DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FROM THE FOREIGN PRINCIPAL
|
Ensuring the protection of its recruited applicants is an important policy of the company. As such, BECMEN requires that all documents from the principal must be written on a letterhead, verified and authenticated by the Labor Attache at the nearest Philippine Embassy/Consulate located in the host country. These documents include:
- Special Power of Attorney - Appointing BECMEN Service Exporter & Promotions Incorporated as the principal’s exclusive agent to recruit and supply the manpower required.
- Job Order Requisition - An official job order outlining the differest job categories, the total number of workers required, the basic monthly salary and date delivery of the workers.
- Special Power of Attorney - Appointing BECMEN Service Exporter & Promotions, Inc. to draw visa. It should be verified and authenticated by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
- Copy of Work Permit of VISA- approved by the working country’s appropriate government agencies such as Chamber of Commerce and Industry or MECO. A copy should be faxed to BECMEN upon arrival of the overseas workers. Original Copy must be send via airmail.
- Recruitment Agreement - is an agreement between your company and BECMEN which covers fees, guarantees, terms and conditions.
- Employment Contract - is the document which states the terms and conditions of employment and must be signed on each page to be used as the Master Employment Contract.
- Commercial Registration - or business license of your company must be accompanied with English translation (for non-Englisg language) duly authenticated by the principal’s appropriate government agencies.
- Employer’s Company Profile - with Photocopy of passport and picture.
