1. The Continuing Spread of Bse after March 1996.

After the announcement of the first 10 victims of bse-cjd, the tory government passed a series of measures which it claimed would stop any further transmission of bse and bse-cjd. However, these supposedly stringent measures were neither comprehensive nor free of loopholes. They contained many compromises which allowed the highly subsidized, pharming industry to continue spreading these diseases amongst the quadraped, and biped, livestock populations. Despite the many pundits and politically motivated, academic epidemiologists, who predicted bse would disappear by 2000, Cattle are still dying of the disease in this country, “In the last year (1998) 3178 british cows have contracted bse, compared to virtually none abroad. It may be diminishing but that is still a lot ..”[120]; “About 1,600 cows a year are still being diagnozed with bse.”[121]. Behind these Cattle fatalities there is undoubtedly a huge reservoir of bse amongst the country’s entire herds of Cattle. This section outlines the number of ways in which, even today, the pharming industry is spreading bse.

1.1: Bse can be Maternally (Vertically) Transmission

Bse (and bse-cjd) can be passed on by maternal (vertical) transmission which means that in the future, the disease will continue to circulate around the livestock population.

1.2: Bse is still being Recycled in the Beef Industry because Pharmers continue to Practise Cannibalism.

Bse continues to survive in the pharming industry because Cattle blood continues to be used in feed for Cattle. In response to its announcement of the 10 victims of bse, the tory government promised to stop the spread of bse by abolishing cannibalism in the livestock industry. It stated that it would ban the recycling of Cattle protein and it deliberately fostered the impression it was outlawing the use of all Animal material in Animal feed. However, this was yet another tory deception. The ban on the recycling of Cattle protein meant that feed manufacturers were able to continue using Cattle blood, milk, tallow, and gelatin, in its products. This might have made sense if these products did not contain bse but unfortunately, this was far from being the case. The government’s deception was so well perpetuated that even one of the country’s leading scientists on bse did not know about it until years later.

March 21st 1998: Cannibalism still Rife in Beef Industry: UK Animals still being fed with Animal Products.

“Some farmers in the u.s. are giving Calves a processed food supplement that contains Cows’ blood. The practice has not caught on in britain. But even the strict british prohibition of feeding Animal protein to Cows makes an exception of blood and milk, so it would not be illegal. There is no evidence that bse is transmitted by eating blood. “We consider blood a safe product for Cattle, so long as Cattle have been killed for human consumption,” says ray bradley.””[122] The government cannot ban the use of Cattle blood in Animal feed without having to admit that bse is present in Cattle blood and, therefore, that it also contaminates beef. This is of course helping to spread bse amongst Cattle and bse-cjd amongst oomans.

July 1998: Tallow is banned from all pharmaceutical products - but still being used in Cattle Feed.

Dealler points out that the labour government banned tallow from being used in ooman medicines whilst it continues to be used in Animal feed, “It is not clear exactly why there is 'no scientific evidence that tallow contains infectivity', however they say that the hydrophobic nature of the tallow and it being made partly from bone marrows in the formation of gelatin means that tallow must be looked on as a risk. What they have not said, however is that tallow continued to be in bovine feed in the UK long after the feed ban of 1988. Eventually it was twigged that this might not be a good idea but Wilesmith had said that the distribution of disease was not the same as the spread of tallow from an infective source ... but he had far too poor data. So now things appear to be getting worse for tallow and the original demand of the UK ban on tallow exports seems to continue.”[123]

April 2nd 2000: 23,000 tonnes of Bse Infected Material Still Being Fed to the Country’s Cattle.

The consequence of the tory’s disasterous decision to continue using Cattle blood in Cattle feed was that about 23,000 tonnes of contaminated feed was given to Cattle after 1996, “The agricultural cannibalism that caused the bse epidemic, nearly wiping out british beef pharming, is still being permitted, despite scientific warnings. Officials from the agriculture ministry admitted this weekend that tons of feed containing blood products, tallow and gelatin from cows is being fed back to cows - and other livestock - every year. A substantial proportion is fed to newborn calves, which are given the cheap feed to replace their mother’s milk, which is sold. John collinge, said he was shocked, “Any form of cannibalistic recycling is potentially dangerous and is a bad idea. I have said that repeatedly to the ministry.” The revelations coincide with confirmation of the first case of bse in a cow born in 1996. A number of other cases in animals born the same year are suspected. Four years ago, agriculture officials predicted the disease would not appear in any animals born after august that year, after the introduction of toughter regulations. Baroness hayman, a junior agriculture minister, confirmed in a letter that gelatin and blood products were exempted from the feed ban in european and british legislation. She said, “Tallow, being fat rather than protein, is also a permitted ingredient in cattle feed. .. this weekend a ministry spokesman confirmed that 23,000 tonnes of feed containing the products were sold each year in britain, predominantly for Cattle. Research by independent scientists has shown that bse and other prion diseases can be transmitted by blood products, and the latest tests for prion disease rely on the presence of infective particles in blood.”[124] This article talks about independent research showing that prion diseases can be transmitted by blood. This research has never been accepted by the tory or labour governments. According to dealler the use of tallow and gelatin in feed were not banned despite the fact that, “MAFF had said it would ban it in 1992 and in 1996.[125]

Conclusions

To any normal person it might seem utterly amazing, given the damage that had been caused by institutionalized cannibalism, that in 1996 the tory government could have allowed the use of bse-infected blood in the manufacture of Cattle feed. The reason the tory’s allowed this was because it was a victim of its own bse propaganda. When the bse epidemic first became apparent, the tory government avoided demands for a ban on all beef sales by creating the fiction that bse was not present in Cattle blood. Quite how these utter loons believed that bse prions could move from a Cow’s stomach to its brain without being transported in blood is a matter for their psychiatrists. Having adopted this stance they had to maintain this fiction so when it came to the issue of banning Cattle from eating bse contaminated Cattle material, they had no choice but to allow Cattle blood to continue to be used in Cattle feed - after all, if they banned the use of Cattle blood in Cattle feed then they would also have to ban the consumption of beef.

2. The Continuing Spread of Bse-Cjd after March 1996.

The fact that Cattle are still coming down with bse means that bse is still getting into the ooman food chain. But this is far from being the only source of bse-cjd. This highly contagious disease is now rife amongst bipeds and they are now helpijg to spread the disease. It is not known when the point will be reached when oomans will cause more bse-cjd infections than Cattle. It may be that this point has already been reached.

2.1: Oomans still Consuming Beef.

Bse is prevalent through the country’s Cattle herds - Cattle are still dying of bse in this country. Although the removal of offals is supposed to prevent oomans from consuming bse the fact is that bse is present in Cattle blood so oomans are consuming bse whenever they eat beef. The main reason why people will continue to contract bse-cjd is because they meat they are eating is not bse-free. There is no evidence that meat is free from bse. On the contrary, there is considerable evidence that suggests that beef and other meats are contaminated by bse.

2.2: Bruts Consuming Foreign Beef: The Importation of Bse.

