8: The Animal Slavery Industry and Ooman Health. |
||
8.1: The Greatest Cause of Ooman Fatalities throughout Ooman History.Throughout ooman history, the Animal enslavement industry has been the biggest cause of ooman fatalities. Ever since oomans domesticated Wild Animals and turned them into slaves to be used or consumed, these Animals have passed on their diseases to oomans - many of which have proved to be lethal. Virtually all the major diseases currently plaguing oomans originally came from slave Animals. The Animal slavery industry has transferred virtually all Animal diseases to oomans - the latest one of which is bse. The number of ooman fatalities from Animal diseases is far greater than deaths from wars, civil wars, or natural disasters. Diseases have become one of the factors that now unites carnivores and slave Animals - they all share the same diseases. 8.2: The Diseases Spread to Oomans.The appalling, concentration camp like, conditions in which slave Animals are kept means that diseases amongst Animals are rife. These diseases can be passed on to oomans either through direct contact or through the consumption of meat and dairy products. Oomans can also contract diseases from meat and dairy products because of poor standards of hygiene when handling these products. In other words, some food diseases are not inherent in the products themselves, or from pharming practices but come from the environment in which the products are stored or cooked. 8.3: Types of Diseases.This section looks at the diseases which either derive from pharmed Animals or which are attach themselves to pharm products. No attempt is made here to distinguish those diseases which come from Animals and those which come from the environment. Salmonella.Listeria.Bse.For years pharmers, the maffia, and the pharmers in the commons and house of lords, prevented action from being taken against bse to protect their own pharming interests. Meningitis.It is possible that meningitis is also caused by live-stock pharming, "Britain is in the grip of its worst meningitis outbreak for 50 years. In the past two years the annual number of cases has been around 2600 - nearly double that of a decade ago."[63] Meningitis which is found in Pigs.[64] Streptococcus, Giardia, Chlamydia, Avian Botulism and Cholera.Factory pharm manure contains a wide range of diseases, "Wastes from big Pig farms also threaten well water and surface water with parasites, bacteria and viruses. These include streptococcus, giardia, salmonella, listeria, and chlamydia, along with avian botulism and cholera, which kill thousands of migratory water fowl."[65] Pfieesteria.There are predatory forms of bacteria which breed in livestock manure. As the Pig industry grew in the carolinas leaks and floods allowed these Bacteria to escape into the environment, "Since september 16th, an estimated 1.5-5 million Fish have died in a nine mile stretch of the river neuse below new bern (north carolina). Scientists say pfieesteria is the certain culprit .. First discovered in 1991, the microscopic pfieesteria has been described as a cross between a Plant and an Animal. In its predatory stage, the algae poisons Fish with a mysterious toxin, then eats its prey, leaving behind telltale red and black sores. Like other form of algae, pfiesteria appears to be stimulated by nutrients such as phosphorous and nitrogen .."[66] Since this was reported it has been discovered that a number of oomans have also been infected by the same Bacteria. Tuberculosis."Slaughterhouses have been warned of a potentially dangerous outbreak of tuberculosis in Pigs which has been linked to new Animal feeding practices. Scientists believe (it) is the result of breeders feeding the Animals Peat contaminated with Bird droppings. The bacterium (Microbacterium Avium Complex [mac] in Pigs) can be passed to humans and is particularly likely to affect children. There is unlikely to be any risk to humans from consumption of properly cooked meat or meat products. a Maff spokesman said."[67] Methemoglobinemia or Blue Baby Syndrome .High nitrate levels in meat can cause methemoglobinemia or blue baby syndrome which can be fatal to infants."[68] Crohns Disease.In august 1998 it was stated that, "A major probe into possible links between milk and a painful bowel disease was ordered last night. The move comes after tests found pasteurizing milk failed to kill off the organism suspected of causing crohns disease. Up to 40,000 sufferers in the u.k. suffer diarrhoea, fatigue and weight loss every year. Government medics had assumed pasteurization eradicated the organism. But tests suggested it can live on, although at a lower level than in raw milk."[69] A couple of years later it was stated, "Pasteurised milk infected with dangerous bacteria is responsible for a `public health disaster', a leading medical specialist warned last night. John Hermon-Taylor, head of the surgical department at St George's medical school in Tooting, south London, claimed that a bacterium believed to cause Crohn's disease, the inflammatory bowel disorder, was not killed by pasteurisation." The bacterium, mycobacterium avium subspecies paratuberculosis (or MAP), was thought to be destroyed by pasteurisation, but Professor Hermon-Taylor claimed that his 20 years of research had proved that Crohn's disease in humans was linked with Johne's disease in cattle and passed on in pasteurised milk. Prof Hermon-Taylor, who is funded by the charity Action Research, said: `The problems caused by MAP in the milk supply constitute a public health disaster of tragic proportions, for which a range of remedial measures are urgently needed, and for which the government must take responsibility. `I am certain that MAP causes a substantial proportion of Crohn's disease.' Addressing the Royal Society of Medicine last night, he called for an immediate ban on the sale of unpasteurised milk and greater stringency in the pasteurisation process, including doubling sterilising time from 15 to 30 seconds."