of the Earth. The second is that in brutland it is inadvertently covering up the bse crisis.

And yet frost didn’t seem to believe there was any need to challenge this racist about such appalling statements and he didn’t seem bothered that there was no palestinian representative to provide a reply to netanayu’s disgusting bigotry - it really is appalling that the bbc sees fit to give this racist so much air-time in prominent news programmes. Netanayu may have been invited onto the programme to give his views about the (racist) jewish elections but he spent most of his time slagging off the palestinians. Strange also how this country’s left wing degenerates didn’t make the slightest protest about the racist murders of palestinian children and yet if it had been black children being murdered by south african police then there would have been riots in the streets and an invasion of the south african embassy. Of course people like peter hain are too busy these days ironing his dapper pin-striped suits and reading through his labour government portfolio to bother to register his protests about such murders. Another aspect of this anti-racist racism is that ever since the murder of stephan lawrence the media has been featuring far more non whites than before so that there are now compulsory blacks in virtually every scene on television. What is so odd about this is that it has focused so overwhelmingly upon black african males. This has been puzzling but the explanation for this is going to have to wait for another magazine. What is important here is why the brutish media believes that what is going on amongst racist jews in israel is more important than the ominous spread of bse around the european continent?

The nazis’ slaughter of millions of oomans during the second world war is a matter of complete insignificance in comparison to the oomans’ holocaust of the Earth’s Biodiversity - in which, of course, israelis are fully paid up members of the oomano master race currently wrecking the Earth’s life support system. It has to be said that if people can’t tell the difference between a petty european holocaust and geocide then really it’s probably because they’ve been eating far too much bse-infected bseef.

Sometimes i wonder, what the jewish victims of the nazis concentration camps if they were, miraculously to come back to life, would make of the way that zionists have used their deaths as a political football to extort billions of pounds in compensation from european countries, defend un sanctions against iraq causing the deaths of anywhere between 500,000 and a million children, and get away with the periodic slaughter of palestinians living in various parts of the middle east. They have never once apologized for what they have done. Indeed pharmers in this country believe they are not in the slightest bit responsible for bse let alone spreading the disease. Most of those in parliament are the same people who openly lamented the massacre at dunblane whilst, behind the scenes in parliament, worked frantically to prevent a ban on handguns - after all they’d just installed a shooting range in the house of commons so the last thing they wanted to do was ruin their ‘boys with their toys’ playpen.
