2. The Slaughter Carried out by Fox Hunters.
2.1: The Scale of the Slaughter Carried out by Fox Hunters.

“At its peak in spring, the fox population numbers about 500,000. By winter, when mating takes place, some 300,000 will have died. Between 50,000 and 100,000 are snared, mainly for the fur trade. 50,000-100,000 are shot. 25,000-50,000 are killed by terrier gangs and fox destruction clubs. 50,000 are killed on the roads. 12,000-13,000 are killed by hunting with hounds. It is estimated that some 84% of foxes are dead before their second birthday”[53]

2.2: Deliberate Fatalities.
Fox hunters murder many Animals.

Fox Cubbing.
Fox hunters organize Fox cubbing events to encourage Foxhound pups to kill Fox cubs in order to train them for hunting adult Foxes. When forced into a fighting situation, the natural instincts of most Dogs is to go for the neck but Foxhounds have been reared differently and tend to go for the back of the neck.

Killing Foxhound Pups.
If Foxhound pups show no aptitude for killing Fox cubs they are slaughtered. Fox hunters believe in the darwinian ‘survival of the fittest’ and carry out a selective breeding policy to ensure only Foxhound pups with an aptitude for killing are allowed to survive. They .. “selectively shoot 16,000 puppies each year ...”[54]

Fox hunters provide Foxhounds with various forms of training throughout their lives to reinforce their taste for killing, “On local radio last year, an ex-employee of a hunt phoned in to say that he had once thrown a Fox cub to the dogs, prior to the chase, in order to get the hounds ready.”[55] There is nothing random about this incident for, as will be noted, Fox hunters turn Foxhounds upon their own kind to keep them keen for killing.

Killing Foxes During Fox Hunts.
Fox hunters kill many adult Foxes during Fox hunts. Foxes are chased by packs of Foxhounds and some end up being mauled to death. This is surely one of the more unpleasant ways to die, “Fox hunting is revolting enough with 21,000 helpless animals being slaughtered by hunters with dogs.”[56]

Digging out Foxes During Fox Hunts.
If the Foxhounds don’t get them, the terrier men will. Foxes which go to earth during a Fox hunt are dug out by rural low life using terriers - even though this activity is supposed to be illegal. According to richard hall, “I witnessed foxes being dug out of their holes and thrown to the hounds.”[57]

Fox hunters murdering middle aged Foxhounds.
Fox hunters murder Foxhounds who no longer have the stamina to chase Foxes across the countryside for hours on end. These are the Dogs to which Fox hunters profess, in public, an unbounded affection. The Dogs are not murdered because they are in pain, or suffering, or old and infirm, but because they are no longer of use in hunting. Fox hunters are unwilling to bear the cost of looking after such Dogs in their retirement, “Fox-hunt masters have finally admitted they kill thousands of their hounds every year. Animal welfare campaigners have always claimed that surplus puppies and dogs retired early are shot. Huntsmen insisted this kind of slaughter was beyond the pale - and defended their sport by saying it gave the hounds a useful life. Now, in evidence to the government inquiry on fox hunting, hunt masters have conceded that retired Dogs are killed rather than rehoused as pets. Critics say that more than 6,000 Dogs a year die, when puppies from spare litters are added. Bew stewart said, “Pro-hunters claim that if hunting is banned, it will mean thousands of Dogs being put down. The reality is that hunts have already been shooting young Dogs for years.”[58] Since Fox hunters murder Foxhounds who no longer hunt, does this mean they also believe that pharmers, and perhaps even Fox hunters themselves, should be put down when they come to the end of their careers?

If this was the end of the matter it would be bad enough but it gets worse. The hunting Dogs which are murdered because they are just past their physical peak are not given the respect of a burial or cremation which would be their due if they were loved as much as Fox hunters profess. On the contrary, their bodies are just lobbed into the hunting pack which tears it to shreds in a matter of minutes. This reduces the cost of feeding the Dogs but, more importantly, it is regarded as good training for the Dogs because it helps to reinforce their killing instincts. The Fox hunting brigade thus forces Foxhounds to become Cannibals, just as pharmers continue to force Cattle and Sheep to be cannibals.

It’s amazing that in a country with so many Dog protection laws that Fox hunters can get away with murdering Foxhounds in such a callous way. The reason they can do this is because the pharmers in parliament have ensured that laws against cruelty to Animals and killing Dogs do not apply to pharmers. Pharmers are entitled, by law, to shoot Animals on their land - even though if they did the same thing a couple of yards outside their property they could be charged with cruelty to Animals. Pharmers are the only people in the country who are allowed to shoot Animals on sight and without legal permission. This is the first example of the class privileges that the land owning pharming elite in parliament have bestowed upon themselves but not the rest of society. On pharmers’ land the pharmer is king - not the law. Pharmers are able to do anything they want on their land because they are not subject to the law of the land. It is as if when members of parliament who are pharmers go back to their pharms after a long parliamentary session, they take with them some of the sovereignty they enjoy in parliament which gives them immunity from prosecution for anything they do.

Oomans affected by Diseases caused by Recycling Dog Corpses to Hounds.
Finally, just as the recycling of Animal material in the Cattle industry led to bse, the feeding of Foxhounds on their own kind also spreads diseases. These diseases are contagious not only to Dogs but oomans. The hunting brigade are thus responsible for spreading a serious disease to oomans. But there are no prosecutions if this happens - after all the landowning pharming elite went to eton/oxbridge universities, all of which have their own Fox hunting packs, and are thus chums with many judges, lawyers, and senior police officers.