In the past brutland exported huge quantities of bse-infected beef but these days it is likely the country is importing bse-infected beef.

2.3: Bruts Consuming Products containing Foreign Beef.
June 24th 1999: Bse is getting Everywhere - Now it’s in Wine.

A huge range of products are created using Animal ingredients. For many years after the bse-cjd scandal erupted in march 1996 manufacturers turned to foerign supplies of Animal components. This was alright from a ooman health point of view whilst these herds were free of bse but this is no longer the case.

It has been alleged that on the continent, Cattle blood is being added to wine and there is a strong possibility this may contain bse, “Tens of thousands of bottles of wine on sale in britain could contain blood from bse-infected cows, it was revealed yesterday. French health officials have seized 10,000 bottles of rhone valley table wine which they believe has been mixed with dried blood to make it clearer and remove dregs. The suspect bottles are all cheaper table wines.”[126]

2.4: Pharmers Putting Bse-Infected Cattle into the Food Chain.

Another reason brutish people continue to consume bse infected beef is because pharmers have been evading public health regulations and putting bse-infected Cattle into the food chain.

The Cattle Registration scheme is a shambles.

The Cattle registration scheme was set up in 1990 and was designed to prevent Cattle from bse-infected herds from being sold abroad. This scheme has been an utter shambles. Ever since its introduction pharmers have engaged in guerilla warfare against it rendering it inoperable. The labour government made a serious attempt to reintroduce it only on september 28th 1998. The sabotage of this scheme reveals that pharmers believe they are completely above the law - they are the country’s biggest anarchists.

December 19th 1999: 90,000 Cattle gone Missing from Cattle Passport Scheme.

According to the sunday times, pharmers are systemmatically flouting the Cattle passport scheme by putting Cattle dying of the disease and Cattle over 30 months of age into the ooman feed chain, “The sunday times has established that meat banned because it could be infected with bse is still being sold for human consumption.” Last week, however, graham bell, who worked for the government quango overseeing the Cattle cull, the intervention board, claimed that it has been open to systematic fraud, “It has not been monitored properly and not nearly enough has been done to stop dishonest practices.” It was reported that, “He has sent a file detailing his evidence to the French authorities.” “Last week the agriculture ministry admitted that 90,000 cattle have gone missing from its surveillance scheme.” It was also reported that, “British investigators have confirmed they are examining more than 50 cases where farmers and Cattle dealers have allegedly used bogus identity documents to conceal cows’ ages in order to sell them for human consumption. Trading standards officers at several county councils, including gloucestershire, shropshire and somerset, said last week that they are involved in dozens of investigations. “There is a hard core of people who are trying to get animals over 30 months into the human food chain,” said nigel durnford, an animal health inspector in gloucestershire.” [127] Dealler comments that, “There is other evidence that bse cases are not being reported that was put over at the Iceland conference in 1998.[128]

2.5: The Illicit Sale of Offals for Public Consumption.

As amazing as it might seem, pharmers/abattoirs are illegally providing offals for sale in some brutish shops. Just as there is an illicit trade in cfcs so the same is true for offals.

2.6: The Spread of Bse through Vaccinations.

Bse-cjd could also be spread by the use of Animal products in the manufacture of drugs and vaccines. It might be argued that the quantities of bse in these commodities is minute but what is important is that, given all the other sources of bse, they are contributing to the accumulation of bse in many people around the country.

July 1998: Tallow is banned from all pharmaceutical products.

The use of tallow in ooman medicines was banned only in july 1998.

May 30th 1999: Bse-cjd may have infected Drugs/Vaccines.

Antony barnett reports, “The department of health approved the use of thousands of human vaccines for diseases such as tetanus and whooping cough made with material likely to have come from bse-infected cattle. This was despite warnings in 1989 from one of the Government's key scientific advisers that injecting such material potentially posed 'the greatest risk' of transmitting bse to humans. Parents have never been told their children may have been in danger. Before the bse scare in 1988, vaccines for diseases such as measles, mumps, rubella, tetanus and whooping cough used bovine serum taken from British cows. When the scare broke, the Government asked Sir Richard Southwood, professor of zoology at Oxford University, to investigate the risk of infection from pharmaceutical products. Southwood was so concerned about the vaccines that he wrote three times to the Department of Health's Committee on the Safety of Medicines demanding 'urgent action'. In 1989, the then-confidential Southwood committee report concluded that 'the greatest risk in theory would be from the injection of material derived from bovine brain or lymphoid tissue'. He later described the risk as 'moderately high'. As a result, in 1989, the Committee on Safety of Medicines issued guidelines that vaccine materials should come from safe herds in countries with no reported cases of bse. Yet this left a stockpile of vaccines already made using material from British cattle likely to have been infected. The vaccines had lifespans of up to five years and could have been used on children as recently as 1993. Until now, the Department of Health has not disclosed what happened to the stockpile of vaccines. In a recent parliamentary answer, Health Minister Tessa Jowell merely confirmed they were not 'disposed of or discontinued'. But Dr Richard Kimberlin, a bse expert who acts as a consultant to drug companies and also advised the Committee on Safety of Medicines at the time of the scare, told The Observer: 'The risks associated with the stockpiled vaccines were not perceived great enough to have them destroyed . . . so yes, these continued to be used.' He said the stockpile would have amounted to 'thousands of doses'. Speaking to The Observer this weekend, Southwood said: 'Studies clearly showed that the greatest risk of infection from bse was not from eating foods but from injection. The highest risk was injecting into the brain, then there was injecting into the body and then through cuts or lacerations.' A source from Lord Phillips's bse inquiry, which last week announced that it would not be reporting until next March, said it was taking the issue of vaccinations 'very seriously'. Liberal Democrat MP Norman Baker is demanding that the government reveal what happened to the vaccines after learning of Southwood's concerns in Private Eye. He said: 'This is the first time somebody has admitted these vaccines were used on the public. We now need to know what type of vaccines and how many people might be affected. The government cannot continue to sweep this issue under the carpet.' At the time of the scare, the largest vaccine producers in the UK were SmithKline Beecham, Evans Medevea and Pasteur Merieux MCD. Mike Watson, medical director of Pasteur Merieux, said: 'All our bovine materials are now sourced outside the UK. At the time of the bse scare, we sourced some vaccines from the US and some from Spain, although some did come from the UK. But the risk of bse transmitted in this way is practically zero.' A Department of Health spokeswoman said: 'The Committee on the Safey of Medicines defined the risk to public health from using bovine material in medicinal products as remote and theoretical . . . A judgment was made by the committee that existing supplies should not be withdrawn because, in their view, the risk to public health through loss of confidence in the vaccine programme was greater than the remote theoretical risk associated with the use of bovine materials in vaccine.' She said she could not give details of vaccine use because this information has only been collated centrally since 1992.”[129]

March 31st 2000: Bse-cjd in Vaccinations?

