Description: I posted a message in here several years ago telling about my homemade and my production swingbikes, the one that was stolen from me frame #000464 and the other production one that has been buried in storage for the last ten years. It has almost no original parts just the basic frame. I am seriosly thinking about digging it out and putting it on the road with some after market gears and parts (kinda like the one that was stolen from me)I don`t know the serial# on the frame I have , but when I dig it out and get it going I will send in some pics and details. I finally got a digital camera and took a few pics of the homemade one that a friend and I made back in about 1977 I think, here they are. I love swingbikes and love showing off on them they are deffinatley the coolest bike ever made.

Description: This was a surprising find! A couple came in and said it was their kids bike in the mid 70's. It had been hanging in the garage for the last 2 decades and they didn't want it anymore. I made an offer and it was mine! The bike is in excellent shape with only the brake lever that I replaced. Everthing else is original, even the rare full chrome chainguard thats not normally seen on these bikes. Don't really know what its worth but I consider it priceless. Thanx for the registry.

Description: Found in the tall grass behind a barn at a yard sale, missing a front rim, and bought it for $3. Use it to go to 7-11 and buy donuts. Mostly not original, but it still swings! Here's a pic of our swing bike. I'm the one who bought it, but my friend Nick takes it for years at a time, then comes out to visit, and I get it back for a while.....he's here now, and we were just looking at your site. Nice work. Description: Surface rust on guards and handles. Has chain guard which I haven't seen before on other SB's. Not sure if this is original. Otherwise in perfect working order. Haven't heard much about them in Australia, would love to hear from others in Oz that have SB's.
