• Obituary: Owen Sound Advertiser, 1896 Mar 3, Owen Sound, Grey, Ontario, Canada. ⁵⁴⁵ The funeral of Mrs. Clarence W. Douglas on Friday afternoon was a very large one, the procession being over a mile in length. Funeral services were conducted at the house by Rev. Dr. Somerville at 2.30. The relatives here from a distance were, Mr. and Mrs. and Miss Leach, Milton; Mrs. Geo. Milford, sister of Mr. Douglas, Hamilton; Mrs. Geo. Hemstreet and daughter, sister of deceased, Milton. All returned to their homes on Saturday, except Miss Leach, who will leave for Milton some day this week.
