XIAN-- A term used by many Witches and Pagans to refer to christianity. It is
an abbreviation as well as a means of reducing the power and impact of the christian
religion. It is derived from the christian term 'x-mas' where 'x' means christ. It is rarely
capitalized by me for exactly the same reason that xians do not capitalize 'Witch' or
'Goddess'.