The Slaughter of Game Animals’ Predators.
Since hunters slaughtered the country’s charismatic indigenous Wildlife, Foxes no longer have any natural predators e.g. Wolves, to keep down their numbers. If Foxes had predators then it is almost certain that Fox hunters would exterminate them to protect their Fox hunting activities - after all, they couldn’t hunt Wolves. As entirely natural Animals, Wolves would easily outrun any Foxhounds or oomans riding on Horses. Virtually all bloodsports entail slaughtering the predators of game Animals - see Addenda.

Summary.
Even if Fox hunting is eventually banned this might not be the end of cruelty to Foxes. There is the prospect of fur pharmers producing Fox fur. In the past it has not been possible to pharm Foxes for their fur because they are too wild to be kept in captivity but efforts are being made to domesticate the Fox, "Fur ranchers are working diligently to achieve the total domestication of mink and fox. Special diets and color phases are being introduced that are eroding the genetic make-up of these wild animals."[59]

2.3: Indirect Slaughter.
Fox hunters not only slaughter Foxes and Foxhounds, they are also responsible for a number of indirect Animal fatalities.

Accidental Deaths of Foxhounds.
Fox hunters occasionally lose control of Foxhound packs. The Dogs end up on roads or railway lines where some are killed. To give one example of what can happen; in october 1998, a train travelling from tenby to pembrokeshire killed ten hunting Dogs, “Last week’s incident is just the tip of the iceberg. And even though the safety of passengers could be at risk, british transport police refuses to prosecute. Since december 1993 there have been 19 reported cases of hunting hounds on railway lines, and 59 dogs have been killed. Trespass on railway lines is a criminal offence under the railways act, and each year hundreds of individuals are prosecuted.”[60] No Fox hunter has ever been prosecuted for trespassing on railway lines. This is the second example of the class privileges enjoyed by the Fox hunting fraternity. To all intents and purposes Fox hunters believe they are above the law and find it deplorable they should have to abide by the law of the land like everyone else.

Foxhounds Accidentally Killing Domesticated Animals.
If a Foxhound pack accidentally invades someone’s back garden, any domesticated Animal is likely to be ripped to shreds.

Animals Killed by Gamekeepers’ Insecticides.
In order to prevent diseases from breaking out amongst Foxhound packs, the Dogs are regularly dosed with insecticides - similar to those used in Sheep dips. If the insecticides are not collected properly after use but are allowed to run-off into local streams, they are likely to kill any Fish, “A fox hunting pal of prince charles and camilla parker-bowles was fined £6,000 yesterday for the “devastating” pollution of a river. More than 10,000 rare white clawed crayfish were killed by a chemical used to treat hounds for mange. As joint master of the beaufort hounds, captain ian farquhar was said to be responsible. The hunt was treating its 160 hounds with a “sheep dip” containing the insecticide cypermethrin. When hosed off it went into the river avon in wiltshire near hunt kennels on the duke of beaufort’s badminton estate. The chemical was “wickedly toxic” a court at yate, near bristol, was told. A teaspoonful or two could destroy aquatic life in an area the size of an olympic swimming pool. Farquhar pleaded guilty. He was also ordered to pay £665 costs.”[61] Perhaps mark purdey and the ecologist editorial team ought to investigate whether Fox hunters were responsible for the outbreak of bse - but the likelihood of these pharmer lovers blaming their own kind is highly unlikely.

Animals Killed by Fox Deterrence Tactics.
A major part of a gamekeepers’ job is to prevent Foxes from making easy escapes during a hunt. One way of doing this is by spreading pesticides in bolt holes. Sometimes they neglect to mention what they have done to those using the land .. “a farmer became chronically ill and lost 64 of his spring lambs after being poisoned by a fox-hunt employee. .. the pesticides had been placed in hay bales to deter foxes hiding in his land.”[62] In other words, a Fox hunt employee just wandered onto this pharmer’s land and took it upon himself to spread poison on the land just so that Fox hunters wouldn’t lose the opportunity for a kill. The likelihood of this gamekeeper being prosecuted for trespass and criminal damage is non-existent because once again the Fox hunting brigade are above the law.

3. Fox Hunters’ Lies.
There are few ooman activities, except criminality, which are comprehensively surrounded by lies and deceptions as Fox hunting. Certainly there are no sports which protect themselves with systematic lies. The only way that Fox hunters can ensure the survival of their perverted and sadistic activities is by covering up what they do with layer after layer of lies. This is why it is perfectly acceptable for channel four to broadcast bullfighting but not to show video footage of Fox hunting.[63] Virtually all Fox hunters’ statements are lies. It isn’t possible to exchange more than a few sentences with Fox hunters before they come out with their first lie - after which it’s all downhill into whatever fantasies they can think up at the time which sounds plausible to those listening. Fox hunters are some of the most prolific liars in the country - which is why they are defended so capably by pharmers, politicians, and the media. The following sections highlight Fox hunters’ main lies.[64]

3.1: Fox Hunters do not kill Foxhounds.
As was pointed out above, Fox hunters have always denied they killed Foxhounds. It was only at the end of march 2000 that they were forced to admit they’d been lying about the issue. Charles windsor himself is personally responsible not merely for murdering Foxes but Foxhounds as well.

