Story :) Totoro is set in the countryside Japan shortly after the war's end. It is about 2 girls who moved with their father to a house in the countryside so as to be nearer to their mother who is in hospital. (i think so ^^;;). Their names are Satsuki and Mei. And through explorations and strange happenings, they met the magical forest spirits, totoros. There are small ones and mediums ones but only one giant totoro. Besides totoros, the girls also met Nekobus, a cat bus that transport totoros around. Comments :) Umm... it is quite difficult to comment about this anime. What can i say ? But i'd really like to hug that giant Totoro ! Actually, this anime is quite like a normal life adding in fantasy of a magical world. It's quite lighthearted. (most) The best feature of this anime is of course the magical scenes with the giant Totoro. esp the flying scenes. ( the totoros are sooooo cute)
