Goron City

When you first reach Death Mountain, it will be quite easy to go up. Just follow the path past the huge boulder and flag and you should find your way to the city. You should first head out to the center platform. There you will learn that the boss of Goron City has taken it. His room is on the bottom floor, but you cannot enter the room easily. Talk to the Goron infront of the door to learn he is waiting for the Royal Messager. Stand infront of the door and play Zelda's Lullaby to open the door. If you talk to the Goron again he will tell you that the leader likes the songs from the forest. Now enter and talk to Darunia. He will not discuss the Spiritural Stone unless you play Saria's Song. From him you will obtain Goron's Bracelet. Now head back to the top. On your way you will probably find a area where you can here the music for the Lost Woods. If you blow up the boulders with Bomb Flowers, it will provide an easy access to this area for the rest of the game. Near the entrance to Goron City, you will find a lone Goron near a bomb flower. Toss the Bomb over the edge to blow up the entrance to Dodongo's cavern, and head in.
