Description: My father bought my swing bike at a bicycle shop in Petaluma California in 1977 when I was 11 years old. It was definitely the hit of the neighborhood. It sat in the garage from the mid-80's until my parents moved to Layton Utah in 1993 when my then 14-year old brother sprayed painted it black, put motocross handlebars, and tuff-wheel mags on it and instantly became the hit of his new neighborhood. By 1996 it was back in the rafters. Then last year I rescued it by dismantling it and bringing it home in suitcases on an airplane. Now my 11-year old and I will begin the grueling task of trying to restore it.

Description: I won this bike in 1976 through a radio station promotion. I rode it quite a bit back then but it's not a very comfortable long distant ride! I joined the USAF in 1978 and the bike hung in my grandmother's garage for the next 20 years! Although the back tire is flat and won't hold air, and the seat has blackened with age, it's still in fine shape. Chrome, paint and decals are all in excellent shape. All parts are original and functioning well.

Description: Only thing original is the frame and spring hardware. Replaced broken forks with shorter Murray forks, and fenders allowing for a 20" front tire (i think it's quite an improvment myself). All other parts are new.

Description: I bought it 8 yrs. ago. It has no fenders or hand brakes. I still have the original tires, both were weather cracked and had bad tubes. So it has new tires,tubes, and also a chain. Everything else is original and in excellent shape for me to ride which I do every chance I get.

Description: Bob i have two swing bikes. The first one is all orignal its green i am the second owner. the other one i found at a gargesale it is in rough shape it was orignaliy blue but someone spraypainted it black. I am going to put a springer fork on it and make a swinger/springer out of it.

Description: Bought the frame and forks for $100 at a swap meet last summer. I wanted a old chopped merc feel to it. Has filled in frame and is a original chainguard bike although the guard is not original. White wall slick and low count spoke wheels keep the 50s feel.
