I didn't solicit any of these comments (I hope the authors don't mind my reprinting their words here)—these people were just moved to write in on their own. Perhaps someone at Comedy Central will see this collection of thoughts and realize the audience they had—and are losing. Hey guys, I just subscribed to the list, & after reading the past messages I was really disappointed to find out that next week will be the final episode. Can anyone fill me in on why it was cancelled? I know original programs have a short life span on Comedy Central, but it's just such a waste to let this one go. I just e-mailed Comedy Central to find out if there are any plans to release past episodes on video or dvd. I doubt it will ever happen, but does anyone know if it's in the works? I've been watching the show since the beginning, & now I regret not taping any of the episodes. Well, no reason to watch television on Mondays anymore. Thanks, Rick
	One more way to let our opinion be known: go to Jumptheshark.com and share your thoughts on any television show. The site lists almost every show that's ever been on TV, including SwC. So far it's mostly good comments, I think everone who's a part of this list should vote. Maybe Comedy Central will realize that this is important to us if we tip the scales any way we can! Spread the word! Keep sending mail to CC! I'm so depressed about Monday. I don't even want to watch the 'final' episode. Fight it fight it fight it...
	And to answer your other question, "yes" SWC has been canceled. OH MY GOD! WHY!?!?! Well I guess with it being canceled I can finanlly get rid of my cable, which I only had because of SWC Tony
	Because of SWC being silenced, I think we should all come up with a Document that all members of this group go by Ideas: 1) E-mail CC once a week demanding more SWC, more products, and all episodes on dvd, and vhs (just because its canceled is no reason to give up!) 2) Only watch SWC and NO OTHER PROGRAM ON COMEDY CENTRAL!!! (No more Daily Show, I know) 3) Tell everyone about the show, e-mail other networks, SWC can return maybe on FX, HBO, or maybe as a Movie!!! We must unite, and fight!!! Kris Pizza, pizza, pizza!!!
	I've been reading everyone's comments for the past few weeks, it's obvious that we all care a lot about the future of this show. You people are so funny, we all share a great sense of humor. It's a shame this is the final season. Why can't others realize the brilliance? Battlebots? What the hell?? I've never enjoyed a show as much as I enjoy SWC, I love it more each time I watch it! I wish there was something we could do. I've contacted CC via email (with all 7 of my accounts) and got the same, canned response as many of you have. I'm not good with explosives, I'm too far from NY to protest, I feel so helpless. My one regret is that I didn't get into it during the first season. I began tuning in half way through the second season, so my collection is missing quite a few episodes. If any of you have time to copy the first season for me, I'll pay for your trouble…. The cast and writing on this show are UNBEATABLE! I love it. Isaiah
	You know, the fact that there hasn't been more of an "outcry" against some of the stuff on SWC makes me really feel that Comedy Central did a piss poor job of promoting it. I mean, I wouldn't really have wanted a lot of negative attention toward the show, but sometimes that's better than no attention at all. SWC pushed the envelope as much as South Park in some cases, and people clamored left and right about certain episodes of that show, but no one ever claimed SWC was immoral, evil, irresponsible, etc. Seems to me if Comedy Central had been pushing it all along, there WOULD have been at least some minor "warnings" and such. The credo, "build it and they will come," doesn't always hold through, especially not in television marketing, and the Comedy Central suits should have gotten their heads out of their assholes long enough -- by now -- to learn that.
	Ya know, I was thinking about this just today. If CC had done a decent job of promoting the show, *someone* would have at least pitched a bitch about Jerri's sexual interactions - ranging from flirtation to harassment to full-on intercourse - with minors. Oh, well. I am a stupid whore. Tracey
	In Kevin Aucoin's (Hollywood make up artist to the stars and he also play Sharpei the make up artist on the SWC when Jerri's daddy died) new book,"Face Forward", where he takes modern day stars miraculously transforms theminto old time stars (Martha Stewart as Veronica Lake, Gwenyth Paltrow asFaye Dunaway, Winona Ryder as Elizabeth Taylor, Christina Ricci as EdithPiaf, etc...). He takes Amy Sedaris and turns her into Angie Dickenson circa Police Woman and it is miraculous! He also writes about her and how much he loves her and how underpublisized the show is and how Tina Turner, Cher and Winona all love the show.
	I STILL CAN'T BELIVE TAHT SHE SHOW IS BEING CANCELLED? WILL THERE BE REPEATS? is there anything that we can do..like petition or something, i am sure you guys have already thought of that, but i love this show so much... ~lauren~
	Cancellation? That's hi-LAR-ious. I should be a comedian... I'm sad. And I'm in denial. Doctor... can you save my SwC? And has anyone else noticed that there are more subscribed members to this list than ever before? That's crazy! That's madness! That's insane! All I can say is that all the perfumes of Arabia can't mask the STINK of betrayal, you dirty, dirty Jew Comedy Central. Now, let's all take a break to recover from Comedy Central's shame. But seriously, has this been the best season of SwC yet, or what? Like others have already said, at least the show is going out on top AND was given the chance to be here for three GREAT seasons. rob.
	It totally fucking sucks that the show was cancelled. Now I have no reason to watch TV, much less comedy central. I have no interest in their mysognist dreck shows like "The Man Show" and "Strip Mall."
