Soul

You're such a passionate soul
So much fire packed into
One small container
Are you sure you can hold it all
Without exploding?

You're such an angry soul
With so much anger,
How can you not have
Lost control?
Anger that is not truly anger.
Most of it seems directed
Towards me.

You're such a happy soul
Despite all the anger and fire
You have a candle of happiness
That never goes out
And lights a room you enter.

Boredom

Sitting here
  on the ground
hearing void
  all around
Wondering what
  I may have done
Causing actions?
  not a one.
Sitting here
  chained to this ground
seeking refuge
  all around
oft it seems
  the venue alters
despite all this
  will never falters
seeking escape
  above the ground
seeing walls
  all around
roof above
  and floor below
through a tunnel
  I must go
hard floors however
  forgive me none
so here I sit
  till class is done.

Addicted

Addicted to the written word,
Twenty four/seven,
Everyday.

Reading her life away,
Writing her fingers sore.

Stories of love and tragedy,
Poems of life and death,
Songs of lost chances and heartbreak.

Thinking of writing as life,
Not a commitment.

Dreams of her words,
Days of her pain.

Addicted to the written word,
Twenty four/seven,
Everyday.

First War in Heaven

"From afar there comes a sound
Of a pain that's so profound
Of ancient lives residing in
Beings free of sin.
Where once there was perfection
Now trembles closely to destruction
Angels roam this hell of chaos
Satan knows his cause is lost
For the light in him has now been dimmed
He's now the first that ever sinned
On wings of darkness, he calls out
To all that hold no doubt
To fly with him into the void
A world not yet construed
Of all his guilt, his mislead pride
But sin so strong won't set aside
His blatant lies that manifest
Troubling the souls of mankind's best
Strip of the wings of Heaven's light
It's you who fell into this plight
First war in Heaven does not lie
Of Lucifer's own dark demise."

Second War in Heaven

"He's arisen from the depths
In silence and in stealth
And following close behind
Are those whose eyes are blind
To wage a war in blood
That will take the world by flood
And in between he knows they'll meet
Archangels who know not defeat
And with their swords, they sky will turn
Crimson red and Hell will burn
Like shards of glass their tears will fall
Upon the great and empty halls
Belonging to worlds long forgotten
Of a people misbegotten
Impale upon the wooden stakes
Angels scream in pain and ache
For this was not what we were meant for
But alas you Satan, have opened the door
A smile lurks upon his face
But soon it is quickly erased
For Gabriel has come from God
In his hand a spearing rod
To drive away the rotting dogs
Into the hazy blood-stained smog
Their battle fierce but he's assured
This battle ends, left unfurled
Retreating back into his lair
And in his murderous anger he shares
That he may have lost this war again
But don't ever think that this is the end.

My Babies

Taylor
Talented, I like to sing,
And dancing too, yeah, that’s my thing,
Young compared to Lita, my big sis,
Love me lots, I’ll give you a kiss,
Or give me a hug, because that’s fine too,
Rub my tummy and I’ll love you.

Lita
Laughing and giggling, I’m always happy,
I like to play with my mommy and my pappy,
To have a little brother is the best,
And Taylor’s better than the rest.

These two are my pride and joy,
My Furby Babies, the girl and the boy,
With them I will always be,
And they will always be my little baby.

Innocents

Innocents,
Sweet Innocents,
Is innocents innocents?
Is innocents not knowing.

They say this girl is the last of the innocent,
If they were to know the truth,
If they were to know what went on it her head,
Innocent she would be no more,
In there eyes.

Tossed

You just lost your one true friend,
I hope you feel good about yourself,
I don’t see a grin on your face,
Well, I guess I won in the end.

You threw away my love,
With that smug look on your face,
I wonder why you tossed my heart on the floor,
But now I fly away with the wings of a dove.

You said you found someone else,
Than you said I was the wicked witch,
What a world it can be,
But unlike you,
I’ve survived by myself.