[70] 8.4: The Fatalities Induced by Pharmings Exacerbation of Extreme Climate Events.The pharming industry boosts global burning. However, it also amplifies the effects of global burning which increases the number of ooman fatalities caused by extreme weather events. In brutland, the autumn 2000 floods were caused by substantial downpours over a long period of time but they were also exacerbated by the way that pharmers had transformed the countryside onto something like a greasy frying pan over which water easily flooded. There were few fatalities during these particular storms and floods but this was not the case after hurricane mitch devastated honduras, "The people of honduras who endured devastating floods during hurricane mitch in 1998, understand, generally, why this storm caused them such extreme suffering. They know that farming techniques that are too intensive, that leave new earth exposed, and that are indifferent to the dangers of runoff lead to devastating floods. They have seen almost their entire country washed away by floods of almost inconceivably destructive fury. Will they go back to the farming techniques that so amplified the hurricanes damage?"[71] 8.5: The Current Scale of Fatalities.The most Unhygienic and Revolting Industry in the World.In brutland, the organic pharming industry had a tradition of recycling Animal protein. This habit was passed on to its hideous offspring, the modern intensive pharming industry. Although the bse epidemic in brutland revealed the dangers of recycling Animal material, the practice still continues. Indeed, it was because maff still allowed the recycling of Animal material that there was an outbreak of foot and mouth disease in february 2001. Even worse, however, is that the maffia is so intent on protecting the interests of the pharming industry it is still allowing the recycling of bse-infected material, Cattle blood and gelatin, to the countrys Cattle. This practice also preserves brutlands ancient tradition of cannibalism in the Animal slavery industry. The practice of recycling Animal material even Animal protein still goes on around the world, "American "feed-lot" barns are so big that trucks drive along dumping food in the troughs through a chute. Cattle are no longer fed the remains of dead sheep, dogs and cats, which have been banned because of the bse scare. But their feed, according to a new book titled Fast Food Nation, can still contain the remains of dead horses, pigs and poultry. Eric Schlosser, author of Fast Food Nation, reveals that just 13 huge slaughterhouses provide most of America's ground beef. The burgers made from this beef are eaten by many Americans four times a week.[72] The recycling of Animal protein has been the Animal enslavement industrys sole claim to being environmentally friendly. Food Poisoning Cases in Brutland."The estimated number of food poisoning cases per year in the UK is now approximately 1 million."[73] By Consuming Animals oomans are consuming all the Pesticides, Antibiotics, Hormone Growth Boosters, and Poisons, being given to Animals.In the over-industrialized world, the meat consumed by oomans contains pesticides. Carnivores invariably turn around and state that pesticides are sprayed on crops so even vegetarians and vegans consume pesticides. The difference between consuming meat and Phytomass is that Animals consume vast quantities of Grass/Animal fodder laced with pesticides and thus concentrate the pesticide in their bodies so that a meat eaters intake of pesticide is far greater than that of a vegetarian. 8.6: Mass Gluttony.The Obesity Epidemic. The Pharming Industry is the Biggest Cause of Obesity.Assuming that meat and dairy products do not contain diseases and do not acquire any from the environment during their lengthy perambulations from the plough to the plate, the consumption of these products causes health problems. These problems are cumulative. The greater the consumption of meat and dairy products the greater the likelihood of illnesses or deaths. Cancer, heart disease, strokes, diabetes, high blood pressure and osteo-arthritis.One of the major problems caused by pharming industry is that meat and dairy products contain so much fat .. "intensive methods of meat production encourage animals to lay down fat rather than lean meat."[74] The Animal slavery industry has thus created an epidemic of obesity which, of itself, leads to huge numbers of premature deaths .. "according to figures presented to last weeks international congress on obesity .. it is estimated that obesity causes a million deaths a year worldwide ... The chief health problems caused by being overweight are cancer, heart disease, strokes, diabetes, high blood pressure and osteo-arthritis. "[75]; "The death rates from coronary heart diseases in the u.k. are among the highest of anywhere in the world. In short, many of the major diseases of today are a direct consequence of eating too much fat, sugar, and too little fibre. Again, excess consumption of fats and sugar has much to do with it. They also contribute, when combined with a lack of dietary fibre, to the high incidence of both diabetes and gall-bladder disease. .. too much fat and salt increase the incidence of strokes."[76]; Aesthetically, consumers around the world, but primarily in the over-industrialized world, are eating so much meat and dairy products they are increasingly resembling the Animals they have enslaved. Brutland."Over a third of all adults in britain are overweight. The culprits: fat and sugar. Over 170,000 people die of heart disease in britain every year; over 70,000 are afflicted by strokes; and over 10,000 people die of bowel and colon cancers. So far the governments reactions to the national advisory committee on nutritional education and the committee on medical aspect of food policy reports have been pitiful."[77]; "Half the population of britain is overweight, and on present trends 18% of men and 24% of women will be obese by 2005."