9 Week Classes

Each first cooking class can be booked and attended by anyone for a cost of $30 (fully inclusive). Only 4 places available in per class! Early booking is highly recommended. The first cooking class is a five course cooking demonstration followed by a meal. During each practical cooking class (week 2 to 9) each student will prepare 3 recipes to be taken home at the end of each class for family and friend's enjoyment. Enrolment cost covers - the cost of the first demonstration, some ingredients, and tuition. Other ingredients must be provided by the student each week. List of ingredients required are given in the previous lesson.

Sundays AM & PM Workshops

During our Sunday practical "hands-on" workshops students will be introduced to a specific aspect of Cookery or Food from a distinctive country. You will learn to cook (generally in a group) a wide range of dishes to be consumed during lunch/dinner at the school. The enrolment price covers all ingredients and equipment used during preparation of each of the recipes as well as breakfast or afternoon tea (as approriate) on arrival. Bring you own drink for the meal. No GST is charged on cost of ingredients.
