Field Trips

The term "field trip" comes not from grade schools, but from universities. Professors, researchers, and other denizens of academia. Traditionally, when they want first-hand information, they go "into the field" to dig, explore, study.

One of the best sites for locating field trips relevant to your family is the Gryphon Academy News. The lists there are extensive, but far from complete - which tells you just how much is out there, waiting for you to explore.