3.2: The New Lie - Foxhounds are Rested at the End of their Working Lives.
Since Fox hunters have admitted to killing Foxhounds they now have to cover up their reason for doing this. One liar has ventured the following explanation, “Foxhounds are not routinely shot: what happens is when they reach the end of their working lives, they are put down, painlessly, in the familiar surrounds of the kennels where they have lived their lives, by the man who cared for them. Anyone who has had a dog will know how he feels; but sadness can be tempered by the knowledge that, in the circumstances, it is the kindest thing to do. To destroy a healthy dog, and there will be 1,400 of them, would fill me with intense anger.”[65]

This explanation for the systematic slaughter implies that Foxhounds “at the end of their working lives” are also at the end of their natural lives. In reality, of course, the Dogs that are put down are still incredibly fit. The problem is only that they are just past the peak of their physical fitness. They could easily have half of their lives left to live if they were allowed to die naturally. Fox hunters are trying to suggest they are doing the Dogs a favour by murdering them because they can no longer keep up with the hunt.

The slaughter of Foxhounds which are just past their physical peak is another manifestation of the cruelty not of Foxes’ world but of the Fox hunters’ world. Once again, it’s a shame this draconian measure against Foxhounds isn’t applied to the duffers in the house of lords and the rest of the scumbags in the Animal exploitation industry. But then again the ‘survival of the fittest’ is always just an excuse for the rich and powerful to do what they want.[66]

Fox hunters lie in another sense when they argue they slaughter Dogs only at the end of their working lives because, as has already been pointed out, they also murder Foxhound pups who show no aptitude for killing.

It ought to be pointed out that the reason hunting Dogs just past their physical peak, aren’t rehomed, like the thousands of Greyhounds retired from Greyhound racing each year, is because they have been so severely brutalized by Fox hunters. If they were adopted by decent people living in decent homes they’d end up tearing to death any Animal they met in their neighbourhood.

The Fox hunters’ portrait of themselves as people who show care and consideration when putting down their beloved Foxhounds is another lie, a fantasy. Most Foxhounds are unceremoniously shot and then lobbed into the Foxhound pack to save the trouble of disposing of the body.

3.3: Foxes are Pests.
Fox hunters once proclaimed they were engaged in a sport but, as protests against Fox hunting mounted, they began to argue they were just exterminating pests, “Members of the beaufort and other hunt supporters no longer admit hunting purely for sport. Instead, they claim they are involved in pest control.”[67] What gives the lie to this argument is that Fox hunters are frequently having to breed Foxes when their numbers are on the decline because of over-hunting. Foxes are not ‘pests’. They help to keep a balance in nature, “And foxes are an undisputed asset in keeping down the number of rats, rabbits and voles in the countryside.”[68]

3.4: Fox Hunters Don’t Murder Foxes.
When Fox hunters argue they are just exterminating pests the benefit of this proposition is that it enables them to deny they murder Foxes. As far as Fox hunters are concerned all they are doing is disposing of vermin.

3.5: Foxes are Wanton Killers.
Hunters, pharmers, and ruralites, condemn Foxes as wanton killers who kill for fun. This seems slightly hypocritical coming from pharmers who are responsible for the slaughter of colossal numbers of slave Animals and Wildlife both in this country and abroad. It seems absurdly hypocritical coming from aristocratic hunters who have decimated virtually all of the country’s indigenous species. Fox hunters’ views are similar to that of brutland’s Cod fishermen who vacuum the seas of virtually all Cod and then turn around and blame Seals for being greedy. There is only one wanton killer species on this planet and that’s the one pretending it’s the most civilized species on Earth. It’s strange how anti-Fox hunters’ views of Fox hunters have been co-opted by the Fox hunting brigade and projected onto Foxes.

3.6: Fox Hunters only Protecting Livestock.
Some Fox Hunters pretend their barbarism is an act of compassion i.e. they kill Foxes only to stop them from killing pharmers’ slave Animals. Once again, it seems somewhat odd that if Fox hunters use this justification when they breed Foxes in areas where they seem to be on the point of disappearing. It also seems odd that if pharmers condemn Foxes because they kill pharm Animals, then what right do they have to kill pharm Animals? Is it because at some point in past, oomans decreed that only they are allowed to kill slave Animals?

3.7: Fox Hunters preventing Foxes from Over-breeding.
Another rationale for Fox hunting that relies on compassion is that the proposition that Foxes are killed to prevent an explosion in Fox numbers which would lead to Foxes dying from starvation. A number of criticisms could be made of this propaganda.

Firstly, it is utter nonsense to believe that it is more humane for Foxes to be torn apart by a pack of Dogs than it is for them to die of starvation. Secondly, richard hall argues that Fox hunting has little impact on reducing the country’s Fox population, “First and foremost is the claim that it (Fox hunting) keeps the animals under control. The stag herd in britain amounts to roughly 6,000. Gamekeepers cull 1,000 annually, which keeps the numbers manageable. The three stag hunts account for less than 150 kills. It is a drop in the ocean. With foxes, the argument is even less sustainable. Hunting accounts for fewer than one-tenth of animals killed.”[69] Thirdly, Fox hunters are not despondent when Foxes overbreed. On the contrary, this is something to celebrate since it increases the number of Fox hunting events that can take place and increases the number of successful Fox hunts, “And its (Fox hunting) lobbyists admit that a lower fox population would harm their sport.”[70] Fourthly, if Foxes were overbreeding it would be because there was a surfeit of prey species, “And foxes are an undisputed asset in keeping down the number of rats, rabbits and voles in the countryside.”[71] And, finally, propaganda about Foxes overbreeding seems rather hypocritical coming from a species whose numbers are currently 6 billion, going on 10 billion, soon to be 15 billion. What gives oomans the right to impose population control measures on all other species when they can’t apply such a policy to themselves? The only reason that oomans can get away with claiming they are the most intelligent species on Earth is because they exterminate the Animals who tell them they’re insufferably stupid liars.

