I do not know exactly when Edward Stephenson was born, or who his parents were. I know that he was born in approximately 1774, probably in Newcastle, Northumberland. On 23 January 1799 he married Dorothy Marshall. They proceeeded to have five children, all christened in the Parish of All Saints, Newcastle; Francis (c.1801), Jane (c.1804), Edward (c.1806), Henry (c.1809) and George (c.1811). I don't know Edward's occupation or when he died. |
