DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FROM THE FOREIGN PRINCIPAL

 

Ensuring the protection of its recruited applicants is an important policy of the company.  As such, BECMEN requires that all documents from the principal must be written on a letterhead, verified and authenticated by the Labor Attache at the nearest Philippine Embassy/Consulate located in the host country.  These documents include:

    • Special Power of Attorney   - Appointing BECMEN Service Exporter & Promotions Incorporated as the principal’s exclusive agent to recruit and supply the manpower required.
    • Job Order Requisition  - An official job order outlining the differest job categories, the total number of workers required, the basic monthly salary and date delivery of the workers.
    • Special Power of Attorney   - Appointing BECMEN Service Exporter & Promotions, Inc. to draw visa. It should be verified and authenticated by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
    • Copy of Work Permit of VISA-      approved by the working country’s appropriate government agencies such as Chamber of Commerce and Industry or MECO. A copy should be faxed to BECMEN upon arrival of the overseas workers.  Original Copy must be send via airmail.
    • Recruitment Agreement   - is an agreement between your company and BECMEN which covers fees, guarantees, terms and conditions.
    • Employment Contract - is the document which states the terms and conditions of employment and must be signed on each page to be used as the Master Employment Contract.
    • Commercial Registration  - or business license of your company must be accompanied with English translation (for non-Englisg language) duly authenticated by the principal’s appropriate government agencies.
    • Employer’s Company Profile    - with Photocopy of passport and picture.
