Beloved wife of the late Russell Collier and the late William Rust-D'Eye. Dear mother of Mary Cavanagh of Barrie, Nora Hook (Ken) of Ballantrae and Penny Dyer of Tarpon Springs, Florida. Much loved grandmother of Sheila, Liam (Mary), Dave (Elise), Bryan (Sindy), Kristen and Chasen. Great-grandmother (G.G.) of Diana, Scott and Ben, Griffen and Piper, and the late Nathanial and Andrew. Special aunt of Connie Weinmann of Fort Erie. Cremation has taken place. Friends may call at the TRULL FUNERAL HOME ''NORTH TORONTO CHAPEL'', 2704 Yonge St. (5 blocks south of Lawrence Ave.) on Thursday, December 27th from 1:00 p.m. until time of the Memorial Service at 2 o'clock. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation or a charity of your choice would be appreciated.

Frances married William Richard Rust-D'Eye, son of William Addison Rust-D'Eye and Nora Garnsfoot Tew, on 1940 Jun 29.²⁵⁹ (William Richard Rust-D'Eye was born on 1914 Jan 29 in Owen Sound, Grey, Ontario, Canada ²⁶¹ and died on 1972 Nov 1 in Toronto, York, Ontario, Canada ²⁶².)
