Our Academy teaches the Fighting Concept of the Southern Preying Mantis Style (which is also known as 'Chow Gar Tong Long' or 'Dong Gong Chow Gar Tong Long').

The Sydney school has two training locations. Students have been training in the Sydney area for more than 10 years. It is located in the leafy and tranquillity part of Paddington / Woollahra, which overlook the Sydney harbour foreshore. The other is in the serenity of Port Macquarie, with sight of whales swimming off their beaches.
Students training in our schools not only train to reach their optimum potential but also focus on the essentials to make them dynamic in this art. To achieve this we have a group of dedicated instructors who are MAIA Accredited and classes are structured to suit each and every level of student attending.

'Dong Gong Chow Gar Tong Long' Kung Fu is a thinking persons art, it is suited for people of any gender or physical build who are seeking to improve their well being (physically, internally and mentally), and for those who wish to develop an in-depth knowledge in their training and self-defence with a way to live in harmony.

To give a better understanding of our art, we have prepared some training scenes of senior students and master level training. These practitioners are performing their movements with care and minimum energy.