3.8: Foxes Suffer no Pain when being Hunted! That’s Right - and there’s no such thing as Bse, Global Burning, or the Depletion of Stratospheric Ozone, and Dope is far more lethal than Tobacco and Alcohol.
Fox hunters are sick, dirty, little perverts so it is not surprising they deny that Foxes suffer when being chased by a pack of Dogs before being mauled to death. Some Fox hunters are insane enough to suggest that Foxes enjoy being chased by hunting Dogs. Hunters who expect people to believe this nonsense have lost all common sense. Richard hall, a former hunter, provides some examples of what the Fox hunting terrorists get up to, “From childhood in the somerset countryside, i was reared to accept hunting as a sport. Either the animal was killed quickly or got away. What was never mentioned was the stress those animals suffered in the name of sport. Many times i saw the terror this inspired - deer crashing through barriers, bodies torn by wire fencing, knees shattered, running 40-50 miles until they collapsed. I have seen a hunter push a stag over a quarry where it lay with a broken back. I used to run into water to whip the hounds off a dying deer so it could be shot. I have seen men pull them underwater to drown them. I witnessed foxes being dug out of their holes and thrown to the hounds.”[72]

Fox hunters try to give some legitimacy to their lies by pointing out that there is no scientific evidence that Foxes are distressed by being chased. Isn’t this exactly what these same aristocratic/pharming perverts said about bse/global burning/the depletion of the stratospheric ozone layer?

there is no scientific evidence that bse poses a threat to ooman health

there is no scientific evidence that global burning poses a threat to the stability of the climate.

When scientific experiments were done which showed that Stags were highly distressed by being chased by a pack of Dogs they just denied the evidence. Here we see the value of Fox hunting as a means of training pharmers and the aristocracy into becoming professional liars. Having lied so comprehensively about Fox hunting, it becomes almost automatic for them to start lying about everything else e.g. bse is a harmless Cattle disease that won’t affect any other species and certainly not oomans: oomans are not responsible for boosting global warming and destabilizing the climate.

3.9: Denying Cub Hunting.
Cub hunting is yet another barbaric aspect of Fox hunting. Fox hunters provide Foxhound pups with an opportunity to learn how to kill Fox cubs. Each year around 10,000 Fox cubs are mauled to death during Fox cubbing. Fox hunters are so ashamed of Cub hunting it usually takes place at dawn and is kept a secret from all except the most trusted hunt supporters. Richard hall explains, “They (the public) won’t be told of the pre-season cub-hunts when hounds are familiarized with fox-scent by killing cubs.”[73] The secrecy of Cub hunting has reached the point where Fox hunters are trying to change the name of this activity to ‘autumn hunting’, “Cub hunting is not publicized and hunt masters call it ‘autumn hunting’. It takes place very early in the morning to avoid the prying eyes of the public.”[74]

In cub hunting, Fox hunters block off all underground escape routes from the Fox’s earth. They then surround the Copse where Foxes have been encouraged to breed and send in the Foxhound pups to find the Cubs. The objective is to keep the Fox cubs trapped inside the Copse until they become so weak with exhaustion they have no place left to run - thus making them easy quarry for inexperienced Hounds. Foxhound pups are hesitant in facing a cornered Cub which must fight for its life. All too frequently the Cub is continuously mauled before death releases it from its cruel ordeal. So, all Fox supporters should be compelled to go and see Cub hunting to understand the true nature of what they are supporting - the perversion of Foxhound puppies being trained to maul Fox Cubs,[75] “This is the secret kill fox hunters don’t want you to see. Our film shows the moment a cub is caught and mauled to death by a pack of bloodthirsty hounds. Barely old enough to leave its mother, the young animal had nevertheless ventured out alone. But its fate was to become the prey of dogs training to kill adult foxes. Peter white’s footage was shot at dorset’s cattistock hunt where “cubbing” is practised daily in september. Yesterday the mirror exposed the beaufort hunt, prince charles’ favourite meet, for building ‘artificial earths’ to attract foxes. The beaufort hunt also savage cubs.”[76]; “Death for the cubs is not quick or painless. Those caught are literally torn to pieces. Simon wilde, a hunt saboteur for 12 years said, “Hunt rules state that cubs should be shot once the hounds find them. But they rarely do. They just let the dogs tear them up.””[77]

It’s interesting to learn that camilla parker bollox is so addicted to Fox hunting she even attends Fox cubbing events, “Prince charles has refused to go out on the secret early morning hunts but camilla parker bollox has taken part this year. The cattistock is run by charlotte townshend who, with her £70million fortune, is the second-richest woman in britain and a friend of the prince.”[78]

3.10: Conservation of the Countryside.
The latest rationalization for Fox hunting is that it helps to conserve the countryside. Robin page of the ecologist argues, “The irony is that it is the hunters and shooters who are managing the countryside in a practical and conservation-friendly way. They are retaining and managing woodlands, grassland, wetland and hedgerows. As a consequence, serious conservationists should be praising their work. Sadly, myself and david bellamy are almost the only two who are prepared to put our heads above the parapet of political correctness to say so.”[79]

Such arguments are mere abstractions plucked from reality. The facts are these. Firstly, over the millenia organic farmers and hunters have devastated this country’s indigenous Wildlife. The Wildlife that can be seen in the countryside today are mainly exotic species imported from abroad after hunters wiped out virtually all of the country’s indigenous species. It’s not possible to just forget what hunters have done in the past as if it wasn’t relevant to what is happening now. Historically, hunters have never been a positive influence on natural habitats.[80]

Secondly, it is true that tenant pharmers are told to preserve copses by their aristocratic landlords in order to provide a supply of Foxes for the aristocrats’ social calendar. The total area of the Copses that pharmers provide for Foxes is minuscule - it would barely cover 0.0001% of the country - and yet Fox hunters suggest that Fox hunting is making a critical contribution to the country’s landscape.