[78]; "Last month the National Audit Office reported that obesity here has tripled since 1980 and more than half of us are officially overweight. Even more worrying, when Wirral health authority conducted its own survey of toddlers under the age of four, it found that one in five was overweight and one in 10 was actually obese."[79]; "British people are among the unhealthiest in Europe, with 20 million adults - one in two - clinically overweight."[80]; "Over a third of all adults in britain are overweight. The culprits: fat and sugar. "[81] The United States."In America, where intensive farming can process thousands of animals at a time in huge barns, obesity is even more widespread (than in the uk)."[82]; "In the u.s. the entire population will be obese in 35 years. A frenzy of demand is expected when a new wonder slimming drug, xenical, becomes available on prescription at the end of this month."[83] Global Obesity bigger than Global Malnutrition.In 1998 it was stated .. "according to figures presented to last weeks international congress on obesity .. it is estimated that obesity causes a million deaths a year worldwide, compared to half that number caused by starvation."[84] In 2000 it was stated, "The world now has as many overweight people as those suffering from malnutrition for the first time, a study reveals."[85] Fat is a Geophysiological Issue.The vast consumption of meat and dairy products is the main cause of the destruction of the Earths life support system. Unless measures are taken to counter obesity there is no way of creating a sustainable planet. 8.7: The Fatalities resulting from the use of Insecticides/Pesticides/Herbicides/Fungicides.Many over-industrialized countries export pesticides to third world countries which have been banned for use in the over-industrialized world. In third world countries, the pesticides sprayed on cash crop plantations have caused a wide range of illnesses amongst the cheap labour employed to do the spraying and local people growing their own crops in the area, "In lower-income countries, an estimated 10,000 people die each year from pesticide poisoning, and about 400,000 suffer acutely."[86]; "The Dirty Dozen pesticides, now banned or severely restricted in 60 countries, are still being exported from the west to the third world. Half of all pesticide poisonings and 90% of deaths occur in the third world, although they account for only one-fifth of the worlds pesticide use. In india residues of ddt are the highest in the world and in costa rica paraquat was implicated in 71% of a group of fatal poisoning cases, and at least 1000 workers are sterile as a result of exposure to pesticides exported from the u.s.."[87]; "At least 40,000 people are killed each year by misuse of pesticides and up to one million are made ill or permanently damaged, Jan Huismans, of the UNEP said yesterday."[88] 8.8: The Pharmers Parliament refuses to take Action against the Diseases Spread by Meat Consumption.In the mid 1980s it was estimated that in brutland every year over 170,000 people died of heart disease; over 70,000 were afflicted by strokes; and over 10,000 people died of bowel and colon cancers. The pharmer dominated tory governments response to this carnage was to dismiss it, "So far the governments reactions to the national advisory committee on nutritional education and the committee on medical aspect of food policy reports have been pitiful."[89] Far from wanting to combat this health epidemic the tory government went out of its way to make things worse, "The fact that the tories went out of their way to encourage us to eat as much beef as possible is the key to all this."[90]; The governments reaction .. "to the (e.c.) butter surplus was similarly irresponsible: the cut price xmas butter scheme helped to offload some 40,000 tons of surplus - or, put more bluntly, it encouraged people, especially the poor and old, whose diets are in any case less than ideal, to harm their health."[91] The situation has not changed fundamentally with the succession of the labour government in 1997. Far from trying to restrict the consumption of meat and dairy produce, the labour government continues to subsidize propaganda encouraging people to consume this rubbish, "The average brit eats three ounces of cooked red meat - beef, lamb, pork, beefburgers and sausages - per day. The COMA panel (the committee on medical aspects of food and nutrition policy) .. recommended people who ate five ounces a day should cut down. Then professor philip james, architect of the new food standards agency, persuaded ministers that the advice should be strengthened. He said the committee had been railroaded by the meat industry. James suggested guidelines similar to those from the world cancer research fund, which backs daily consumption of less than three ounces."[92] The reason why governments do so little to discourage people from obesity is primarily because brutish governments are composed of landowners and pharmers; the house of lords is dominated by the pharming elite; and the maffia is concerned solely with promoting the interests of pharmers not consumers. 9: Pharmers are Amongst the Worlds Biggest Drug Abusers and Drug Pushers.9.1: Biggest Drug Users.Around the world, but especially in the over-industrialized world, pharmers feed their slave Animals with vast quantities of drugs. Intensively reared Animals are so stressed by the barbaric conditions in which they are forced to live they are frequently ill and have to be constantly dosed with antibiotics to keep them from succumbing to disease. As a consequence, "More antibiotics are used in factory farming than by the NHS but live-stock infection continues to spread."[93] "More than 10,000 tonnes of antibiotics are used in the european union each year, roughly half of which ends up in animals. Up to 50% of some drugs passes unchanged through our bodies and enters sewage systems or is poured onto the land in pharm waste, and may end up in rivers. Europe has no ceiling on the amount of drugs allowed into the soil."