LAST CALL IS DONE!!!

After two years of blissful drunken anarchy, Last Call's reign of terror in the 4-states has finally ended. In the spring of 2001, it became apparent that bassist Isaiah Smith, who was a new father and now living in beautiful Oklahoma, was not going to be able to make practice any more. The band went on hiatus and made an attempt at a reunion with Bastardwrench Brad Jones singing and frontman Jason Walsh moving to the bass, but after one practice that went well, nothing happened and thus the band was again...done.

Mark Williams moved on to Austin to continue his quest to become a rich and famous metal guitarist. The band wishes him the best of luck, especially at learning metal solos and leads...and hopefully he can keep out of jail.

Arik "Chubba" Gilbert graduated from college and works at Hastings...go visit him and ask for the Foghat boxed set. He played drums in a few more bands and is now playing guitar and doing some vocals. He is settled with his old lady in Joplin and will probably outlive the Midwest.

Jason Walsh played bass in a band called Center Up, with Chris Bivens of Distant P, Eric Hutchinson from an assortment of Florida metal bands, and Mike Harrup from Mark's old house. He also graduated college, moved to Pennsylvania, then to Norfolk, Virginia where he lives on the beach and works as a photojournalist for the local ABC station, WVEC.

Isaiah's whereabouts are unknown and legends and rumors speak of different fates.

The band would again like to thank everyone who ever came to the shows...long live Northtown and the bands that follow...
