It is being headed by its Founder/President whose vision has catapulted BECMEN to where it is now—a leader in exporting manpower resources abroad. BECMEN’s employs a competent management staff and consultants who are experts in the field of labor management, industrial relations, public and business administration and human resource development.
- BENILDA C. MENDOZA, President and General Manager. A civic leader and a conscientious businesswoman, “Bambi” as she is fondly called is the millennium Chairman of Overseas Placement Association of the Philippines (OPAP). She was also a Speech professor at the Centro Escolar University, a drama coach, a stage sctress and a director. She also became the President of the Philippine Entertainment Exporters and Promoter Association (PEEPA) from 1995-1996. She is presently one of the members of PEEPA Board of Advisers.
- EUFROCINA M. GUMABAY, Vice President and Operations Manager, equipped with a degree in business administration, “Bong” as she is fondly called in the office has been in the recruitment agency for 15 years. She is also a management and tax consultant to various types of business in the Philippines.
- ELVIRA M. TAGUIAM, Executive Vice President. An energetic lady and business administration graduate who has been in the business for more than 10 years.
- EDDIE DE GUZMAN, Liaison Officer and Senior Computer Operations consultant.
Aside from the regular office staff, BECMEN also employs the following consultants: engineers, doctors and nurses, computer experts, system analysts and other professional as the need arises.

Getting the right people and linking with successful partners in the business is BECMEN’S top strategy to attain good results. BECMEN is an active member of the Overseas Placement Association of the Philippines (OPAP). OPAP is comprised of duly-licensed and accredited recruitment companies nationwide. The POEA regularly solicits advice and vital information from OPAP pertinent to the overseas employment. It is currently being chaired by no less than the President of BECMEN.
BECMEN has strategic linkages with business partners for contract worker’s skill training and testing which includes TESDA, Executive Technical Consultant Training Center and Phil-Asia Trade Testing Center. For medical examination and checkup, it links with Arguelles Medical Center, Inc. and JJ medical and Industrial Clinic.