[94] Because slave Animals are forced to live in such close proximity with each other, when a disease erupts it spread like wildfire, "It never stops and each stage of their short life is marked with a different onslaught of drugs and antibiotics to ward off ... streptococcal meningitis, enzootic pneumonia, swine dysentery, colitis, pleuropneumonia, proliferative enterophathy, enteritis, respiratory disease, oedema, Glassers disease, spirochaetal diarrhoea ..... the list goes on."[95]; "According to research by Pascal Oltenacau of Cornell University, many American and European dairy cows now need 100 drug treatments a year, compared with 40 three decades ago, to stay healthy."[96] It has been pointed out that in america, "It is no coincidence that so many lethal drugs swamp the market when it was discovered in 1978, by a Congressional Accounting Office, that 350 FDA employees had stocks and interests in the petrochemical drugs industry."[97] 9.2: Biggest Drug Abusers.Pharmers give slave Animals vast quantities of prescribed drugs to keep them from getting ill but they also give them illegal drugs to boost their metabolic performance. Pharmers give slave Animals illegal antibiotics such as hormone growth boosters not merely to toughen up their immune system to ward off the constant threat of wildfire diseases but to make them grow faster and put on more weight, "A factory Pigs grain-based diet is heavy in protein and additives designed to pack on muscle as fast as possible."[98] It is believed that in brutland the value of the illegal drugs being used in the pharming industry is about £500 million. In other words, pharmers are amongst the worlds biggest abusers and dealers in illicit drugs, "Yesterday nine pig farms in Austria were closed by government officials after veterinary inspectors found evidence of animals being fed illegal drugs."[99]; "French authorities are investigating allegations that farmers are injecting beef Cattle with Rat poison to mask illegal growth hormones. There are also suspicions that the poison may turn the meat a deeper, more appealing red. Arnaud morel, a veterinary scientist at paris university, said it was "physically and chemically possible" that dicoumaral could disguise growth hormones."[100] 9.3: The Effects on Oomans of Chemical Infested Animals.Traces of what is fed to, or forced into, slave Animals invariably ends up in oomans. The wild behaviour amongst many young children suggests they are being affected by some of the chemicals which pharmers are giving to slave Animals. 9.4: The Superbugs Created by Pharmers.The appalling conditions in which Animals are reared and the massive quantities of legal/illegal drugs given to slave Animals means the Animal slavery industry is a breeding ground for superbugs resistant to many antibiotics. When oomans consume meat and dairy products they consume not only traces of these antibiotics but the superbugs in those products. Given that many of the drugs used to treat Animals are also used to treat oomans, an increasing number of the antibiotics used to treat oomans against infectious diseases are becoming redundant. The Animal exploitation industry not merely generates more and more deadly diseases, it ensures that oomans who contract infectious diseases cannot be treated, "The growing ranks of resistance fighters could fill a book. The systematic overuse and abuse of antibiotics (soon a $40 billion industry) by reckless microbe slayers means that future generations will be battling super-germs."[101] The problem of pharmers giving illegal drugs to slave Animals and generating superbugs is getting worse and worse year by year. In december 1998 it was announced, "Drugs used to boost growth in pigs and poultry are to be outlawed in a human health scare. Nick brown yesterday backed e.u. moves to outlaw the £500 million trade in Animal antibiotics. Four anti-biotics - tysolin phosphate, bacitracin zinc, spiramycin and virginiamycin will be outlawed from july."[102] Whether this law was passed or not is not known. In august 1999, "Government adviser douglas georgala said ministers need to act urgently to stop too many farm animals being given antibiotics. The Soil association .. said animal growth promoter avilamcyin was now being used instead of a banned drug but was almost identical to human drug ziracin being developed to fight off superbugs."[103] The effect this is having on ooman health has started to become apparent in the countrys hospitals. In april 1998, "A virulent new superbug has been discovered which could kill people with weak immune systems, it was reported yesterday. The strain is so strong that it cannot be fought with any known drug. The bug Pseudomonas aeruginosa, even shrugs off treatment by carbapenems, the latest high strength range of antibiotics. The bug was discovered by a team led by david livermore, director of the public health laboratory service unit which monitors the emergence of drug resistant bacteria. His discovery follows a report from the house of lords select committee on science and technology which called for a ban on the routine use on farms of drugs related to anti-biotics used to treat human illnesses."[104] In november 1999 it was stated, "There has been a 12 fold increase in just nine years in patients contracting the mrsa bug, which resists all but the most powerful antibiotics. Poor hygiene by doctors in between treating patients on wards are being blamed for making the outbreak worse."[105] If your child dies because of mrsa just thank the pharming industry. Go and congratulate ben gill, president of the nfu, for all that he has done to protect pharmers interests. 