Negative Weight
To make it so you carry negative weight, buy 99 daggers at the weapon shop 3 times.

Lockpicking Skill Cheat
Keep typing "pick nose", and watch your lockpicking skill go up.
Warning: Make sure your Lockpicking skill isn't too low or you'll die.

Free Cash Cheat
When you have the Dervish's beard, go to Keapon Laffin and keep typing "give beard". He'll keep giving you the money everytime you type it.

The Moving Hero
During the Debug Mode, press and hold "Ctrl" then click the hero on his feet and drag him to your desired destination within the screen.

X-Ray Glasses
Put them on before you enter Zayisha's room for a little surprise.