Dealler believes children face a risk of bse-cjd from infected vaccinations.[130] “The journalists are told that some pharmaceutical companies continued to use bovine material for the manufacture of vaccines and that this was from UK sources. The health minister Yvette Cooper has told the commons that in spite of the risk that the bse infected material could be given to young children some drug manufacturers continued to make and supply vaccines made from uk-based bovine sources after 1988. For instance wellcome continued to use diphtheria/tetanus/pertussis vaccine made from uk sourced bovine material until 1991. The DofH thought that the risk from the bse was lower than that from the lack of vaccine that might have been seen.”[131]

2.7: The Spread of Bse through Ooman Blood.
Brutish government knew about the Risk of Bse-cjd in Blood in early 1997.

Within a fortnight of labour’s general election victory in may 1997 bse scientists were demanding the government take action over blood transfusions because they feared ooman blood could spread bse-cjd. The government refused, “The u.k. government had the data available for some time that blood transfusion should not be considered safe because of nvcjd. It is not really surprising that, if plasma products are unsafe after dilution to a large extent, then blood will not be either as that would not be diluted. It is said that the Government had the data indicating this from early this year... but then again the information used to work this out was available as of the beginning of 1997 and the u.k. blood transfusion service had been warned about it a long time earlier.”[132]

February 27th 1998: Government Bans a Range of Ooman Blood Products.

The labour government is eventually forced into taking some action against ooman blood when it announces a ban on a wide range of products made from ooman blood, “More than 30 treatments made from british blood and needed by up to 350,000 people each year are to be withdrawn because they might spread bse-cjd, health officials warned yesterday. Treatments such as growth factor for haemophiliacs or albumin supplies for burns victims are pooled from up to 66,000 donors at a time. If just one of them is suffering from bse-cjd, and if the disease could be spread by blood - itself an unknown - then in theory huge numbers could be at risk. Drug companies have been advised to stop using u.k. blood products in vaccines and other products. Last year health officials discovered that 3 of 23 people who contracted bse-cjd had been blood donors. Blood is a mix of a liquid known as plasma and red and white blood cells. .. the change could annually affect 100,000 surgical patients, up to 90,000 pregnant women, and tens of thousands who need hepatitis vaccines, tetanus immunization and special diagnostic treatment.”[133]

July 18th 1998: Blood Transfusions

It was over a year before the labour government takes any action to stop the spread of bse-cjd via blood transfusions. The failure to act until july 1998 has undoubtedly helped to spread the disease amongst oomans, “Donor blood will be cleaned to stop transfusion patients getting bse-cjd, the government announced yesterday. Supplies will be stripped of their white cells, which could harbour the human form of mad cow disease. But the £80 million a year programme will still not be 100% safe, according to sceptics. They claim the process, called leucodepletion, will still leave some white cells behind. Mr dobson acted after experts estimated that one in 125 transfusion patients could be at risk from blood contaminated by the new cjd variant.”[134]

2.8: The Spread of Bse through the Reuse of Contact Lenses.

In june 1999, the labour government considered a ban on the reuse of contact lenses to prevent the spread of bse-cjd, “Opticians and other contact lens suppliers may be banned from giving test lenses to more than one patient, because they may spread human bse. The government's scientific advisers were amazed to be told it was `not uncommon'' for lenses to be reused, and called for the practice to stop. They have no evidence that the practice has spread fatal condition, formally known as variant Creutzfeldt Jakob disease, but other forms of cjd have been spread through corneal implants. The advisers also say there are other health and social reasons for not reusing lenses, including lesser infections such as conjunctivitis. John Pattison, chairman of the spongiform encephalopathy advisory committee, said yesterday that putting something in the eye risked giving it an infection - `although the risk is probably very small indeed'. Michael Painter, consultant in communicable disease control in Manchester, agreed there was risk, and pointed out that `anatomically, the eye is an extension of the brain''.”[135]

3. Government Bans on Cattle Organs.

Organ by Organ Bans.

The tory governments in the 1980s and 1990s refused to take draconian actions to combat bse but adopted a policy of banning Cattle organs whenever it suspected they were guilty of harbouring bse. The consequence of this approach was that there were pitched battles over each Cattle organ before they were eventually banned. The tory government banned the consumption of a few Cattle organs primarily because it wanted to protect the sales of all other organs - even though some of these were more infected than the organs that had been banned. Thus while a few organs were banned dozens of others remained on sale spreading bse. The prime criteria used by the tory government to determine which organs to ban was not which are the one’s incubating the disease but which had the least economic value. This meant the cheapest organs were banned first and the more profitable the organ the greater the fight that the pharming industry put up to prevent it from being banned. This practice is still being continued by the labour government.

History of the Government’s Bans on Cattle Organs.
Brains banned from Cattle Feed - 1988
Tallow - 1998.

Dealler points out that the labour government has just decided to ban tallow from being used in ooman medicines whilst it continues to be used in Animal feed.

4. Oxford Boys.

The team of epidemiologists under richard southwood and then roy anderson have played a pivotal role throughout the bse crisis. This group of statisticians is funded by the wellcome trust. For most of the bse disaster they have been bsed at oxford university but they have recently moved to london’s imperial college. This might mean that their work might be better at keeping up to date with the latest scientific views on the nature and lethality of bse.

The Wellcome Trust
A Colossal Global Benefactor for the Betterment of Oomancruels?

According to the propaganda on the wellcome trust’s website, “With an asset base of £13 billion and an estimated expenditure in 1999/2000 of some £600 million, the Wellcome Trust is the world's largest medical research charity. Its mission is "to foster and promote research with the aim of improving human and animal health". Its support for medical research is laying the foundations for the healthcare advances of the next century. Its investment in the UK university system is helping to maintain the UK's world class science base. And its commitment to international health is helping to bring benefits to citizens of some of the world's most impoverished countries. As an endowed charity, free of any commercial imperatives and independent of government, the Wellcome Trust can pursue its philanthropic objectives from a balanced, rational, long-term perspective.”[136]

The impression given here is that the trust is primarily a grant giving body. However, it gives grants for research into new drugs/vaccines; the manufacture of new drugs/vaccines; and epidemiologists to statistically analyze the spread of diseases - which helps to assess the success or failure of new drugs/vaccines.

The Wellcome Trust and Bse.

The wellcome trust funds the mass production of vaccines. One way of determining the effectiveness or ineffectiveness of a new vaccine is by obtaining statistical evidence about the course of a disease and assessing what happens before, and after, the vaccination programme. Epidemiologists carry out statistical analyzes of the annual numbers of people affected by a disease to determine roughly how successful a vaccine has been. If the numbers of people in society who contract a disease suddenly drops after a vaccine programme, a drug company is usually around to insist that its vaccine was reponsible for combatting the disease. Should the figures for the numbers of people with a disease actually increase after a vaccination programme, epidemiologists are on hand to protect companies from compenstion lawsuits. They are able to show that if there hadn’t been mass vaccinations the disease would have been far worse and thus the company was not responsible for spreading the disease. In other words, epidimiologists are invaluable to drugs’ companies because they are able to promote the safety of the company’s products thereby boosting profits, and they are also able to mount the best defence for a company should a vaccination/drug go wrong. In court epidemiologists are able to show that the vaccination/drug/chemical etc had absolutely no damaging side effects at all. Epidimiologists are thus front line propagandists in the war over the efficacy of vaccinations.

