The Gold Balls are official Sierra patches.
The Green Balls are fan created script fixes by the great and mighty Belzorash. Except for the top green ball which is an unofficial patch for QFG 5 created by C.P.Groenveld, to allow it to play on Windows XP/2000.
The Silver Ball is a saved game download for QFG V which has almost all stats maxed out. Yes, I know it's not actually silver, but I'm too lazy to change the name of the file.
The new patches, I haven't had a chance to add good descriptions to, so I'll do that when I can. So eventually, the descriptions will be more...descriptive.