9.5: The Governments Unwillingness to Curb Drug Abuse amongst Pharmers.In brutland, governments pro-pharming bigotry is such that they not merely never prosecute pharmers for using illegal drugs, they are completely disinterested in investigating the illegal use of drugs. The way of appreciating this is by comparing governments attitudes towards pharmers criminal abuse of drugs with governments attitudes towards the illegal use of drugs by young people. There could hardly be a greater contrast between governments response to the drug abuse by these two different social groups. Governments of all political persuasions are continually waging what they frequently call a "war against drugs". This is resulting in tens of thousands of young people being given criminal records and thousands ending up in prison often for just smoking a weed. Governments attitudes towards pharmers is the exact opposite, i.e. that poor pharmers shouldnt be harassed by yet more red tape regulations (sic). Governments: * allow pharmers to take whatever illegal drugs they want; * never publically criticize pharmers for taking illegal drugs; * never launch publicity campaigns to warn pharmers against the dangers they are causing to consumers by using such drugs; * never prosecute pharmers for using illegal drugs; * never send pharmers to prison for being caught in possession of illegal drugs; * never insist the police should launch big drug busts to show the public that the government is trying to eradicate the problem of pharmers illegal abuse of drugs; and * do not force pharmers to constantly live in fear that one night the police will smash their way into pharmers homes, start a massive search for illegal drugs, before taking them down to the station to be charged. Around the country pharmers are freely feeding their Animals with illegal drugs without the slightest fear of investigation let alone detection, prosecution, or punishment. The police and health authorities do absolutely nothing about it. Even if, one day, a government decided to take some action to stop pharmers engaging in such illegal activities it wouldnt result in mass arrests but offers of more substantial subsidies to compensate pharmers for any loss of income. There is a colossal dichotomy between the way governments allow pharmers free reign to commit substance abuse, whilst waging an out and out war against people who take drugs. And what makes this pro-pharming bigotry even worse is that on the one hand pharmers are abusing illegal drugs which are dangerous and capable of completely changing peoples personalities whilst on the other hand huge numbers of people are smoking a weed which is not merely harmless but contains many medicinal properties. It has to be suspected that even if a government waged a war against pharmers abusing drugs, there is now such a huge black market in illegal drugs in the pharming industry that the same type of gangsterism would start to emerge. The pharming industry has an extremely powerful underground criminal network that would make it very difficult for any government to prevent substance abuse amongst pharmers. 10: Pharmers Mass Criminality.10.1: The Criminal Underworld of the Pharming Industry.Since the emergence of bse in the mid 1980s there has been a public spotlight on the pharming industry and one of the major social discoveries arising from this is the scale of pharmers criminality. The pharming industry does not merely have a few bad eggs, it has a powerful criminal underworld. The bse, bse-cjd epidemics, the fuel tax insurrection, the autumn 2000 floods, and the foot and mouth disease, have shown the shocking scale of pharmers mass criminality: * they put bse-infected bseef into the feed chain because they refused to believe that bse posed a serious threat to ooman health (they also fought a vile, nasty campaign of denunciation against those demanding health checks to determine whether Sheep are infected by bse); * they stopped putting bseef into the ooman feed chain only when they were given 100% compensation for the slaughter of their slave Animals; * they have murdered 100 people as a result of putting bse-infected bseef and Lamb into the ooman food chain; * in december 1997, they hijacked a lorry and threw its contents into the sea - the police stood by and did nothing; * they have acted like a rent-a-mob by blockading ports, supermarkets depots, milk depots, and oil refineries, across the country ever since labour got into power; * they have been feeding illegal drugs to slave Animals; * they provoked the september 2000 fuel tax insurrection; * they triggered off floods around the country inundating 11,500 homes with manure (pharmers then demanded that bse-cjd and flood victims should compensate them with even more subsidies so they could cause even more disasters); * they have been engaged in a truly massive scale of criminal bed and breakfasting activities in order to increase their euro subsidies which triggered off the foot and mouth epidemic. It has been estimated that pharmers made one and a half million illegal journeys during the fortnight prior to the outbreak of the disease which made any chance of tracing, and containing, the disease completely impossible. Of course, pharming representatives now blame the incredible spread of the epidemic on government incompetence; * whilst the foot and mouth disease was raging, the police have arrested several major criminal organizations in the pharming industry who have been recycling condemned meat for public consumption. As pharmers often say, We dont waste anything on our pharms, not even waste. Why waste waste when it can be fed to the public. 10.2: The Governments Response to Pharmers Criminality - Do you need any Subsidies to go about your Criminal Activities?The response of both the tory and the labour governments to pharmers mass criminality has been sympathy for the law breakers as opposed to those who have suffered at the hands of these crooks. Even worse is that every time pharmers engage in criminal activities they are then offered subsidies by government. Governments have given pharmers huge quantities of money to carry out these criminal activities and they then tax pharmers victims to pay for these subsidies. If anyone wants a blatant example of the class bigotry rampant in this country all they have to do is to look at the governments response to law breaking by pharmers and the rest of society. 