Thirdly, it is only because brutland’s landowning aristocratic pharming elite have decimated large swathes of the country’s Forests and turned them into pastureland that Fox hunting has become possible. Without vast areas of open pastureland, Fox hunting would be next to impossible. Fox hunting is the companion bloodsport to the Animal slavery industry. Fox hunting ought to be banned because of its barbarity but, even if it is not, if the country’s pastureland was abandoned (for example because of the huge contribution it makes to global burning) then the opportunities for Fox hunting would be severely curtailed.

For Fox hunters to argue that the land used for hunting helps to preserve Biodiversity reveals their superficial understanding of the Earth’s life support system in this country. On the one hand, it is true that such land has much greater biodiversity than a shopping mall or a car park but, on the other hand, it has nothing like the Biodiversity it would have if it was allowed to revert back to a ooman free Wilderness area - especially since most of the country’s pastureland would almost certainly return to a Forested state. Those who argue that Fox hunting preserves Biodiversity are just accepting a cosmetic, utterly peripheral nature which, although it might be better than no nature at all, does not mean that it is the best possible nature for that area, let alone that it is contributing to the country’s life support system and thereby stabilizing the climate.

The global pharming industry is the biggest contributor to global burning and if oomans hope to stabilize the climate they have got to abandon the Animal exploitation industry and allow pastureland to revert back to Forests. Pharmers are currently responsible for blocking the Reforestation needed to combat global burning and, in brutland’s case, repaying its appalling Carbon debts. By arguing that hunting protects Biodiversity, page is not merely defending Fox hunting, he is also defending the vast scale of pastureland in this country, and thus the interests of the ruling aristocracy which owns that land, because without this pastureland Fox hunting would not be possible.

The suggestion that Fox hunting is making a major contribution to the country’s life sustaining processes is nonsensical because the activity relies on vast areas of open pastureland which have minimal ecological value. By focusing on the minuscule area of Woods being managed to provide a refuge in which Foxes can breed, Fox hunters are distracting attention from the fact that Fox hunting is dependent on the majority of land being deforested and turned into pastureland which is virtually bereft of Wildlife, makes virtually no contribution to the Earth’s life support system, and destabilizes the climate.

What the pro-Fox hunting brigade refuses to recognize is that pastureland has to be abandoned for the sake of restoring the Earth’s life sustaining processes and stabilizing the climate - and once pastureland goes so will hunting Foxes with Dogs. The mundi club once believed that greens opposed Reforestation because of their support for organic pharming. It is now becoming clear, however, that so-called greens are also opposed to Reforestation because it poses a threat to the interests of the country’s landowning aristocracy and to the survival of Fox hunting.

Fox hunters believe they are responsible for helping to preserve the countryside’s greenness. However, the fact is that the character of the brutish countryside has been determined predominantly by the Animal exploitation industry which has deforested large swathes of land and replaced it with pastureland. It is the existence of so much pastureland that enables Fox hunting to take place. Without pastureland Fox hunting would not be possible because Foxes would have far more hiding places in Woods and Forests. The sooner the Animal exploitation industry in this country is abolished and pastureland is abandoned in favour of Reforestation to help combat climate change, the more impracticable Fox hunting will become.

Fourthly, there are occasions when Fox hunting does cause ecological damage, “Then there’s the old chestnut that hunting is a main reason for the traditional look of the countryside. Hedgerows, copses and spinneys, preserved as cover for animals and good horse-jumping terrain. But i’ve seen grassland turned to ploughed fields and crops set back by their activities.”[81]

Many Fox hunters, such as camilla parker bollox, also support Bull fighting. This rather gives the conservation argument away. Bulls aren’t culled because they’re rampaging over the countryside damaging the environment, (let alone because they’re wandering the countryside killing livestock or because there are too many of them for them all to survive). Bull fighting takes place so that sick, nasty, uncivilized, perverts can get a kick out of the sadism and brutality of Animals being tortured to death. And the same applies to Fox hunting. Having nasty bits of shit like camilla parker bollox as queen of england really is expecting too much of a civilized society. Camilla parker bollox is the fred west of the royal family.

3.11: Fox Hunters deny they enjoy Murdering Foxes. Fox-Hunting is a Noble and Spiritually uplifting Activity - which is why it’s supported by the Church of England.
One of the more absurd lies told by the Fox hunters is their denial that they enjoy murdering Foxes or seeing Foxes being mauled. But why else would they want to attend Fox hunting events? There are very few hunters who like only one form of hunting e.g. Fox hunting but not Stag hunting, Bear-baiting, etc. This is because the pleasure that oomans derive from hunting is seeing Animals being killed in cruel, and bloody, ways - the more gruesome and excruciatingly painful the death, the greater the thugs’ pleasure, “Follow a hunt. Watch the people at the beginning. Many are good people. But, as the day goes on, you see the cruelty. You feel that mounting craving to be “in at the death”. You notice men and women gaping and glorying in those final moments. That is the reality, no matter how much the hunters dress it up.”[82]; “Undercover investigators infiltrated the groups to secretly film them and gather evidence. One investigator said, “This is no better than dog fighting or cock fighting. The look of bloodlust on the faces of these people as they release their dogs on hares is sickening. When it is caught the hare squeals like a baby - it is heartbreaking.” The league against cruel sports is appealing for readers to shop anyone they know who is taking part in the brutality that is decimating britain’s hare population. Illegal hare-coursing has become more widespread since the foot and mouth crisis which shut legal countryside hunts.”[83]

It is surprising how reluctant these dirty little perverts are to face up to the ‘kicks’ they get out of watching Animals being torn to shreds. Why are they so ashamed of admitting they get a thrill out of murdering Foxes? Why don’t they just come out with it and say they enjoy inflicting pain and suffering on Animals? Why don’t they just admit that they believe that sadism, cruelty, perversion, nastiness, and torture, are positive, worthwhile, and rewarding, experiences? If these experiences are so good then why don’t Fox hunters apply them to each other in the privacy of their homes - oh sorry that’s not legal is it? Cruelty and torture is only allowed in public on Animals.