It is not surprising then that the wellcome trust funds a good many epidemiologists. It is also not surprising that the trust should become involved in the bse epidemic and provide grants for statisticians to understand the epidemic.

The Wellcome Trust’s Vested Interest in the Bse-cjd Epidemic.

There may, however, be another reason for the wellcome trust’s funding of bse epidemiologists. There is a possibility the trust could have helped spread bse. This means it has a vested interest not merely in downplaying its own role in the spread of the epidemic but downplaying the epidemic altogether. The image of the wellcome trust as a magnificent, benefactor, fighting against the diseases afflicting oomanity, is tarnished by the fact that, “The health minister Yvette Cooper has told the commons that in spite of the risk that the bse infected material could be given to young children some drug manufacturers continued to make and supply vaccines made from uk-based bovine sources after 1988. For instance wellcome continued to use diphtheria/tetanus/pertussis vaccine made from uk sourced bovine material until 1991.”[137]

The wellcome trust may thus be responsible for exacerbating the bse-cjd epidemic and yet they are also funding a group of people to analyze the course and progress of the disease. Is it purely an accident then that the oxford team of epidemiologists have consistently underestimated the scale and severity of the bse and bse-cjd epidemics from the very start?

The Oxford Boys.
Southwood sets the Ball Rolling.

In the mid 1980s, richard southwood, a lecturer at oxford university, was asked to chair a committee to investigate a strange disease which was spreading through the Cattle population. To an outsider the decision to appoint southwood might seem as a little bizarre because he knew next to nothing about the subject. However, to insiders such as the maffia’s civil servants he was a perfect choice because they wanted a respected academic figure who could be manipulated into signing a report firstly to condone the pharming industry of any wrong doing for the disease and, secondly, to create the belief that the new disease was absolutely no threat to neither Man n’ beast.

Southwood headed the first enquiry into bse and his great claim to notoriety is that all his assumptions about the future course of bse turned out to be, at best, gross underestimates but, at worst, a useless load of scientific bullshit - the effects of which were to dismiss public anxieties about the disease and thus help to spread the disease even further. Whether he deliberately set out to mislead the public or was bullied by the thugs in the maffia into conclusions that would have this effect is not known. He believed that bse would die out in the early 1990s. He dismissed the maternal transmission of bse. He estimated there would be only 17,000-20,000 cases of bse - as of may 2000 there have been 176,000 cases in brutland alone. And, perhaps most infamously of all, he believed bse would not affect oomans because Cattle were a dead-end host. This report could not have been better at placating public health concerns if the authors had deliberately set out to dismiss the threat posed by bse.

Richard lacey points out that southwood was honoured for making so many mistakes in his bse report, “Following the publication of their report (southwood’s report on bse) sir richard southwood was promoted to vice chancellor at oxford, professor m.a. epstein was knighted and sir john walton became lord walton.”[138]

The Maffia regard Anderson as a Dangerous Threat to their Bse Propaganda Lies.

Anderson worked in the same department as southwood. Although anderson’s connections with southwood may have seemed extremely impressive to the overwhelming majority of the country’s reactionary tory pharmer yobs, the maffia were such a bunch of secretive, closet cases they were still much too suspicious of him to allow him access to their bse statistics. For many years, the maffia refused to give him their statistics even though these should have been put into the public domain. When he was eventually given access he formulated a proposition about the spread of the disease that was very conducive to the maffia’s propaganda fantasies.

1996: Four months after the Announcement of the first 10 Victims of Bse-cjd, the Oxford Boys Predict the Disappearance of Bse.

The southwood-anderson team gradually emerge as the cutting edge statisticians assessing the threat posed by bse-cjd, “Researchers at the wellcome trust centre for the epidemiology of infectious diseases in oxford have worked with statistics on how many infected cows were slaughtered, how much infected material entered the food chain and the course of the Cattle epidemic. From this, they have produced a model describing the likely course of britain’s bse-cjd epidemic.”[139] A short time after the government announced the first 10 victims of bse-cjd, anderson’s team of statisticians produced a report suggesting that the bse epidemic would die out within a matter of years. The political impact of this announcement was considerable. The public was losing interest in bse after the two week long outburst of anger over the appearance of bse-cjd but the statement that bse would soon disappear made it seem as if suddenly everything was going to return to normality. The announcement considerably reduced the political pressure on the tory government and the pharming industry to curtb the bse-cjd epidemic.

November 1996: Anderson Dismisses the Suggestion of a Bse-Cjd Epidemic.

In november 1996, anderson went onto the offensive and dismissed the results of scientific researchers who feared a bse-cjd epidemic, “Professor anderson .. also challenged a paper - submitted to the medical journal the lancet for publication rumoured to predict “hundreds” of deaths a year from a new version of cjd, confirmed only in march, and linked with the bse epidemic, “My own view is that it is very difficult to say anything sensible scientifically about this issue at present.” Professor anderson is head of the wellcome trust centre for the epidemiology of infectious diseases, and one of the government’s advisers on the progress of the aids epidemic.”[140]

Anderson seems to have had little fear about publically dismissing the work of leading bse scientists. He criticized not merely the research work but the reviewers who accepted the validity of the reaerch and the lancet journal for printing the article. Anderson’s attack on the article is surprising in that he believes it is perfectly feasible for him to estimate the future number of Cattle fatalities but dismisses seac’s estimate of the number of bse-cjd fatalities.

March 1998: Anderson Predicts Bse will Disappear Soon.

In march 1998 anderson claimed that bse would almost die out by 2001 .. “the bse epidemic was likely to have dwindled to only a handful of new cases by 2001.”[141]

September 11th 1998: The Labour government Appoints an Oxford Boy to Seac.

The labour government appoints roy anderson to the seac committee because he has helped, at various moments of crisis in the bse disaster, to dampen public fears generated by the disease. It seems obvious that the maffia appointed anderson to seac primarily because of his tranquil views about bse and bse-cjd rather than because of his inordinate scientific capabilities. Having publically criticized the work of scientists for suggesting there is going to be a bse-cjd epidemic the labour government must have thought that he was the perfect propagandist they needed to help appease the eco-nazis’ pharming brigade.

September 11th 1998: Roy Anderson Reiterates Belief that Bse will Disappear in 2001.

Soon after his appointment to seac, anderson reiterates his view that the bse crisis is almost over, “Roy Anderson, of Oxford University, said that he still believed the bse epidemic was close to its end, and would be at an extremely low level by 2001.”[142]

September 11th 1998: Roy Anderson dismisses John Collinge’s Tests for Bse in Cattle.