11: The Animal Enslavement Industry turns the natural World Inside Out.11.1: Pharmers Delusions of Grandeur: Only Pharmers know how to Look After the Countryside.One of the commonest images of the brutish countryside is contented looking slave Animals calmly grazing in lush, green pastureland sprawling over rolling hillsides. To most people both in brutland, and many abroad, this is THE image of nature, the epitome of a sustainable way of life. What could be more natural than Cows grazing in fields? Its almost as if the aesthetic pleasure of such a scene is proof of the legitimacy of this natural order. What could be greener than the Animal slavery industry - even greens themselves, who should know better, accept this vision of a green society. This image has enabled pharm products especially milk, butter and cheese, to be marketed as a natural product (even though the production of milk requires dairy Cows to be artificially inseminated throughout their lives to ensure constant lactation). The Animal slavery industry's advertising campaigns need only add some gloss to this basic image to ensure the successful sale of their products. The Animal slavery industry has been highly successful in covering up its hideous realities by presenting itself as being based on nature and of pharmers living the good life in harmony with nature. The public has been lulled into thinking of pharmers as custodians of the countryside - especially when the media refuses to interview non-carnivores or makes them out to be weird, wacky, and/or terrorists. Similar images are common in each country around the world and give rise to similar beliefs - only pharmers can be entrusted with stewardship over the countryside. 11.2: The Reality.The reality of modern Animal slavery is nothing like this nauseating rustic fantasy. There is no other industry on Earth which is more antagonistic to natural habitats, Wildlife, oomans, or the Earth. Lets put aside the historical fact that a few millenia ago, pharmers not merely enslaved wild Animals, they perverted Wildlife Animals into ooman-made creations which are called live-stock, living assets owned by individuals like items of furniture. Even in the high tech modern industrialized world, the european community still gives Animals the same legal status as vegetables. The basis of modern pharming which, no matter how much it seems a normal part of everyday life, is still slavery, exploitation and slaughter. Pharmers love to sentimentalize about their slave Animals because they want the public to admire them for caring about Animals rather than being regarded as the perpetrators of terrible barbarities against defenceless Animals. However, when push comes to shove especially during epidemics amongst slave Animals, pharmers dispense with this sentimentalism and treat Animals like lumps of meat - in fact pharmers treat oomans in exactly the same way as the bse-cjd epidemic has shown. Modern pharming has the following characteristics:- pharmers have chopped down Forests and drained Swamps, Marshes, Bogs etc, to create vast featureless, pasturelands bereft of Wildlife. This transparently shows they are not living in harmony with nature but ransacking it. Pasturelands are little different from lawns and there is little that is natural about a lawn; pharmers invariably turn parts of their pharms into mini rubbish tips where they dump old cars, furniture, tractors, car tyres, plastic rubbish, etc, which makes their pharms look like steptoe and sons backyard; they apply vast quantities of synthetic fertilisers to their fields; they dump vast quantities of ooman and live-stock manure onto their land - some of which leeches through the soil and into waterways; they use the sawn-off shotguns of insecticides/pesticides/herbicides/fungicides to protect their pharms from Wildlife which threatens their crops and thus their profitability; they use wire snares to "catch a few rabbits for the pot" which, unfortunately, also catches Foxes, Badgers and even domestic Animals which have wandered off the beaten track; the Animal slavery industry forces slave Animals to consume their own waste; the Animal slavery industry turns herbivores into carnivores - most slave Animals are herbivores who are fed the recycled remains of other Animals thereby turning them into carnivores; the Animal slavery industry turns herbivores into cannibals - slave Animals are fed the recycled remains of their own kind which makes them cannibals .. "the practice of turning cows into cannibals. Many of us were unaware that, as farmers now tell us, they have been doing it for more than a hundred years."[106]; the Animal slavery industry turns herbivores into predators - slave Animals end up eating Animals who would prey upon them in the natural world. Instead of predators stalking herbivores, the herbivores are consuming their predators, "Cattle are no longer fed the remains of dead sheep, dogs and cats, which have been banned because of the bse scare. But their feed, according to a new book titled Fast Food Nation, can still contain the remains of dead horses, pigs and poultry.[107] It is as if pharmers have completely turned the natural world inside out; pharmers have bred monstrously sized Animals which are so unnatural they cant reproduce naturally - they have to be inseminated by ooman hand; oomans obtain milk from slave Animals by forcibly inseminating them, forcibly removing their offspring after birth, and then forcibly inseminating them again as soon as is physically possible. As a consequence, Cows spend their entire lives in a state of pregnancy.[108] Many of the offspring from these constant impregnations are superfluous to requirements and are slaughtered - their sole job in life being to force their mothers body to lactate;[109] pharmers carry out abortions on some of their Animals even though they have no veterinarian training, "The front legs of live lambs are being routinely cut off to protect the lives of their more valuable mothers in difficult births. The illegal practice .. more than 50,000 lambs will be killed in this way before the end of lambing."