Fox hunters try to portray their activity as a noble and spiritually uplifting activity which brings dignity to oomancruels. It isn’t and it doesn’t. It’s a relapse from civilization into the most primitive form of cruelty and barbarism. Fox hunters are just as bad as paedophiles. A bright young student might do well to study the links between Fox hunting and paedophilia especially amongst the aristocratic elite brought up in public schools.

3.12: Foxhounds’ Natural Inclination to Kill.
Fox hunters allege that Foxhounds have a natural inclination to kill. This is not true. Firstly, Foxhounds have to be trained, through Cub-hunting, to attack Foxes. Secondly, some Foxhounds are just not interested in killing Fox cubs - which is why Fox Hunters exterminate them. It is quite remarkable that even after centuries of Fox hunters selectively breeding Foxhounds for aggression, that many continue to show no aptitude for Fox hunting.

4. Fox Hunting is an Artificial Social Event not a Natural One.
The idea that Fox hunting is a natural activity is probably the biggest lie perpetuated by Fox hunters. There is little that is natural about it. It says a lot about the fantasy world in which sadistic country bumkins live that they could believe that what they are engaged in is a natural activity. The red coats are almost certainly lost in their fantasy world if they believe that urban people are going to accept such an interpretation of reality.

4.1: Fox Hunting is a Natural Activity.
The organizing body for Fox hunters makes it plain that Fox hunting must be a natural activity, “The rules of the masters of the foxhounds association state: “Fox hunting as a sport is the hunting of the fox in his wild and natural state with a pack of hounds. Nothing must be done which, in any way, compromises this rule.””[84] Fox hunting is a primary example of what greens call ‘living in harmony with Wildlife’. There are many reasons why Fox hunting is not a natural activity - why, on the contrary, it is little more than just another social event in the aristocrats’ social calendar.

4.2: Fox Hounds are an Artificially Bred Animal.
Firstly, a few millenia ago, oomans domesticated Wolves. Since that time, they have selectively bred Dogs to produce a wide array of different pedigrees. These differences have been deliberately bred by oomans for a variety of purposes. As a consequence, Foxhounds are a man-made creation like all other pedigree Dogs. They are an unnatural breed of Animal which would never survive by itself in the wild.

4.3: Fox Hounds have been Bred to Kill.
For centuries, Fox hunters have artificially selected Foxhounds for their killing instincts. This is not a natural process but entirely an artificial one.

4.4: Fox Hounds are Trained to Kill.
Despite the centuries of selective breeding for the most aggressive Foxhounds, Fox hunters allege that Foxhounds’ have a natural inclination to kill. Fox hunters claim that all that they do is to exploit this tendency in Fox hunting. However, despite the long history of selective breeding, Fox hunters still have to give Foxhound pups special training in order to encourage them to kill Foxes i.e. Fox cubbing, “Young hounds are taught to kill and get the taste for fox blood by being set loose on cubs.”[85]; “The young hounds are put into a chosen wood which is surrounded by riders in a practise known as “holding up”. Any cubs that try to escape are driven back into the jaws of the dogs. The sick idea is that the puppies will be caught up in a frenzy of excitement and learn how to kill.”[86] In other words, if Foxhounds weren’t trained to recognize Foxes’ scent and encouraged to kill Foxes they wouldn’t know what to do on a Fox hunt - they’d be far less interested in chasing after Foxes. It should also not be forgotten that the Fox hunting brigade forces Foxhounds to become Cannibals to get rid of the Dogs which can no longer keep up with the chase.

4.5: Foxes are Trained to Run.
Fourthly, Foxes themselves have to be taught to fear Foxhounds in order to do their utmost to escape during a Fox hunt in order to prolong the fun that Fox hunters derive from the chase, “The (cub hunting) season lasts from july until december and the league (against cruel sports) says the aim is to educate both young hounds and the fox cubs. It is not until they have been hunted that foxes display their true cunning and give the hunters a really good run.”[87]

4.6: Foxes have to be Supplied to Order.
Fifthly, there would be little point in sadists going Fox hunting if there was little prospect of finding a Fox. It is the gamekeepers’ job to ensure there are sufficient Foxes to be hunted. Over the years the wide variety of measures that gamekeepers take to ensure a supply of Foxes have been discovered. But, of course, each measure they take to ensure this supply diminishes the naturalness of Fox hunting. Every year Fox hunt organizers draw up a rough list of the number of meets they would like to cater for during the next Fox hunting season and then estimate how many Foxes would be needed if every one of these meets is to enjoy a successful kill. This list of Fox hunting requirements is then passed on to the gamekeepers who are expected to fill these requirements in any way that they can.

