Reason for Leaving:

Luke left the band because Paul talked smack about him to his mom. His mom informed Luke and Luke decided he'd rather not play in The Stickies anymore. Paul and Luke are still friends after a long cooling-off period. There is even talk of one day playing together once again. Time will tell...

Luke is an odd character but not without good reason. He was found in a dumpster by Paul at the young age of 13 quite by accident. You see, Paul was dumpster diving trying to find old lottery tickets for toilet paper. Paul took the young lad in and told him that if he didn't learn to play the drums he was worthless. He beat him everyday because Luke was not good and he wasn't getting better. Luke one day in a mad rage after a severe beatin grabbed his drumsticks and started hitting Paul again and again and suddenly a beat formed, and then another. Soon Luke was on his way to being a professional drummer, but somehow he detoured along the way and started playing with the stickies. Mostly due to the fact that Paul was left, let us just say changed, and could no longer think coherent thoughts. Luke took pity on the young man that had saved him from his life of dumpster diving and agreed to become a permanent centerpiece in a masterpiece even their mothers hate.
