I'm back briefly to inform you of an unofficial patch created to let QFG5 work in Windows XP/2000. It can be found in the downloads page.

A fellow nostalgia gamer informed me of an abandonware site. The link can be found here.

For those looking for downloadable versions of the games, you won't find them on my site, but I added a little note to the Links page, so check that out. It'll be worth a look.

I have started to post the TMBGlorifying QFGlorifications on my site. They can be accessed here. TMBGlorifying QFGlorifications. Which means the BBS page has been taken down. It was never used anyway so it's no loss, really. It'll be a while until I can upload all the songs onto the page though. But you can see my progress so far. These are songs written about Quest for Glory using existing songs and the ones I'll be posting were created by Deep Eyes, a former member of the Sierra forums. And yes, I got permission to post his QFGlorications. You may E-mail him at deepeyes@sbcglobal.net.

I'm theorizing that the incredibly major update that I want to have happen, won't occur for about two years when my life calms down. That's not to say I won't update until then, I'll still update with a few things here and there, but the major redo, won't occur for until a couple years from now. And I do plan to still be around for that. So keep checking.

I'll try to create an overview summary of each of the five games for those few people who happen to come across this site, and aren't sure what each game is about. That probably won't happen for a while, because I would like to include that in a major update that includes info and things for each of the five games, that I've been thinking of doing.

If I can remember what the links are, I'll try to post mirror links to the official Sierra patches from the official site, just in case people are paranoid of downloading off a third party site.

Belzorash updated script fixes for QFG 1 VGA and QFG 3, which I now have available for download on my site on the Downloads page.

What I should do is make a walkthrough for the games, with inspiration from the official Prima strategy guide. Not word for word, because that'll be legally problematic, but inspired from.

One day, hopefully, should I ever get the inspiration to do so, I shall, out of the goodness that is me, finish the story of Devon Aidendale through his journey into Silmaria of QFG V. Devon Aidendale is the "default" name given by author of the official Prima QFG Strategy Guide for QFG I-IV in the story walkthrough portion. This is the walkthrough that many veteran QFG players know by heart. I say finish the story into QFG V, because that guide was written by a different author.

This is just a little reminder for me, for when I get around to it. I should add a Quest for Glory image to the index page, because I've come to realize that my site is incredibly bare of any recognition of a QFG website.

Just a quick note, if you want to add anything to anything on my pages, please don't feel hesitant, I'm always looking for fresh meat.