Anderson’s been on seac for only a few weeks and he already seems to believe he knows enough about scientific research into bse to dismiss the work of a leading bse scientist, “Other members of Seac are more sceptical about that approach. He added that Dr Collinge's test needed further validation before it could be relied upon.”[143] Anderson is a statistician who has no expertise in this particular field and yet he is telling one of the world’s foremost authorities into bse to go back to the drawing board and do his job properly. This is the second time anderson has publicly attacked the work of scientists in the bse field.

January 22nd 2000: Oxford Boys’ January 2000 Analysis.

The oxford boys’ originally argued it was unlikely there would be an epidemic. However, in their january 2000 report the oxford boys dismissed the idea that millions would die, “The horrific possibility that millions of people in britain will fall victim to the human form of bse is looking increasingly remote.”[144] They stated that .. “if 15 people or fewer died from bse-cjd in 1999, the model predicts that any epidemic will reach a maximum of half a million cases in total.”[145] At the time the report was published it was believed there were only 12 deaths in 1999 (later updated to 13). In other words, the maximum number of fatalities would fall from millions to 500,000. But, their best guess estimate was, “The latest figures suggest that the final death toll is likely to be on the scale of thousands rather than millions.”[146] The second part of their prediction was that if 15 or less died in 2000 then the total number would peak at 14,000, “If there is no increase and a similar number die in 2000, then it predicts that any epidemic will peak at a total of 14,000 cases or fewer.”[147] This is now redundant since there has been a significant increase in fatalities during 2000.

The oxford boys’ now argue there is likely to be a small one - only thousands of people may die. However, they have reduced the estimate of the maximum number of fatalities from millions down to half a million.

August 10th 2000.

The oxford boys’ prediction in january 2000 was that if fewer than 15 people died in 1999 the maximum number of bse-cjd fatalities would be 500,000. There were fewer than 15 fatalities. They now argue, considering the observed stable age structure, that it is possible to reduce the maximum to 136,000. The actual number of total fatalities will be somewhere between 63 and 136,000. They then argued that if the average number of cases per year over the next three years (2000, 2001, 2002) is 15 the maximum number of fatalities is likely to drop from 136,000 to 20,000. If the oxford boys have not taken the most up to date figures into consideration then the sudden spurt of new cases of bse-cjd means that total fatalities are likely to far exceed 20,000.

Conclusions.

It is necessary to remember not merely that the oxford boys are using official statistics based on the big lies about the spread of bse, but that their past predictions have been so erroneous that their conclusions seem to have been designed primarily to reduce the political impact of the bse disaster. They seem to be more concerned with preventing the public from regarding pharmers and the nfu as mass murderers rather than trying to give the public an accurate forecast as to what they should expect.

The Latest Moves.
The Oxford Boys move to London.

As has been outlined earlier the oxford boys have up and left oxford for imperial college, london.

The Eclipse of the Government’s own Epidemiologists.

What is strange about the emergence of the oxford boys as the key statisticians in the bse and bse-cjd epidemics is that the government has its own group of epidemiologists. The government’s statisticians at the central public health laboratory in colindale never seem to make any public statements about these epidemics let along criticize, or congratulate, the oxford boys about their work. If the public knows about the involvement of statisticians in the bse crisis, the vast majority of them would point to the oxford boys rather than the central public health laboratory.

The Emergence of Imperial College as a Centre for Bse Issues

Various departments at imperial college, london, are now specializing in bse research. There is the Medical Research Council’s Prion Unit; the department of neurogenetics, at School of Medicine at St. Mary’s, London; and the college of Science, Technology, and Medicine.

5. There has never been a time during the Bse and Bse-cjd Epidemics when Politicians or Pharmers have admitted brutish Beef is unsafe to eat.

It is one of the most remarkable features of the bse and bse-cjd disasters that at no time during these epidemics has any politician or pharmers’ organization, told the public that brutish beef is unsafe to eat. This might be regarded as a sign that insanity has broken out in this country but it is still nevertheless true. Right up until march 1996 when the first fatalities were announced, they all argued there was no evidence that the disease could affect oomans. The public was told, by the head of the department of health .. “that brutish beef is perfectly safe to eat”. The government and the pharming industry were deliberately hiding/sabotaging evidence to the contrary. The day it was shown that bse could affect oomans, they argued that sufficient measures had just been put in place to prevent any more of the disease from getting into the food supply so, once again, brutish beef was safe to eat - even though most of the measures that were then taken were implemented only half-heartedly by large sections of the Animal exploitation industry. And even more amazingly, the brutish government, the country’s pharmers, and the nfu, are all still insisting that brutish beef is safe to eat and that it’s about time they were allowed to spread this disease around the rest of the world.

6. The Beef Industry’s Attempts to Repeal Bse Regulations despite the growing number of bse-cjd victims.

It might seem a little difficult to credit it but almost as soon as regulations had been put in place to limit the spread of bse, pharmers were insisting they should be abolished to allow them to get on with the dumbing down of brutland’s livestock populations. Four years after the official announcement of the first bse-cjd victims, pharmers are still demanding the government rolls back the restrictions placed on the spread of bse - one of the most lethal and contagious diseases known to oomans.

December 30th 1998: Contra Campaign to get Bse Back on School Menus.

“The farmers’ union has launched a strong attack on plans to keep beef off school dinner plates. Members of oxfordshire’s education committee last week decided to continue with the beef ban in schools despite being split on the issue. The county’s school canteens have been barred from serving beef products since 1995 ..”[148]; “the county chairman of the nfu complains that party politics are hindering the decision being taken to re-introduce beef in schools. We can’t help feeling some sympathy for his argument.”[149]

November 29th 1999: Fat Chops Lifts the Bse-on-the-Bone Ban.

The brutish public’s increasing support for pharmers finally enables fat chops nick brown to force the government’s bse scientists into lifting their ban on sales of bse. Isn’t it a coincidence the ban is lifted just a month before xmas? The run-up to xmas seems like just the right sort of time for an impartial scientific decision over the safety of brutish food. The decision helps to take some of the pressure off the labour government after the tories recent rise in the opinion polls because of their support for the beef war with france.

March 2000: Labour Promises a General Review of Bse Regulations.

“Notably, the Government has promised a high-profile review of the main bse controls, including the slaughter of all cattle over 30 months to see if the measures are proportionate to the assessed risk. It will take place after the report of bse inquiry in the autumn and will be made by the chief scientific officer, Sir Robert May, Liam Donaldson (Chief Medical Officer) and Sir John Krebs (chairman of the Food Standards Agency).”[150]

April 29th 2000: Failure of Tonsil Tests Increases pharmers demands for the Repeal of Bse regulations.

The maffia decided to carry out a series of tests on ooman tonsils that had been preserved after hospital operations to try and determine the spread of bse-cjd. The results proved negative, “Scientists found no sign of the devastating human form of mad cow disease in the 3,000 tonsil and appendix samples removed after surgery in the 1980s.”[151] Although the government’s chief medical officer liam donaldson warned this did not give the ‘all-clear’ this is exactly how it was taken by the pharming community.