I though you were the one,
Even after the lies you had told,
But now I’ve made it to the top,
And left you behind,
You’re done

Now I fly away with the wings of a dove,
Now you’re left behind with only your self pity to comfort you.

Distant
Poem of the Week for January 23, 2000.

Remembering,
Far away
A distant place
Nothing but a dream
A life wasted in the clouds
But there was peace
As age grows upon
A life in the clouds,
Begins to float away
Leaving the mind in despair
Wasn’t taught how to act in reality
Just left in the clouds
Alone
No one to turn to
Just called foolish,
A drifter
Remembering,
That distant place of peace
There was happiness,
Security
Left alone in reality
Not knowing which way to head
Wasted youth
Dreams that were crushed
If only taught how to fight reality
All paths lead back to that distant place
Only fit in,
Where the clouds sit

Melody of the Soul

Far off,
In another world,
Where unicorns exist,
Where pixies dance,
In another world,
Where life is true,
I find my memory,
Slowly dancing,
To a faint melody,
A melody of hope,
That shines with my dreams.
A melody of nature,
That grows with my wants.
A melody of imagination,
That soothes me with my creativity.
I dance to this melody,
In a grove of cherry trees,
Their cherry blossoms are all around me,
Floating and nestling in my hair.
Here I dance with myself,
As the center of attention.
While the pixies watch from the trees,
While the unicorns’ lay resting,
While the fairies perch on rocks,
While the elvens stand watching silently.
As I dance,
Slowly,
Quietly,
To this melody.
A melody that yurns,
For another player in the game,
For the pair of my soul,
That exists out there,
On another planet.
Far off,
In another world,
Where unicorns exist,
Where pixies dance,
My soul dances,
Waiting for the soul,
Of another being,
To dance with it,
In harmony.
Slowly I dance,
While the elvens watch,
While the unicorns lay,
While the fairies perch,
While the pixies watch,
I dance,
In a grove of cherry blossoms,
I dance quietly,
To the melody of my heart and soul,
I dance,
Waiting,
Waiting,
Waiting . . .

@)~~>~~>~~~

the fatal cloud
that surrounds my head
like a mist
it surrounds you,
twists its claws
into your throat,
choking you
and taking away
all means of breathing
as it fills your lungs
with its trash
and filth
and it cackles with mirth
as your eyes tear,
you choke
struggle to breathe
as your head throbs
as a thousand drums
pound at your skull
i do not
cause this horrid demon
that sucks away
your means of breath
it never was,
for i know better,
but it was caused
by my very lifeblood,
my own father.

A Face Like Yours

I think I remember
From long ago
A face like yours
From years ago

Have we met?
I can't remember.
It's been so long,
Since that December.

So many faces
I have seen
But none strike me
As having been

From long ago
I stubbed my toe
And there you were
A regular Joe

Its been so long
Since that December
The snow starts falling
Try, remember!

Twin Beauty
Poem of the Week for Nov. 28, 1999

worlds apart
tied by a tether
stuck in the middle
on a rope
helpless and alone
apart from both worlds
seeing both
but unable to touch either
the rope's just a rope
but scienta est potentia
and to move the rope would destroy
the beauty of both worlds
content he must be
simply gazing at them
knowing he can never visit

Sleep

As I lay me down to sleep, I pray the lord my soul to keep.
You kiss me good night, and say a prayer.
For the lord my soul I bare.
The stars that shine in the heavens deep.
I fall into your sweet slumber known as blissful sleep.
While I lay my brothers pray.
Good night and farewell.
For my mind is at ease that I will not be found in hell.
Through the golden gates I walk.
Towards the Lord, there is no dark.
A meadow before, a stream behind, to My Lord, the love I find.
At night I sleep.
As dreams from you run deep.
The Lord the one I truly seek.
A love so pure that I shell never, be blind.
Good night good night, all dreams in a giant heap.
Good night, good night for now I sleep.

Fiery's Chalice

Fiery’s Chalice,
Sitting upon the altar great.

