Dedicated to ensure foreign principal’s utmost satisfaction, BECMEN undergoes the following rigid and strict processes to prospective applicant and accepted workers abroad.

  • Pre-Employment Orientation Seminar    - Before screening the applicants, BECMEN conducts an in-house pre-employment orientation seminar to assess the level of physical and mental preparedness of the applicant in working abroad.
  • Screening and Interviewing of Applicants -    Applicants are thoroughly screened, checked and verified according to their job categories, job experience, educational attainment and personal background, BECMEN subjects all applicants to an English Proficiency Test to assure good communication relationship with employers and other workers.  If no principal representative is available, BECMEN hires consultants who will interview and appraise applicants.  Results are given to the principal.
  • Trade Testing   - For job positions requiring a trade test, applicants who pass the initial screening and interview will have to pass the pre-employment trade test through an accredited trade test.
  • Medical Examination    - BECMEN subjects all applicants to pre-employment medical examination through first-class hospitals in Manila duly licensed by the Government’s Department of Health (DOH) and Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).  Hired employees will also have to undergo the mandatory psychological testing.
  • Documentation and Processing   - BECMEN provides a pool of qualified liaison officers to ensure that all necessary documents are checked and personal background are verified.  To expedite the worker’s deployment, documentation officers process documents such as the Travel and Overseas Employment Certificate given by DOLE and POEA, official passport given by the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) and work visa through the employer’s embassy.
  • Ticketing and Flight Arrangement  - BECMEN enjoys excellent rapport and business relations with local travel  agencies and airline companies for all travel requirements worldwide.  BECMEN provides booking arrangements and obtain airline tickets.
  • Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar     - BECMEN requires accepted candidates to attend the pre-departure orientation seminar conducted by Overseas Placement Association of the Philippines (OPAP). Professional lecturers orient prospective workers on host country’s laws and regulations, customs and traditions and other essential information pertinent to overseas employment.  BECMEN also conducts its own  pre-departure orientation seminar to ensure that every information is well received by the hired employees.
  • Departure  - BECMEN assists workers by giving them the traditional warm send-off at the airport and instructing them on the usual procedures until boarding the airplane.
  • Counseling and Liaisoning with Worker’s Family       - In cooperation with the Overseas Workers Administration (OWWA), BECMEN provides after-service counseling and remains in contact with the families of overseas contract workers (OCW’S). This will ensure OCW’s family welfare and thus reducing the anxiety and homesickness of the worker.
  • Other services required by the Principal   - BECMEN performs special relationship based on the requirements of its principals.  In the event of a labor case filed here in the Philippines in connection with employment contract of your company, BECMEN will represent the principal and settle the case the soonest time possible.  All litigating expenses however will be borne by the principal.