The vast majority of the thugs in the pharming community doubtlessly suspect that people are so infected with bse there is no point in having any regulations to stop the spread of the disease - conveniently ignoring the children being born and yet to be born. Over the last year or so, the nfu and the rest of the pharming industry have thus been demanding that the government rolls back its bse regulations, just as it did with bse-on-the-bone. However, as soon as a new discovery is made about the lethality of bse which worries the public the maffia and the rest of the crooks, and mass murderers, in the pharming industry jump into the media spotlight claiming how safety conscious they are and that the public has nothing to worry about because there are tough regulations in place stopping the spread of the disease. And yet once the media no longer covers the new health scare the pharmers immediately go back into action to demand an end to bse regulations. In some people’s opinion, the strongest evidence that bse-cjd is afflicting large sections of the pharming industry is that one minute it is condemning bse regulations as completely unnecessary, bureaucratic red tape, and the next they’re proclaiming the regulations as the best, and most reliable, means for protecting ooman life. It is hoped this latest bout of bse alarmism will put an end to the pharming industry’s current campaign to repeal bse regulations.

7. According to the Blarney Book of Records, the Maffia, the Nfu, and other Pharmers’ Institutions set new record for Wrong predictions about the Insignificance of Bse and Bse-Cjd.

At the end of the 1990s, the mafia, the nfu, and other pharmers institutions, set a new world-historical record, now enshrined in the blarney book of records, for the formulation of the greatest number of sequentially erroneous hypotheses, over the longest period of time, by the most highly educated professionals. Since the turn of the millenium the blarney book of records has refused to keep counting the maffia’s errors because it believes these will go on ad infinitum. It is now blatantly obvious the maffia is full of liars, cheats, and frauds, and the only reason they haven’t all been sacked for gross incompetance and corruption and then put on trial for corporate mass murder is because they have done such a fine job in protecting pharmers’ interests.

10. Comparisons between the Dangers posed by Bse and Aids.

There are reasons for believing that bse is just as dangerous as aids and in some ways more dangerous:

* lethality to oomans - bse is not as lethal to oomans as hiv-aids in the sense that many people are genetically protected against the bse but not hiv-aids.

* fatalness to oomans - bse (and bse-cjd) is more fatal to oomans than aids because whilst people can live relatively normal lives with hiv-aids they cannot live with bse-cjd. Bse-cjd is always fatal.

* contagiousness - bse is not as contagious as hiv-aids. Bse and hiv-aids can be passed on to other oomans through blood and milk. However, hiv-aids might be slightly more contagious in that whilst the former is present in other bodily fliuids this has not yet been ascertained as far as bse is concerned;

* prevalence - bse is more prevalent in the ooman and Animal populations than hiv/aids.

11. The Mass Criminality of the Animal Exploitation Industry.

One of the many blatant characteristics of the bse and bse-cjd epidemics has been the mass criminality of the Animal exploitation industry. Ever since the emergence of the Animal rights movement, the Animal exploitation industry has used the argument that people have got to obey the law. It now transpires they have consistently and comprehensively flouted the law. The entire Animal exploitation industry has been involved in lawbreaking activities from:

sending Cattle obviously afflicted by bse to abattoirs to be put into the food chain;

sending Cattle obviously afflicted by bse to public auctions knowing they will then be put into the food chain;

sending Cattle obviously afflicted by bse to cull Cattle dealers in order to pretend that their pharms are bse free;

forcing vets to sign health certificates for Cattle they’d never seen and for Animals they knew nothing about;

encouraging beef eaters to eat beef even though there was no proof that it was free from bse;

pharmers hijacking lorries and then chucking their contents into the sea;

butchers selling beef as lamb mince, selling illegal bse-on-the-bone, and selling illegal Cattle offals;

abattoir owners who slaughtered obviously bse-infected Animals and couldn’t be bothered to carry out their duties to remove bse-infected tissue;

hoteliers, cooks chefs, restrateurs, who cooked illegal substances such as bse-on-the-bone, offals;

the insurrection of pharmers’ blockading fuel refineries in order to bring the country to its knees and over-turn an elected government.

Across the whole spectrum of the Animal exploitation industry there has been a refusal to obey the law. There hasn’t been a flouting of the law on this scale since the poll tax. The Animal exploitation industry expects everyone to obey the law except themselves. The only time pharmers and the Animal exploitation industry support the law is when it suits their interests and, when it doesn’t, they just ignore it.

12. Oomans’ War against Bse.

Oomans believe they are so intelligent they can do whatsoever they like because if anything goes wrong they can use reason to create technologies to solve the problem. Clearly, however, this is not happening as regards hiv-aids. The virus is transmutating at such rapid rate that no sooner do scientists find a half effective remedy than the virus mutates. Bse is another highly successful disease. It succeeds not because it mutates faster than scientists can combat it, but because it survives within the niches created by the country’s ruling elite. Pharmers are powerful sector of society and are able to promote their interests at the expense of all other members of society. Bse is able to thrive because it enjoys the political protection provided by the country’s pharmers. The cure for bse is not medical but political. It requires not merely curbs on the power of pharmers but the abolition of the pharming industry. Pharmers’ power lies not merely in preventing laws from being passed which curb their interests (thus allowing the spread of bse) but in evading any laws that are passed (once again ensuring the spread of bse). But it also reaches into the medical world because the government refuses to fund the necessary research into a test for the disease. As a consequence, 15-16 years into this epidemic and there still isn’t an instantaneous method of detecting the disease. How is it possible to stop the spread of a disease when, to all intents and purposes, it remains invisible and undetectable? Pharmers are thus making it easier for the disease to thrive because of they block the research to find a way of detecting the disease. The government knows that if it tested the Cattle slaughtered at abattoirs it would discover many are afflcited by bse and people would then stop buying beef. The pharmers would then have to start blockading the country’s oil refineries again until people agreed to eat bse-contaminated beef. Bse is a pharmers disease not because it was created by pharmers nor because they deliberately spread it around the country, but because it flourishes under the political protection given by the pharming industry.

13. A List of Pharmers’ Subsidies.

In the early 1990s pharmers obtained subsidies for not selling bse-contaminated meat;

In december 1997 they went on demonstrations to demand compensation for the rise in the value of the pound even though most pharmers weren’t exporting any beef.

Fuel subsidies, “For more than 200,000 privileged people in britain, cheap fuel is constantly on tap. The £250 million a year hand out ensures that the fuel used to power tractors and other vehicles on the land but not officially on the open road comes at a third of the cost of the diesel on the filling station forecourt. Red diesel so called because it is tinged red is delivered straight to the farm and attracts excise duty of only 31.3% a litre. This means it currently sells at around 23.9p a litre. Introduced after 1945 to bolster food production .. ”[152]

set aside - pharmers are given a subsidy to sit on their arses doing nothing - not even the unemployed are not paid to do nothing - they are expected to look for work;

Subsidies for running the Cattle passport scheme

In 1999 they demonstrated outside the labour party conference for an increase in subsidies for the Cattle export scheme which they are still trying to undermine.