Sparks of passion and desire,
Within Fiery’s Chalice.

Upon the altar great,
True magickan it awaits.

Powers great and small,
Sleep well, sleep well.

Upon the altar great,
Hidden in fire spout.

Fiery’s Chalice,
True magickan it awaits.

Spin Me a Story

Sweet words by the fire.
Tails of Prince's and Princess's
Spin a magical tail, we've a story.

A golden Horse, with a dashing Knight.
A long haired Goddess, hue's been known to take flight.

A Castle under the stars.
Witches and Goblins.
Kings and Queens.
As I sleep your storys, I'll keep in my dreams.

Spin me a Story, A tail never Tolled.
Give me a pice of that magical, Wonderland, let my imagination unfold.

Motes and lagoons, underneath the Stars, and the Moons.
Fairies and Dream keepers.
Unicorns and Star sweepers.

Spin me a Story never tolled and I'll remember when I'm vary old.

Give me a kiss on the cheek, and begin a journey that I will always keep.
Dear to my heart, these precious times are.
Tell me a Story, of the new bright star.

I'll listen I promise, to the words that you speak, now send me on a journey,
before I lay me down to sleep.

Books and Feelings

We do have feelings,
And it hurts how you treat us.
We’re old,
Almost as old as mankind.
In the beginning we were sacred.
Then we were historical.
Then loved, then disliked.
Now, we sit on a table
Gathering dust.
We’re useless.

Wait . . . wait a minute!
That guy over there,
He has a book in his hands.
And that girl over there,
She has shopping bags full of books.

Maybe, maybe we are not useless.
This is a nice feeling,
Relief.
I feel relief,
They still like us,
Think of us,
READ us!

By Rememberance

Sometimes, I Dream

Sometimes, I dream
Not always bad dreams,
Nor good.

Sometimes, I dream
Of a life long ago
Or by the mystic water.

Sometimes, I dream
They might not seem like much,
But they are.

Sometimes, I dream
Dreams are important
They are who we are.

Not a sign of Santa anywhere
But come Christmas - what a surprise!
Filled to the top for bright little eyes.

Do You Remember?
Poem of the Week for 2.5.00

A time for forgiveness, a time for pain.
A Fathers, promise is broken.
New love, to be gained.

Do you remember, when I was young?.
Do you remember, all the good times all the fun?.
When the stars we'er brighter, and I was the only one?

From bows to blue jeans, and now boys to.
Oh how much we missed, we didn't do.

Do you remember, the day I cryed?.
The day the love, lost the trust died?.
The day you lied?.

A time for pain, a time for sorrow, but cheer up little one
thers always
tomorrow.
Tomorrow came and the next day passed, didn't help much the pain will
still last.

A time for forgiveness, a time to move on.
A time to watch the setting, of the new dawn.

But Do You Remember?.

Ode to the World
Poem of the Week for January 9, 2000.

HOPE

Hope is but a child,
Weak and whimpering.

Hope is often lost,
In a forest full of fear.

Hope often struggles,
To make it through.

Hope is but a child,
Given a chance,
Will grow.

you

needing,
	you, always

wishing,
	you, here

dreaming,
	of, you

believing,
	in, you

needing,
wishing,
dreaming,
believing,
	in, you
conversation
destiny, i’m a child
what are you
destiny, can i ask you a question
who am i
destiny, is there a point to my life
child, i am everything
child, you are who you are
child, there is always a point
destiny, are you sure
child, yes i am sure

children and elders
were all children
their older
so were children
their our elders

you and me
we’re children
earth and moon
they’re elders

don’t we need
to obey
them

To You

Look at me
What am I to you?
Just another girl
To put on globs
Of make-up
To flaunt myself
In your face
To go through
Boy after boy
And forget
Who I really am?
Well
I don't wear
Make-up
I'm too modest To flaunt myself
And the only boy
I've ever loved
Has a girlfriend
Who does
What he thinks
I could do.