* The most basic measure that gamekeepers take is providing small patches of Woods across the countryside in which Foxes can create their earths. Foxes do not live in natural Woods in Wilderness areas because there aren’t any - pharmers have deforested the country for pastureland. The Fox hunting, landowning elite thus have to compel their tenant pharmers to preserve tiny fragments of Woods if they want Foxes in the countryside. Not only are these copses artificial, the condition in which they are kept is also artificial. Gamekeepers intensively manage copses to ensure they are ideal habitats for Foxes i.e. they cut down Trees to provide cover for Foxes’ earths.

Fox hunters are in something of an ideological quandary. They have tried various rationales to defend their activity. They used to argue that Foxes were pests but the more the public came to realize how much Fox hunters were interfering in nature to ensure a constant supply of Foxes, the less tenable such a defence became. So, Fox hunters simply switched to another line of defence - even though it contradicted their previous defence.

Given the public’s concern about protecting the countryside, their most recent defence of Fox hunting is that it helps to conserve the countryside - particularly copses. The only problem with this argument is that the more they argue they vigorously intervene to conserve the countryside, and in particular copses, the less natural Fox hunting becomes. The copses dotted across the countryside are about as natural as a local council Tree planting scheme. The patches of Wood are not natural and they are certainly not Wild - they are artificially preserved and artificially managed to attract Foxes. To repeat the basic rule of Fox hunting, “Fox hunting as a sport is the hunting of the fox in his wild and natural state with a pack of hounds.”[88] Fox hunters have become so enamoured by the conservation argument they even boast about their artificial conservation work in managing Woods for Foxes. Robin page argues, “The irony is that it is the hunters and shooters who are managing the countryside in a practical and conservation-friendly way. They are retaining and managing woodlands, grassland, wetland and hedgerows.”[89] When the hunting/pharmer-lovers working for the bbc gave clarissa dickson wright the chance to defend Fox hunting in a series of programmes about the countryside she made great play of the efforts gamekeepers were making to manage artificial copses in order to provide habitats for Foxes.[90] All that she ended up doing was contradicting the basic rules of Fox hunting.

** Should gamekeepers’ efforts fail to attract Foxes to artificial copses, they have to take even more unnatural measures to attract Foxes i.e. building artificial earths to encourage Foxes to live, and breed, in a particular Copse. The construction of artificial earths is carried out by virtually all hunts - even the most notorious i.e. those made famous by charles windsor. In november 1999 it was stated, “Evidence seen by the mirror proves that the duke of beaufort hunt creates cosy dens to encourage foxes to breed - blatantly ensuring there are enough for a three times a week kill. (The beaufort hunt is near charles Windsor’s home at highgrove, gloucestershire). We can reveal that foxes are baited by hunt employees, who leave food and water for foxes to attract them to the man-made earths. Capt ian farquhar has been master of the hunt for 14 years. He claims they stick to the rules and are concerned with conserving the environment. But today we can reveal that the captain was fined more than £6,500 last year for causing devastating pollution of the river avon. Members of the beaufort and other hunt supporters no longer admit hunting purely for sport. Instead, they claim they are involved in pest control.”[91] This activity is common in Fox hunting areas. In september 2001, “Sneaky hunters are luring foxes into cosy, specially built dens .. so they will always have a ready supply to kill, the sunday people can reveal. The league against cruel sports has discovered 12 carefully built secret fox homes in the south of england. The tempting artificial earths are wooden chambers set in the ground and connected to a network of pipes which act as tunnels. Once fox families have moved in, the pipes can be blocked off at will - to keep the helpless in or prevent them reaching safety while the hunt is on. This shameful practice is outlawed by the masters of fox hounds’ association. But that doesn’t stop the bloodthirsty hunters. Undercover inspectors for the league and the west sussex wildlife protection group discovered that southdown and eridge hunt has a number of secret dens on its hunting territory across east and west sussex. The discovery comes just two years after the duke of beaufort’s hunt, a favourite of the prince of wales, was caught creating dens to ensure they had enough foxes to go out killing three times a week.”[92] In november 2001, “Prestigious hunts were last night accused of breeding foxes to be killed. Undercover investigators from the league against cruel sports claim to have found a series of man-made breeding complexes in the territories of three hunts. And they include prince charles’ favourite hunt - the quorn in leicestershire. Chairman of the league against cruel sports john cooper said the artificial earths destroy claims that hunting is needed to stop the countryside being overrun by foxes. Mr cooper said, “Fox hunters are ruthlessly maintaining that their activities are a vital form of pest control. The discovery of these man-made fox chambers proves they have an active programme of encouraging foxes to breed in order to ensure a constant supply to chase. The earths were allegedly found on land used by three hunts in the east midlands: the quorn, the fernie, and the atherstone.[93] It should be pointed out that, “The shameful and unethical practice (of creating man-made earths to provide a supply of foxes hunting) is outlawed by the masters of the Foxhounds association, the governing body for the bloodsport.”[94]

*** Gamekeepers’ third measure is even providing food for Foxes to coax them into artificial earths in artificial Copses. In june 2000, “A fox hunt supported by prince charles could be taken to court over claims that it rears foxes to kill. Wiltshire trading standards officials were yesterday probing complaints that the beaufort hunt was illegally feeding cubs.”[95]

**** A fourth measure is trapping Foxes in areas where there is no hunting and transporting them to hunting areas. If gamekeepers can’t coax Foxes to move into their area by building artificial earths and providing them with food, they’ll either capture some from other areas or buy Foxes captured by the criminal underworld which trades in Wildlife - some of the Foxes being taken from urban areas. Richard hall has stated the public .. “may not know of the foxes dug from holes and sold to hunts ...”[96]

***** A measure that gamekeepers take to ensure that Foxes provide a good chase is blocking off Foxes’ escape routes, “Often before a hunt, employees are sent out to block up badger sets and earths where a fox could take refuge.”[97] It has been noted earlier that gamekeepers sometimes block off Foxes’ escape routes by covering them in pesticides.