Now they’re demonstrating for cheaper fuel.

The pharmers political strategy has to be admired. Despite the fact that they are the biggest spongers in the country, and that they’ve released a dreadful disease which could kill hundreds of thousands of people, pharmers are still as popular as ever. They pushed the country into a consumer boycott against france at the end of 1999 which could have ended up in a trade war and yet they won a huge degree of public support. People were even eating bse-contaminated beef to show their patriotic support for pharmers and to protest again the french who stupidly didn’t want to eat bse-contaminated beef. In september they provoked a blockade of fuel refineries ostensibly against the rise in fuel proces and nearly pushed the country into a state of economic collapse and won public esteem into the bargain even though their real agenda was to force the government to fork out billions of quid so that they could go on producing bse-infected beef.

14. Blair’s Capitulation to the Pharmers.

The Problem with Blair is that he’s been listening to Pharmers too Much.

The the third pharmers’ rebellion at the beginning of september 2000 was triggered off by blair’s abject servility towards the pharming industry. With the exception of his first six months in office, he has continually backed down against them throughout his administration. Every time he’s backed down, the pharmers launch new demonstrations to win more concessions and more subsidies. Each victory over the government has made more and more pharmers realize that blair is a soft touch and that all that needs to be done is to threaten him with a few demonstrations and he’ll accede to their demands. For the last three years, brutish pharmers have pushed blair around like a rag doll. There is no other prime minister in brutish history who has been pushed around by pharmers’ propaganda as much as tony blair.

It is true that blair inherited an unfavourable situation as regards pharmers when he came into office. The pharming industry was at rock bottom because few people wanted to buy their bse-infected meat and the value of the pound kept rising which meant that meat imports became cheaper and cheaper further undermining brutish pharmers’ market share. But, when he came into office he’d decided to take on the pharmers and chose jack cunningham as the secretary of state for agriculture specifically to bring to an end the enormous subsidies which the previous tory government had been giving to the pharming industry. They were only industry receiving huge subsidies for virtually everything imaginable; they’d been bailed out to the tune of £4 billion to rescue them from a disease which they did everything they could to prevent; and every family in the country was having to fork out £20 a week to keep pharmers happy. There has never before been a group of people in society who have been given subsidies to sit on their arses. Blair wanted to bring these subsidies to an end and when the pharmers started blockading ports december 1997 cunningham took a robust attitude to dealing with the problems they were causing.

The countryside alliance marched into london in the spring of 1998. This was the biggest turnaround made by the blair government. Blair lost his nerve. From then on blair began backpeddling and every time he backpeddled the pharmers pushed for more and more political and financial concessions, and blair just kept backpeddling faster and faster. Blair’s capitulation to the pharming industry is the most striking feature of this parliament. Rural and pharming issues have taken up such an inordinate amount of political time and effort it is almost as if urban areas have been forgotten about. The following is a list of blair’s capitulations:-

in 1997 despite the fact that pharmers blockaded the ports, hijacked a lorry at holyhead, none of the rioters were taken to court;

the countryside march in london in 1998 forced blair into providing a wide range of subsidies to pharmers and rural areas - new rural transport subsidies;

pharmers forced blair to sack jack cunningham because he wasn’t promoting the interests of the subsidy-loving pharmers. In the 1980s thatcher’s sacking of edwina curry for raising the spectre of salmonella in eggs was the most potent symbol of the corruption of a tory government doing the bidding of big business. Blair’s sacking of cunningham was an even worse capitulation to the pharming industry because he wasn’t a junior minister like curry but the secretary of state for agriculture;

blair capitulated to the hereditary pharmers in the house of lords allowing 92 of them to stay on and effectively maintaining the aristocratic veto over the democratic process;

in 1999, after pharmers demonstrated outside the labour party conference, blair gives them yet more subsidies;

during the last quarter of 1999 the pharmers launched a consumer boycott of french goods that nearly drove the country into a trade war with europe that would have crippled the country’s economy. The campaign was fought with patriotic zeal for the sake of forcing the rest of the world to consume bse-cjd infected beef which they did not want to eat. This campaign was aided and abetted by nick brown and was only stopped when blair suddenly realized millions of people could end up out of work and millions of people were turning away from the idea of closer ties with the country’s biggest trading partners;

blair capitulated over the bse-on-the-bone ban even though it had been introduced only a couple of years earlier and there was no way the threat posed by bse had suddenly disappeared;

Under pharmers’ pressure blair has done everything he could to evade an anti-foxing hunting bill even though a huge majority of labour mps favour such a bill;

Blair backed down over the Cattle passport scheme which was introduced to help pharmers export beef again. The scheme was supposed to be paid for by pharmers but after protests he got the government to fund the scheme;

Blair promised to set up a food standards agency to police the quality of food in this country and prevent another bse disaster and yet under the pressure of pharmers it has been turned into a soap box promoting pharmers’ interests;

blair has refused to initiate tests of Cattle slaughtered at abattoirs to determine how many of them are infected by bse;

pharmers have forced the government into a promise of repealing the bse regulations even though there are still thousands of cases of bse amongst Cattle and the number of people dying from bse-cjd is beginning to accelerate;

blair has given huge subsidies to pharmers at the expense of pensioners;

he has given huge subsidies to pharmers rather than the compensation to which miners suffering from industrial diseases are legally entitled;

he has provided huge subsidies for rural public transport when for decades the idea of giving people stuck on outer estates such a subsidy was regarded as bordering on the criminal;

he has given huge subsidies to pharmers and no compensation to the families of the people that pharmers have murdered as a result of the bse-cjd epidemic;

in the budget blair capitulated over the construction of new roads, petrol tax increases, and the abolition of the fuel price escalator,

The concessions made in the budget made pharmers realize blair was there for the taking. When the fuel tax rebellion was over the government revealed that pharmers were being given £250 million a year in diesel subsidies.

Despite this incredible list of concessions and subsidies to pharmers, despite the fact that blair has acceeded to virtually all pharmers’ demands over the last couple of years, the pharmers on the blockades have continued to chant that the blair government doesn’t listen to what they are saying!!! He listens alright - the problem is that he has listened to much to their incessant whining and demands for endless subsidies. There has never been a group in society which has pushed around a democratically elected government so much over the last couple of years and yet still they keep insisting the government isn’t doing enough. The chant of ‘the government isn’t listening’ is the same slogan the phamers used on the countryside march in london in 1998. It is the same slogan used every time they are given a new concession, new grants, new privileges, new subsidies, and it will doubtlessly be used more and more until urban voters decide they have had enough of being exploited by rural terrorists.

