Anyone can be a Baumlist. You only have to be whole heartedy in love with Razorback Baseball and its Elements. Try to follow the 17 Commandments to the best of your ability. We are far from perfect and often stray from the Commandments. We do, however, follow them as closely as possible and feel bad when we mess up. When times like these occur we can always look to Hognoxious as a leader. There is no fan purer than he. |

Hello! I am the one who built this crazy site. I hope you like it. I am 21 years old and have lived in Northwest Arkansas all my life, until now. I currently reside in Jonesboro where I am seeking a degree in Corporate Finance at Arkansas State, where I will be graduating in a couple months. I am an Indian fan, but when it comes to sports they just don't match up to the Hogs, because they are brutal. (I would like to take this opportunity to apologize to Adam and Ron for the Jason Jennings autograph) I attended my first Razorback Baseball game with my father in 1996. Kendrick Moore and Matt Carnes were around then and all of '98 and '99's big players were starting to make waves. I liked the game, but did not go back until two seasons later in a game against Oral Roberts. In this game their star player Mike Deane came up and dissed me and Ronnie suggesting that we had a lack of experience. The Hogs went on to kick Oral Robert's butts and we taunted them the rest of the game. WE LOVED the experience and wanted to go to more games but the season was almost over. We went to a few more games that year and waited for next season. I managed to get season tickets and attended as many games as possible. I loved it. So hear I am making some crazy site for Razorback baseball. Foul balls caught: 2 (1 caught by my family jewels) and one off the turf. |

Hi, my name is Ron Miller and I was born on December 15, 1980 in Rogers, AR. I am currently working for Wal-Mart at the Home Office, but not directly on that campus. I graduated from Rogers High School and plan to attend the University of Arkansas in the near future. My favorite sports teams are the Chicago Cubs, San Francisco 49ers, Los Angeles Lakers, and the New Jersey Nets. My favorite on the college level is by far the Razorbacks. That's kind of obvious though. It's time to do a synopsis of what Arkansas baseball does for me, the whole purpose of this website/religion. This is practically a religion. Realistically it puts me in a good mood no matter what. I could be sick with pneumonia and just been run over by a car with gangrene and limbs amputated, but I'd still trek to Baum (which is called a pilgrimage) just to feel the aura surrounding the Mecca. It's something about the stadium, it possesses a certain mystique that grabs you and never lets go, even months after your last appearance. What's funny is when the train (the Arkansas &Missouri railroad runs behind the stadium across 15th street and Razorback Road, and often during games) comes hauling arse through there…the game keeps going, and Hognoxious gets started. I don't know what the hell that big, long, red horn thing is that he blows into as a challenge for the train's noise, but it's funny as hell and makes everyone laugh. It makes some people angry when it comes through, but I start laughing, especially when I see the man sitting above the Hogs' dugout bearing a hat that has clapping hands and the horn in his mouth and ready. My sincere advice to you is to visit Baum one day, you will not be disappointed, and that's a guarantee. If you are interested in coming and joining our religion, I'll pay for your first ticket to the game, and that's only to the game, not including travel, that is unless I know you and you need a ride. Send me an e-mail (e-mail address is below) and I'll get in touch with you and we'll see about going to a game. Serious inquiries only please, we must spread Baumlam, not propaganda. Well, I'm out, keep it real, be strong, suck it up, move on, whatever the hell I'm saying is going nowhere. GO HOGS!!!!! Foul balls gathered from Baum during games: 8 total thus far, 3 cheap, 3 decent, 1 that was debatable, 1 that was an act of treason. |

Hey, my name is Rachel Oliver and my birth date is 10-28-83. I've lived in Pea Ridge pretty much all my life and I attend Pea Ridge High. I have been attending Razorback Baseball before Baum Stadium even became a reality. I have not always been faithful, but for the past three years I have been to 75% of the games(that is approximately of course). I have my mom and Hognoxious to thank for getting me started. Being a friend of Hognoxious's I have several advantages, and have experienced several hilarious incidents. I will never forget the time when the Hogs were playing Ole Miss at home. We were all over their pitcher's Tolbert case. After the Hogs awesome victory, he went into the dugout, threw a fit, kicked over a trash can, and gave Bob a "double-eagle salute". **PRICELESS** I am a big fan of baseball and I am completely convinced that it is
the best sport. The Hogs tend to prove my point quite well. I enjoy watching
Major League Baseball, especially the Braves, Yankees, and White Sox,
but I believe that collegiate baseball is without a doubt the best level.
Some of my favorite current and former Hogs are: Ike Pohle, Jeff Fletcher,
Mark Burnett, Jason McConnell, Eric Hinske, Gary Hogan, Jr., Jared Manatt,
Nick Pitts, Wes McCrotty, Scott Crossett, and the list goes on and on....
I believe that a visit to Baum is one of the best experiences known to
man. I am in love with Razorback Baseball and all of its components. The
stadium is awesome, the fans are great, the coaches are cool, and the
players actually take the time to show the fans their appreciation. I
consider myself one of the truest fans, and I am willing to go the distance
to prove it. No matter what, I am there for the guys, and I will cheer
them on through rain and shine. I honestly believe that, when it comes
to sports, there is nothing better than RAZORBACK BASEBALL!!!!! Foul Balls acquired without assistance: 1 taken off of the right elbow by the powerful Eric Hinske while sitting above the Hogs dugout. (I have had many given to me.) |