[110] Most Animals in the Animal slavery industry are so ill, overweight, or stressed, they can no longer reproduce naturally so a large part of the Animal slavery industry can survive only by artificially inseminating their Animals. The Animal enslavement industry has a long tradition of revolting practices. There is nothing natural about it as is all too obvious from the huge aircraft hangers it has constructed in many parts of the countryside. Traditional rural life means turning herbivores into carnivores/cannibals; forcing slave Animals to eat their own shit; forcibly inseminating them; and doping them up with illegal antibiotics - illegal drug taking amongst pharmers is almost as rampant as drug taking at an all night rave. Giving the Animal enslavement industry e.g. the maffia, control over the countryside is like giving the mafia control over the bank of england. 12. Pharmers are Major Opponents of Earth Rights.12.1: The Strange invisibility of Pharmers in the Global Burning Debate.Since the emergence of global burning as a political issue in the late 1980s, scientists and greens have blamed the fossil fuel industry for destabilizing the climate. This has led the media and politicians to adopt the same stance. As a consequence, the fossil fuel industries are constantly depicted not only as the primary cause of global burning but as the primary opponents to proposals for combating global burning. The global climate coalition, representing car, oil, coal, and gas interests, came to be seen as the wealthiest and most extreme opponents of policies for stabilizing the climate. Quite strangely, over the last fourteen years or so, scientists and greens have rarely mentioned pharmers role in global burning. They have refused to condemn the Animal exploitation industry even though, as has been shown above, there is little doubt that it is the prime cause of the destabilization of the climate. It is almost as if they believe that slave pharmers have no impact whatsoever on the climate so there is no need for them to be mentioned in such debates. Its easy to appreciate that scientists and greens have been deliberately trying to mislead the public about the cause of global burning because of their silence over pharmers role in provoking global burning. To give but one example. Jeremy leggett, formerly of greenpeace, has written a book about climate negotiations in which he exposed the antics of the global climate coalition on virtually every page but made no mention of the pharming industry anywhere in the book! There may be many people who would find the statement that the pharming industry is the prime cause of global burning somewhat surprising but they should also find the idea that pharming makes no contribution to global burning even more far fetched and yet this is the implication of scientists and greens silence about the global pharming industry. How many times have you heard scientists and greens condemning the pharming industry for contributing to global burning? The Animal slavery industry is not merely the biggest cause of global burning, it is also a major opponent of global burning. Transparently, the Animal terrorist industry is far and away the biggest opponent of Animal rights but it is also one of the main opponents of global burning.[111] 12.2: Pharmers are the Biggest Opponents of Animal Rights.Pharmers are opposed to Animal rights for Fox because this would mean a ban on hunting; they are opposed to measures to curb the transportation of Animals, especially when they are engaging in criminal activities such as bed and breakfasting, etc, etc. 12.3: Pharmers are the major Opposition to Environmental Measures.12.3.1: Introduction.The pharming industry is not merely the biggest polluter it is the major opposition against further measures to curb pollution. This is because, in virtually all countries around the world, the ruling classes consists primarily of the landowning elite - this is as true of the united states of america as the most poverty stricken third world country. The landowning elites prevent the passing of any legislation that would curb their polluting activities. They are not above the law, they are the law. 12.3.2: America.In the united states, some states have passed right to pharm legislation preventing people who are suffering from the pollution generated by the pharming industry from suing pharmers. Michigan has a right to farm act passed in 1981 which virtually allows farmers to do what they want on their land, "It was intended to protect existing farming operations from nuisance suits brought against them by a growing number of non-farming residents (i.e. suburban, ex-urban). For all practical purposes, farming in michigan enjoyed environmental immunity."[112] Over the years this has degenerated into even greater abuses when a number of states passed laws to make it a criminal offence for people to criticize what pharmers were doing. 12.3.3: Brutland: Mcblairs Capitulation to the Pharming Industry.12.3.3.1: Pharmers force Labour to scrap Peat levy, and Pesticide and Greenfield development taxes.In brutland in 1997, when the labour government came to power, it was under the delusion that it ran the country. It believed that because it had a vast majority in the house of commons this gave it the right to pass laws affecting the pharming industry. It wasnt long before pharmers showed the labour government that its role was providing them with a subsidy gravy train. In march 1998, the labour government capitulated to the pharming industry over a range of environmental issues ".. hopes for a peat levy, and pesticide and greenfield development taxes were dashed."