Ever since pharmers forced blair to sack cunningham they have had him on the run. Boneless blair brought the third pharmers’ rebellion upon himself by his continual backtracking against the pharmers. His policies of appeasement have rebounded on him because pharmers regard him as an easy touch. Even a couple of days after what was almost an insurrection, with the prospect of a real insurrection to come in 60 days time, he was saying that its all been his fault for not listening. Everyone watched blair abolish clause 4. Few people minded his abandonment of socialism for the sake of modernization. But his refusal to take on the pharmers, his refusal to pay compensation to miners and the families of bse-cjd victims, his toleration of bloodsports, has pushed him to the point where he is a not so much a traitor to socialism but a traitor to decency. He’s either got to go or his policies towards pharmers have got to go.

15. The Great Game (of Bse)

The great game of bse is blaming somebody else for what pharmers have done. The great game is played obviously by pharmers but, much more importantly, by the tories, labour, liberal-democrats, greens, and by the media. In this society pharmers are regarded as saints and no matter what criminal activities, murders, demonstrations or insurrectionary politics they engage in, everyone pretends they are innocent and thus blames somebody else.

The great game of bse:

* started in the 1980s when it was pretended that bse didn’t exist

* when it was pretended that people weren’t under any threat from bse;

* that the disease existed only in specified Cattle organs (which by sheer coincidence were the least profitable organs to ban) and not in Cattle blood (which would have meant banning meat);

* that the disease affected only Cattle and not Sheep (people are still contracting the disease because they are eating bse from Sheep);

* that pharmers did nothing to spread the disease around the world;

* that the government didn’t sell banned, bse-infected, Animal feed to other countries;

* that pharmers weren’t responsible for hijacking a lorry at holyhead and then ransacking its contents - ‘it just fell off the edge of the dock, m’lud’

* that pharmers didn’t nearly push the country into a trade war with europe which could have cost millions of jobs;

* that bse isn’t prevalent in the country’s beef herds;

* that bse isn’t prevalent in the country’s Sheep flocks;

* that for the last three years groups of militant pharmers haven’t been going around the country like a rent a mob, blockading ports, supermarkets, dairy industries;

* that pharmers weren’t responsible for hijacking motorists’ ‘dump the pump campaign’ and hauliers ‘clog up the roads’ campaign an cynically exploiting the fuel protests for their own ulterior agenda aimed at obtaining huge subsidies or bringing down the country’s legitimate government.

* that bse-cjd isn’t spreading around the country.

16. The Beef Lovers.

This is an update of the tf16 Addenda 4: The Loons covering up the Spread of Bse.

Royalty
Anne Windsor

Right up until the time they wheeled in the first bse-cjd victims, anne windsor went around claiming that bse posed no threat to ooman health. This loon was so convinced of her opinion she even agreed to formally open factories mass producing beefburgers. She encouraged people to consume a highly contagious disease that has since killed many people. What’s your conscience like these days your magisterial sponger?

Charles promoting the Illegal Consumption of Bse-on-the-Bone.

“Charles windsor tucked into banned beef on the bone yesterday and said it was “absolutely delicious”. Welsh secretary alun michael also sampled the outlawed sirloin at a st david’s day lunch. Their apparent distaste for the government ban re-ignited the row over the 15 month old law. Officials later explained that both the prince and the minister were unaware of the exact cut they were eating. However, pictures showed the pair standing watching as a chef carved the meat from the bone. Charles was launching a promotion for welsh beef and ate sirloin cooked by the celtic manor head chef trefor jones and carved by tv cook james martin. Hotel spokesman steve howell said it had not broken any law, “We did not buy the beef, we were given it by a wholesaler in normal deliveries. Newport chief environmental health officer colin streeter said, “On the face of it, there has been a contravention of the legislation.” Under the 1998 beef bones regulations, it is illegal for a hotel or restaraunt to serve beef on the bone to gusests, even if they do not pay.”[153] Windsor is encouraging all those connected with the Animal exploitation industry to break the law and the inevitable outcome of this is that pharmers will continue to put into the food chain Animals suffering from bse. The odious bse loving, Fox hunting, fur loving, master of privilege and landed property is now adding criminality to his list of talents.

Politicians
David Curry

In 1990 the tory government banned the consumption of Crusteaceans because they contained high levels of contaminants. In parliament, eliot morley, mp, blamed the problem on discharges of raw sewage. Junior agricultural minister david curry .. "claimed that there was no link between the discharge of sewage into the North Sea and the toxic algae blooms which had caused the shellfish poisoning. Eliot Morely said, The house cannot accept that at all."[154]

Charles Kennedy.

When asked about charles windsor’s criminality over the consumption of illegal substances, charles kennedy, then  the lib dem agriculture spokesman, said: “Congratulations to the prince for his positive endorsement of beef on the bone. Government policy is now rendered a meaningless farce by a cabinet minister providing beef on the bone to heirs of the throne, while the official policy maintains its illegality.”[155]

Alun Michael.

“Charles windsor tucked into banned beef on the bone yesterday and said it was “absolutely delicious”. Welsh secretary alun michael also sampled the outlawed sirloin at a st david’s day lunch.”[156]

Scientists
Professor Thomas .

“"The bse epidemic is now indecline and will all be over by 2006" he said. Professor Thomas said that (Liam Donaldson's prediction of v-CJD being from 100s to millions) "was becoming strongly misleading". For a long time the information has been pointing in the same direction: "a total number of 100 cases, though it could be as low as 75 or as high as 150".”[157]

Media
Paul Routledge

“People are more important than Animals, I fear. If parliamentary time is limited (and it always is) what is more crucial - saving the lives of our people and educating the next generation, or outlawing a sport that is deeply-rooted in the traditions of the countryside. Those who put them there (elect labour mps) to make britain a better place will not quickly forgive them for preferring the fox to the people.”[158]

The Bse Loving Guardian

“Like a foreign secretary without a passport or a transport minister unable to drive a car, christine gwyther was the welsh agriculture secretary whose great misfortune was to be a vegetarian. So they had it in for ms gwyther from the moment she took office last year, as part of alun michael’s founding devolved welsh administration. She had survived the departure of alan michael but wales’s new boss, rhodri morgan, showed her the door. Now she can spend more time with her lettuce. Last month she told the welsh assembly that farming’s contribution to the nation’s economy was “close to zero”. So the lesson for ms gwyther’s successor is clear enough. He ought to tuck into a plate of prime, tender and above all, welsh ;lamb: with a side-order of beef, just to make sure.”[159]

Raymond Blanc.

“Award winning oxfordshire chef raymond blanc and the prince of wales are spearheading a campaign to persuade europe’s leading chefs to put british beef back on the menu. The prince will escort 20 of europe’s top chefs on a two day tour of farms and restaurants, organized by the meat and livestock commission. The prince said, “Since the bse crisis british farmers have worked to achieve the highest standards of quality.””[160]

John Papworth - Living on the Rural Farm in his Brain located in central London for the last two Decades.

The tenth commandment states that oomans should not kill and yet most christians support the murder of Animals. John papworth publishes a magazine which declares its support for the inalienable sovereignty of the ooman spirit and stoutly defends his right to decide what he puts on his plate.