****** If somehow a Fox manages to escape underground during a hunt, the terrier men flush it out so that the chase can resume, “If a fox does manage to escape underground, terrier dogs are sent down to frighten it back onto land, or it is dug up.”[98]

****** And finally, just to make sure that Fox hunters can enjoy the thrill of chasing, and then mauling, Foxes to death, gamekeepers interfere even further in this so-called natural activity by battering a bagged Fox before releasing it to be chased by a Foxhound pack. Richard hall explains that this practice causes Foxes to release scent which helps Foxhound packs to track the Fox .. “the bagged animals punched to release more scent before the hunt appears.”[99]

Fox hunting is almost completely artificial. It has become as thoroughly planned and organized as any other event in the aristocracy’s social calendar whether this might be ascot, wimbledon, cowes, or the boat race - the only things missing are television cameras and the corporate hospitality tents. Hunters have significantly contorted nature in order to obtain a regular dose of their perverted activities.[100]

4.7: Fox Hunters have to Exterminate Foxes’ Predators.
Fox hunting is also artificial in the sense that in the long distant past, pharmers/hunters slaughtered Foxes’ predators. In general, most hunting activities require the extermination of all the predators of ‘game’ Animals to ensure a plentiful supply of ‘game’ for oomans to hunt. Grouse shooting is possible only because gamekeepers exterminate the wild and natural species that prey on artificial Animals such as Grouse. It just shows how artificial hunting is when wild and natural Animals have to be exterminated to make the hunting of man made, artificial Animals possible. A considerable number of Wildlife are decimated to ensure a plentiful supply of Grouse. The same also applies to Foxes. If Foxes still had predators, e.g. Wolves, then it is almost certain that Fox hunters would exterminate them to ensure their Fox hunting activities - after all, they couldn’t hunt Wolves. Wolves would be too much of a challenge for the dandy, red topped, aristocrats - in some wild areas of america they can only kill Wolves by shooting them from helicopters - although whether american Wolf hunters call their activity natural is not known.

4.8: Fox Hunting can take place only in Artificial Habitats.
In general, most types of hunting are possible only in grossly artificial habitats. For example, Grouse shooting was made possible by clearing Forests to create an artificial habitat, Moorland, in which Grouse could thrive. This habitat would disappear the moment oomans stopped protecting it. Gamekeepers preserve Moorland by annually setting fire to the moors to prevent saplings from growing. A habitat that is entirely dependent upon ooman management can hardly be regarded as natural. The same also applies to Fox hunting. The Animal slavery industry has deforested large swathes of the brutish countryside in order to create pastureland. If it wasn’t for pharmers maintaining this artificial habitat then Fox hunting would not be possible. Fox hunting is possible only in grossly artificial habitats such as the brutish countryside. In other words, Fox hunting entails an artificial Fox, living in an artificial earth in an artificial copse, being chased across an artificial countryside by artificial Dogs. And Fox hunters argue that drag hunting wouldn’t be natural!

4.9: Conclusions: And they call Fox hunting Natural?

There is little that is natural about Fox hunting. Ooman’s have perverted Wolves into Foxhounds in order to chase Foxes which have been reared by gamekeepers over a countryside which pharmers have almost completely deforested and turned into pastureland and which has all the wildness and Biodiversity of a massive green carpark. There is little that is natural about modern pharming which, perversely enough, also proclaims it is a natural activity. There are countless rural bumkins who continually complain about how urban people know nothing about Nature and natural processes and yet what they are engaged in has nothing to do with nature. Fox hunting is about as natural as the country’s modern intensive pharming industry or any other social event in the aristocracy’s social calendar. Why is this so surprising when all of these activities are organized by the same people?

At the end of the day Fox hunters couldn’t care less about whether Fox hunting is natural or not. What they are interested in is chasing Animals across the countryside and then cornering them so that Dogs can tear them apart so Fox hunters can enjoy a rush of bloodlust. It is the bloodlust that counts not the naturalness of the activity. This is why Fox hunters are so antagonistic towards the idea of drag hunting where scents are laid across the countryside for Foxhounds to follow. The chase would be much more challenging but without the excitement of seeing an Animal being killed at the end of it there’s no point in it. Fox hunting is for sadists and perverts not for people concerned with the countryside or with conservation or with pest control.

Fox hunters are serial liars who pretend that Fox hunting is natural; that it helps to preserve the countryside; that it gets rid of pests; that Foxes enjoy being chased by hunting Dogs; that it is a sport - but it’s a peculiar sort of sport in which the contestants are too cowardly to show their ‘sport’ to the brutish public. They lie that Foxhound Dogs want to be put down once they cannot keep up with a hunt instead of enjoying a long retirement. Perhaps if Fox hunting, rural bumkins spent more time thinking about what they are doing rather than grunting around in the countryside like a bunch of perverted trogs they might realize what they are doing.

Fox hunting consists of serial episodes of callous, barbaric murders during which oomans continually, and routinely, brutalize Animals, themselves, and any civilized society of which they are a part. It is an activity sustained by systematic lies. Like vivisection, it is kept out of the public media because of the repugnance and revulsion it would engender in normal decent people and because of the stimulation and encouragement it would give to society’s perverts, sickoes, and psychos. The barbarism of killing Animals with Dogs is revolting whether it is Fox hunting carried out by rich, retarded, over-privileged, toffs or Hare coursing supported by poor, retarded, plebs with a penchant for football hooliganism.
