Introduction: Bse-cjd is a Disease Spread by Pharmers

The last mundi club publication devoted to the bse and bse-cjd epidemics was tf16 published on may 11th - a mere four months ago. It concluded that it still wasn’t clear whether there would be a bse-cjd epidemic of any sort let alone one on the same scale as the bse epidemic (180,000 Cattle died from bse). The first ten victims of bse-cjd were officially recognized on march 26th 1996. Since that time, four and a half years ago, commentators on bse and bse-cjd have been in a state of limbo because it has been impossible to find any way of predicting whether there would be an epidemic amongst oomans. This state of limbo has led to many doubts about whether the disease merited any political concern. The longer it took to determine whether there would be an epidemic, the less likely it has seemed there would be an epidemic - and the less likely it was to become a political issue. Indeed, over the last year or so, the throat slitting brigade has been trying to roll back the regulations preventing the spread of the two epidemics. They’ve already succeeded in lifting the bse-on-the-bone ban and, at the beginning of 2000, the labour government agreed to review the entire set of regulations.

It is amazing then, considering this prolonged state of ignorance, that a mere two months after the publication of tf16, the situation has shifted significantly. It now looks probable there will be a bse-cjd epidemic. By the end of 2001 it should even be possible to gauge roughly the total number of people who are likely to end up having been murdered by the country’s pharming industry. July 2000 was an utter disaster for the pharming industry as a succession of scientific discoveries and analyzes appeared in the media which were grossly at odds with the Animal exploitation industry’s propaganda that the disease had become an irrelevance. True, these news items did not produce any apoplexy of public anxiety as happened in march 1996, but they were greeted with dismay by scientists who could appreciate their significance. Given the pharming industry’s powerful influence on the media, it is not surprising the issue has been kept out of the public’s consciousness. The public has come to believe the threat posed by the disease has disappeared because it is hardly ever discussed or even mentioned in the media. As far as the public is concerned, the greatest evidence of the diseases’ insignificance is its absence from the media. What the recent spate of bad news suggests is that the days when bse-cjd just faded away into the background, thereby enabling the pharming industry to recover most of the ground it has lost over the last ten years and resume its massively subsidized throat slitting activities, are over.

Substantial chunks of this work have been lifted from stephen dealler’s website. Dealler has been publicizing this issue for the last 7-8 years and has done an enormous amount to keep the public informed about developments in the bse and bse-cjd epidemics so, please, visit his website. This will also provide a contrast with this work/website. Dealler’s website focusses on the science of the bse-cjd epidemic whereas this one is more concerned with the politics of the disease. Dealler is a scientist and a government employee who moves around socially in the pharming world so he’s not going to insist that pharmers and their representatives have been, and still are, responsible for spreading this disease. It has to be suggested, however, that although bse is regarded as a natural disease the most pertinent fact about it is that it was created, and has been spread, by the brutish pharming industry and the brutish political system which gives it protection. Bse and bse-cjd may be an evolutionary genetic freak but much more pertinently it is a disease which would never have occurred if it hadn’t been for the revolting practices of the brutish pharming industry. As regards the spread of the disease, the simple generalization is that the greater the denialism with which the disease was treated, the greater the spread of the disease. The more the pharming industry and pharmers’ political institutions, primarily the house of lords but also the house of commons, denied the existence of the disease the more they created the conditions in which it could flourish. Even worse, is that it is one thing to question the validity of evidence about the threat posed by bse but it is quite another to propagandistically deny this evidence as a means of encouraging people to continue consuming the disease. This disease would never have spread if the brutish government had not been dominated by the pharming-landowning interests who put their own interests above those of consumers. In other words, to all intents and purposes, bse and bse-cjd are ooman made, political diseases. The spread of these diseases reveal the extent of the power wielded by the house of lords. Although it claims to be just a revising chamber this antiquated, aristocratic, instution has an effect veto over decisions made by democratically elected governments. These diseases are the political products emanting from the diseased nature of brutish politics. More specifically, they are the result of the rampant corruption amongst brutland’s political and landowning elite.

Bonfire of the Fools.

The final draft of this magazine was written during the fuel tax protests 7-14th september. On may 11th this year the mundi club published terra firm issue no.16 entitled ‘53 Dead from Bse-cjd. Why aren’t Pharmers being put on Trial for Mass Murder?’ The work was subtitled, ‘Labour’s Capitulation to the Pharming Industry’. No other writer or magazine had discussed the issue of blair’s buckling under the threats posed by the pharming industry and, as far as is known, no other writer has bothered to discuss the issue since. This magazine was the only one to point out the existence of rural terrorists who were going around the country continually breaking the law whenever their livelihoods were threatened whilst everyone else who is sacked gets on with finding alternative employment. Perhaps it may be as well to quote from that issue to emphasize just how prescient it was.

“Tony blair brought the beef crisis and the trade war debacle (with france) during the last quarter of 1999 on himself by sacking cunningham and appointing nick brown to placate the pharmers. Once he’d sacked cunningham, pharmers resumed their chorus of demands for more and more subsidies and opened up the way for the tories to recover some of their political support by playing the patriotic card over the beef ban. These days pharming is far more about extracting subsidies from the government than it is extracting crops from the ground. The labour government has been far more successful than the tory government in pretending the bse epidemic is declining even though the disease is just as endemic now as it was a decade ago. But, just as the bse crisis came back to haunt the tory government, and eventually cost it the 1997 general election, so the bse crisis could come back to haunt the labour government at the next election.” (Tf16 p.38). The magazine finished with the prophetic words, “The bse crisis made a substantial contribution to the tories’ electoral humiliation. If the bse-cjd crisis had not happened the tories’ divisions over europe would never have become anything like as prominent as they did; the tory government would almost certainly have been able to reduce income tax in time for the general election; and it would not have lost so much support in scotland. The tories treated the bse and bse-cjd epidemics with utter contempt but these diseases took their revenge by helping to bring down one of the most corrupt governments since the second world war. Is it possible that bse-cjd will have a similar effect on the labour government?[1] There would be justice in this.” (Tf16 p.39).