[113] 12.3.3.2: Pharmers force Labour to scrap red tape on Food production and Nature Conservation.Despite this setback, in january 1999, the labour government tried to formulate other environmental constraints on pharmers, "Farmers may soon have to obey ''green'' rules on food production and nature conservation to qualify for subsidies. The Agriculture Minister, Nick Brown, yesterday said high animal welfare standards and protection of ''fragile'' parts of the countryside would be key factors in determining European Union and government help as he launched a debate on the future of farming. He confirmed that draft legislation on a Food Standards Agency would be published soon, although its place in the parliamentary timetable depended on whether the Conservatives insisted on a drawn-out war over reform of the House of Lords. British farmers stand to lose substantially under a revamp of EU subsidies which currently amount to £3 billion a year, including anti-BSE measures. But there may be wider discretion within individual countries on how money under the Common Agricultural Policy is allocated. Mr Brown told the Oxford farming conference the industry would only flourish under a more market-oriented system that took account of environmental concerns. ''A system that encourages supply to exceed demand year on year is doomed. High environmental standards and animal welfare standards must be an integral part of British farming practice. The public demands it.'' Particular account must be taken ''of fragile parts of the country such as the hills and uplands'', said Mr Brown. ''We must ensure the conditions in which rural economies and natural habitats alike can thrive.'' The Government responded to the worst farming crisis since the 1930s with rescue packages of £85 million and £120 million in the last year, but says long-term reform is inevitable. It supports European Commission proposals for a shift from subsidising high prices through intervention and food storage to direct payments to farmers in compensation for lower prices. This might be agreed in principle by EU agriculture ministers by March and would save British consumers £1 billion a year. Mr Brown will be urging other member states to limit new subsidies, but he supports considerably more use of so-called agri-environment schemes which only account now for 3 per cent of CAP spending. EU officials concede the present subsidy system has helped encourage ''excessively intensive'' farming. A consultative paper issued by the Ministry of Agriculture warned extra support from British taxpayers for environmental schemes would be limited. It invited farmers and the public to prioritise options, including forestation of farmland, support for the rural heritage, diversification into areas such as tourism, early retirement schemes for farmers and incentives for young people to join the industry. The results of the consultation will feed into a wider government review of rural policies including employment, leisure and transport. The National Farmers' Union said the consultation offered ''a valuable contribution'' to EU negotiations but Tim Yeo, the shadow agriculture minister, said new rules concerning the use of antibiotics, the safety of groundwater on farms and welfare of pigs, would cost British farmers an extra £766 million this year. The bill would rise if the Government made farmers meet the cost of compulsory cattle passports and meat hygiene regulations."[114] None of these proposed reforms were adopted. 12.3.3.3: Pharmers force Labour to drop a Comprehensive Role for the FSA.The new food standard agency was not merely set up late, its remit was drastically curbed, and to cap labours capitulation to the pharmers an individual who had proved himself a solid supporter of pharmers interests was put in charge of the organization. 12.3.3.4: Pharmers force Labour to drop Measures to combat Pollution.In march 2000 the government was forced to announce, "A swathe of anti-pollution measures are to be delayed for the next few years to avoid extra costs for farmers."[115] 12.3.3.5: Pharmers force Labour to drop Measures to combat Global Burning.In september 2000 the government capitulated to the pharmers who had provoked the fuel tax insurrection and agreed to abolish the fuel tax escalator. The pharming industry was not merely opposed to the fuel price escalator it wanted to get rid of it and started blockading oil refineries nearly bringing the country to an economic standstill. 12.3.3.6: Pharmers force Labour to drop Environmental Regulations.In november the government was involved in further backtracking over pharmers adoption of environmental rules, "Downing Street has also vetoed the possibility, again suggested by the unit's major report on the countryside last year, of placing "environmental conditions" on more than £1 billion worth of arable farm subsidies under the Common Agricultural Policy."[116] 12.3.3.7: Labours Gross Capitulation to Pharmers.In brutland the pharming industry has opposed every single environmental measure proposed by the labour government. The reason that mcblair has said next to nothing about the environment for the last four years has been because he knew it would be next to impossible to get the pharming industry to accept such changes. The Animal terrorist industry is by far and away the biggest obstacle to the Reforestation needed to combat global burning because the more land that pharmers demand for pastureland, the less land is available for Reforestation. Throughout the last four years when pharmers opposition to government proposals for environmental improvements and global burning has been growing more and more violent, the green movement, which is a great supporter of the Animal exploitation industry, has continued to condemn the fossil fuel industry for being the key opponents to global burning. The divorce between pharmers increasingly militant opposition to environmental legislation and greens increasingly shrill denunciation of fossil fuel industries, has been growing markedly since the election of the labour government. If the leading organizations trying to protect the environment are condoning the industry which is primarily responsible for global burning this makes it even less likely that any measures will be taken to stabilize the climate. |
